What the heck was their problem?
>>23918671Being too fat
>>23918694I'm glad we were able to solve this.

Not fat enough.
>>23918671If you think the Scopedog was a mass produced hunk of shit tin can the Fatty is arguably worse several times over. Balarant despite having several times the industrial output of Gilgamesh was slow to adapt and their first native AT the Blocker was slow, lightly armored and had bad weapon choices because Balarant relied on combined arms warfare whereas Gilgamesh relied heavily on ATs for ground and space combat. So to finally make something on par with the Scopedog and associated variants, they built the Fatty en masse in a similar manner to the T-34. Notable flaws include: base version using thrusters instead of rollers to move on the ground at high speeds and not being compatible with any other ATs to stop PMCs and rebels using Fattys. Balarant could make genuinely good ATs like the Danger Melon from Big Battle and some other things that showed up in the Blue Knight Berserga side story. That being said I desperately need a kit of it that doesn’t cost over a hundred dollars.
>>23919467The bandai 1/20 fatty ground custom kit is great imo, could modify it into the original fatty fairly easily if you wanted the original
>>23918694>>23919312Who do I believe?
>>23918671Catapult launcher is basically a wh40k bolter with all the inherent issues of rocket propelled ammo, while the “magic hand “ was basically just a glorified blow torch
>>23918671Not enough outer space scenes for the dedicated outer space type.
>>23919864Which ever one you want to believe.
