some of there stuff is just crabstick hk dvds ripped as-is, like their Lightan was same set as mine, occasionally they'll get somebody who helps refine from ita or something, and sometimes they'll just trollsub and put random subs from a completely unrelated show because lol and throw in some jibberjabber about how Putin is great or something

Grammar is machine translation tier, spelling and punctuation are fine. Names are mostly fine, but one anon is beyond hung up about the Jushin Liger subs (different fansubbets entirely) didn't romanize Vega Cutter from Bega Katta even though that is how it's spelled in Japanese. They're quick subs basically.

Sorry for never getting back to you about that, looking it at it, yeah there are brief bits of English that weren't in what I sourced for my remaster, & it also seems to be in higher audio quality, whereas with that I used the audio quality varied wildly. Makes one wonder just what the heck is going on with all these disparate bootlegs.

following up on The Space Giants (tm me, a trademark I really own, along with Space Marines(tm) and Robotech)

with any luck over tonight and tomorrow I'll at least figure out how to rig up some amount of signal running nonstop so I can get the ntsc->usb gizmo rough tweaked over the week ahead at work via remote and fine tuned at home irl
between old consoles and my vcr I suspect I'll at least have something that can just blast ntsc
if nothing else I'm pretty sure there's some EP tapes like MST or TOS that will buy me six hours to work with
