I recall there's some amount of CG backstory tied to the founding fathers and stuff, like CC got with Ben Franklin or something? is any of that actually on-screen in a show or is it all ancillary materials
Okay I saw the latest season of Roze and it wasn't good. I think the Code Geass storyline has concluded and it's not possible to extend it any further. The world is at peace and adding random new enemies doesn't work. The only way to bring back Geass is to do an alternate universe scenario where the characters are switched. Have Kallen support Beittannia. Have Instead Suzaku be an underground resistance fighter trying to liberate Japan. Have Lelouch be on the side of Brittannia but he wants to take over the throne from his father. Basically reverse everything. That would be very interesting. It has the potential to be done well.

That amount of time could see the world order change again for the worst. UFN could become a mess due to newer people messing with the system. I remember Roze lightly touching on the idea that Britannian's have been killed in hate crimes, so run with that too. Have it that over the years the UFN had become more and more hostile to Britannia to the point they actually turn what's left into a pariah state. That can be a source of conflict there.Or, and hear me out, have the truth come to light with what happened in the events of CG. The whole idea that everything was based on a lie would shatter the peace. That I would find more interesting just seeing Lelouch's plans fall apart after his death (because it was a stupid god damn plan anyways). This would also be on the assumption that Re:surection didn't happen.

It's needs a true central conflict. Like a war or insurgency. Your ideas are good but are more like secondary conflicts that happens alongside the main event.

Also I just don't think they should have brought Lelouch back from the dead. Think there would have been more impact to someone like C.C seeing that even in a short time his plan was doomed to fail/cause other unforeseen consequences. Hell whatever protag there is could have C.C be the guiding hand of sorts imparting any wisdom from that mess.

I just watched the movie. I'm confused. Why didn't the new Shinkirou have an absolute defense field like before? Only arm shields This doesn't seem like an upgrade at all. It gets taken out easily. I'm also confused about the power levels of the new mecha. How powerful are hulkbuster armor that Guren and Lancelot wear? Why is Guren's radiation beam much stronger after Kallen purges her Hulkbuster armor? Shouldn't the big armor have a much stronger beam? The scorpion mecha tail beam overpowered her hulkbuster beam. But then scorpion lost to her normal Guren arm after the purge? How?This floaty flight technology that the desert nation uses for their mecha. How does it stack up against energy wings? Is it better?Also did Hathway's Flash rip off the float technology that the desert nation uses?

She created an energy drill using different tech than the radiation wave. Some within joke about Brittania trying to build their own "False Nephilim" with the production of Knightmares.Whole thing still would have the same beats as CG till a point. Kallen trying to come to terms with her family issues, Lelouch trying to figure out who the hell killed his mother, Suzaku with his. Still trying to work out details on top of other story stuff. Do know that Nemo's a thing and that she's the one that Lelouch grabs instead of C.C. She actually gets recovered along with Suzaku and gives him a Geass contract while Nemo gives Lelouch then Kallen the other.But yeah surprised that they never did a full spin off AU with Kallen as the main focus. You would think that would be a popular idea.

So they just said the Revolutionary War failed because Franklin sold the colonies out to Britain (implied to be because he was Geassed to) but then when the French Revolution happened they broke all the way to the UK so the royal family and nobility fled to the still British controlled US colonies and reformed it into the Britannian Empire
