Why the special effects are like this, Toho made this, the costumes and fight choreographies are fine and, more importantly: why, despite of being so hilariously bad, are those FX obviously treated as a feature?

Minoru Nonoka has been going through cancer treatment but I hope he gets better. The guy worked with so many mecha anime and tokusatsu productions.
