the mashy reunion is going to be really messy on both sides
>>
>>23925688
Feels more like Mashmyre will go mad and rogue. I'm more concerned about if Judau and Leina have a chance at reuniting.
>>
>>23925759
If Judau runs and we pick him up we can just send him the moon at least, we don't need to keep him around, dunno if Kamille knows we picked up all those refugees though

Using the absolute last of his strength, Kamille plants his face against the door separating him and Ple, forcing out what words he is able to.

>Kamille: I...am sorry...I took his life...

Blacking out upon uttering the last words, Kamille's body lays motionless and drained on the floor. Hearing the apology that she had requested, Ple presses her head against the sealed door, a small blush forming on her cheeks.

>Ple:...I guess both of us can be happy then.

Shortly following this exchange, a figure observing numerous view screens of vital sections of the war effort between Axis and the Olympian's slowly chuckles as a light begins to flash on his modified terminal.

>???:...Magnificently done, Haifan. Hopefully you were gentle enough with her. Now then...

Looking towards a view screen of Gryps 2, the figures permanently bloodied eye throbs as he focuses onto the wreckage of the Jupitris.

>???: Everyone will finally fulfill the purposes I have readied for them...and then, everything will be as it should. With a woman to lead, and with the mind of a genius to offset her foolishness.

I actually think this a red herring, Scirocco thinks Haifan successfully reached Sarah, but clearly he didn't

>Sayla: Have you been able to reach him?
>Karaba Spy: Mister Shiden operates differently from the rest of us, so we aren't able to directly track him. Having said that, we know he is still alive.
>Sayla: Please continue with trying to get in contact with him. I want to speak with him myself before he returns...

Looking out towards the ocean side view of her estate, Sayla prepares to take a sip from a glass on wine, only to empty it as she refuses to allow herself to let her guard down completely.

>Sayla: (Why are you making this so difficult, Casval?)

Unbeknownst to Sayla, Kai finally returns from a private investigation of the infighting between the Federation's moderates and the extremist who had thrown their support to the Pro-Titan elements. Realizing that a reconciliation between these two sides to be impossible at this point, Kai finally chooses to retire from the life threatening duties of a spy, ready to accept a simple, peaceful life with Sayla and his daughter. Having secured a rare piece of jewelry during his espionage duties, Kai hopes to calm Sayla with a gift before facing her anger for running off yet again.

>Kai: (Hope Mihari is the first one to greet me. Even a small hug would feel damn good before getting chewed out by-)

Upon entering into the primary lobby of the estate, Kai's cowardly demeanor shifts instantly into a state of feral instinct upon seeing a sight of out his nightmares. Sitting on his sofa, Kai finds a deshelved, unshaven Char looking down at his daughter as she shows off a completed jigsaw puzzle, while Rosammy lays against his arm in a state of total calmness.

>Mihari: I did it!
>Char:...You truly are the absolute best.
>Rosammy:...Oh! Mister Kai!
>Mihari: Papa?!
>Char: Kai Shiden...thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being the reason this beautiful child is here-

Tackling himself into Char, Kai grasps onto the ex-Red Comets neck, intent on snapping it.

>Kai: Never should have come here!
>>
>>23926057
>NEVER SHOULD HAVE COME HERE
lmao, Kai noooooooo!
>>
>>23926057

Rosammy begins to panic from the sudden fight, unsure of who to help as she cowers on the couch. Mihari, mortified by the sight of her father's stare of primal rage, rushes behind him to try and protect her uncle.

>Kai: Mihari, back!!
>Mihari: Papa, stop it! Uncle Eduard is-
>Kai: "Eduard"?! Is that what you have them calling you now?!

Hearing the commotion, Sayla rushes to find the violent exchange between Kai and her brother.

>Sayla: Kai, enough!

Ignoring Sayla's plea, Kai begins to hear a snapping sound from the back of Char's neck, with the ex-Red Comet crackling a small, satisfied smile as his eyes begin to close. Yanking the whip away from Kai's belt, Sayla coils it around his neck, forcing him off from her brother as Kai tries to lunge for him again. Coughing and gasping for air, Char raises his arms submissively to Kai.

>Char: I-*cough*...deserved that-
>Sayla: Brother, hush!
>Kai: You damn burden...!! Get out of my house...!!
>Char:...I can go sleep on the beach if needed-
>Sayla: Both of you, be quiet! For starters, this is my home! I decide who is allowed here!
>Kai: He'll drag you into his insanity...!
>Sayla: That does not change the fact I am his sister, Kai!
>Mihari: Why are you all being so crazy? Miss Rosammy is crying!
>Char: Because I am a terrible person who deserves all of this, sweetheart. Whatever your father says about me, it is true. Absolutely all of it-
>Kai: Then go jump off the balcony already!
>Char:...Ok. If that is what you would prefer-

Tossing aside Kai's whip, Sayla pushes past her husband to press herself against her brothers body, holding him close to her chest.

>Kai: Get out of the way!
>Sayla: I know the kind of person my brother is, Kai! For that reason...he deserves a chance to change his ways! He never asked to be the way he is-

Laying his head against Sayla's breast, Char quietly utters a unashamed, genuine "mother" from his lips as he leans into his sister.

>Sayla:...Damn you, brother.
>>

I get the worry but I don’t think snapping their uncle’s neck right infront of them is good for the children’s mental health
>>
>>23926077
Not very tactful, Kai.
It would absolutely have been doable to go for a "friendly walk" with Char and just kill him out of everyone's sight.
Though I guess dressing and shaving himself properly is the least Char could do here.

[EPISODE 25: ENSLAVED BY GENIUS]

In what had felt like an instant, Kamille is sprung awake from his slumber by the sensation of a hand tugging at his shoulder.

>Leila: What happened in here?
>Kamille: What...? What do you-

Kamille turns over onto his side, finding a pillow cushioning his head that had not been there before, along with his bed's covers being clumsily draped over his body.

>Kamille: How long...was I out for?
>Leila: Almost an entire day. Is Ple in there with you? We found this on your door and tried to check earlier, but...well-

Leila holds a hastily written on piece of paper that had been pasted to his door, with it reading "DU-NOT-DESTURB" scribbled onto it.

>Kamille:...That isn't mine.
>Leila: No shit. S-sorry, language...
>Kamille: She was in here before, but...oh crap...!
>Leila: What? Eh?

Looking past Kamille's nearly naked body, Leila finds Sarah's old Titans uniform strewn about the entrance to the bathroom. Lowering herself down to Kamille's level, Leila grips onto Kamille's hair, firmly, yet cautiously bringing Kamille's eyes to her own.

>Leila:...You didn't do anything to her, did you?
>Kamille: She was using my bathrooms tub to bathe. She didn't take a hint to leave...so I pushed her out.
>Leila:...Ok. I believe you. So you made her leave, you scrambled back to your bed and snatched that pillow and sheet, and fell asleep here. Then she just left that sign up to tell everyone you were out cold?
>Kamille:...I think that is how it went.
>Leila: Can you help me find her once you are feeling better? I don't like her having that..."thing" they found on Haifan.
>Kamille: Oh crap, she does still have that. Just give a-
>Leila: Aaah!
>Kamille: What?!

Rolling onto his other side, Kamille exposes a dried, bloodied hand print on his left cheek. Tapping at the crusted body fluid, Kamille winces at the implication of how it had gotten there.

>Christina: They already sent a response fleet?
>Alexandria XO: Lieutenant Raymonds team already confirmed they aren't attempting to advance any further from where they are holding positions. That last combat display must have truly terrified them.
>Christina: They still have Luna II's nuclear arsenal though. If they were to fire one of those at us just like the one that impacted Libot, we would be just stationary targets.
>Rick Dias II Pilot: Then lets just slam right through that fleet! If they already know taking us on in a direct fight is hopeless, then lets go ahead and crush em!
>Guncannon Detector Pilot: It could be exactly what they want though. Regardless of who fired that nuclear warhead, these Zeons have been trying to run a propaganda campaign painting themselves as liberators. All of that would vanish they resorted to attacking the Colonies directly with a nuclear weapon.
>Rick Dias II Pilot: Would you rather we just sit around here with our thumbs up our asses, old man?
>Guncannon Detector Pilot: First off, I am barely even thirty. Second, kiss my ass. Third, and most importantly, it isn't our call to make if we mobilize.
>Rick Dias II Pilot: Yeah, yeah, we gotta wait on that "Black Devil" guy to give us the a-ok.
>Christina: Any idea on how long it will take for supplies to arrive?
>Alexandria XO: For once we actually have silver lining. Side 3's supply fleet immediately agreed to offer humanitarian aid once the request was sent.
>Christina: That is...particularly generous of them, given their history with my homeland.

Arriving on the bridge in a state of breathlessness, Kamille pushes past the bridges crowd to check in with the vessels Communications Officer.

>Kamille: Check every camera onboard for Ple!
>Communications Officer:...W-who?
>Kamille: The little kid I came onboard with!
>Communications Officer: Oh, is that her name? Uh...s-sir, are you alright? You have red on you-
>Kamille: Just find her!

Meanwhile in the orbit above Europe, the recently completed Methuss Kai's that had been approved for development through Emary Ounce's urging begin an evaluation above the Earth's orbit.

>Milly: Wow~! It really does feel like the Earth is trying to drag us down to it!
>Methuss Kai Test Pilot: Getting cold feet, Childer?
>Milly: Not at all! If anything, my body is burning with excitement! Even the Methuss must be feeling that same sensation right now! The hum of the reactor, the vibration tickling my butt with every transformation...uwaaa, this is what piloting a Mobile Suit is all about~! Oh, your Methuss actually had a tiny defect with its control stick, so it might feel a little more sensitive than usual! Don't worry though, I gave it a good correcting~!
>Methuss Kai Test Pilot:...Remind me to wipe down my control stick next time I get into one of these things.

Detecting the approach of a detachment of Axis forces patrolling the orbital defense zone, Milly shiver in excitement for her first real engagement.

>Milly: Lets make Miss Emary proud! Milly Childer, Methuss Kai, launching!

Even as a virgin to true warfare, Milly and the other Test Pilots chosen by Emary to directly test the Methuss Kai in direct combat are able to completely overwhelm Axis's defense forces, sending the hardened pilots of the fallen Principality into sheer panic as they scramble to escape.

>Milly: Haaa...haaa...ex-cellent! Vic-tory! That felt...oh, it was amazing-

Blazing past Milly's Methuss Kai, one of the other Test Pilots guns down the routed survivors from Axis's defense fleet, flaying them into stardust with the intense power of the Hi-Mega Cannon.

>Milly: H-hold on! You are being way to rough!
>Methuss Kai Test Pilot: They missed these bastards years ago. About time someone made sure the trash gets taken out properly.
>Milly: That is kind of a scary way to talk...
>Methuss Kai Test Pilot: Call it payback for how that masked witch who turned my hometown into a playground for her Secret Police to lose themselves in.

[Milly has leveled up to rank D]

Pushing out from other sectors, the orbit above Africa and China also fall to the Olympians, with Axis now in a full state of retreat back to Luna II and the wreckage of Gryps 2 to make their stand against the approaching fleets of the newborn Olympian movement. As these battle occurs however, another Alexandria-class escapes from the gravity of Earth, striking at Axis's defense garrison above the orbit of Australia.

>La Vien Rose Technician:...God, what an eyesore. What are they making us do to the poor Argama?
>Emary: Is there any rejections between the Argama and the Mobile Armors reactors?
>La Vien Rose Technician: The Mobile Armor was a ticking time bomb before, but it just needed to have the long range focus barrel shortened. It does limit the range of the cannon though-
>Yazan: Fwahaha~! Now that is a ship!

Wrapping his arm around the middle aged Technician shoulder, Yazan picks his teeth while looking over the design schematic in the mans hands.

>Yazan: You figure out how to get the Beam Stinger working?
>Emary: "Beam Stinger"?
>Yazan: Hah? What, you two chit-chatting? Go grab us some water, woman.
>Emary: Oh, you mean the Mega Particle focusing barrel you are trying to convert into some kind of battering ram?
>Yazan: Yeah, the Beam Stinger. Piss off. Alright man, I want it long and thick enough to rip an entire ship right in half upon making contact!
>La Vien Rose Technician: T-the strain this is going to put on the Argama's systems will be nothing short of-
>Yazan: With me and my boys at the helm, it'll learn to love the strain.
>Emary: Are you sure that in your condition you can handle all of the systems that would be put under your direct control?

Fondling the Technician's chest in annoyance, Yazan looks back to Emary with a harsh gaze, only to shoot her an irritated scowl upon looking directly into her eyes.

>Yazan: Oh, you are one of "those" kinds of women.
>Emary: Excuse me? What is that supposed to mean?
>Yazan: It means stick to whatever job you have and don't drag me into what hysteria you are getting ready to dump.
>Emary: I-I am not-
>Yazan: Shut up. Go do something productive.

[Argama "Murder-Hermit" will be completed in two turns]

You know maybe we need to force Yazan to do things other than a mobile suit pilot more often, he seems to end up being really good at them.

>Kamille: How did she even get in there?!
>Alexandria XO: S-she must be using the ventilation systems! At her size-
>Kamille: And patrols just didn't notice her inside of the cell with Four?!
>Alexandria XO: I will talk to them about it. Most of their focus has been on ensuring Lieutenant Zabirov doesn't attempt to hurt herself again.
>Kamille: What? When did...is this new? When did Sarah start doing something like that?!
>Alexandria XO: Shortly after she was incarcerated, she would enter into a frenzy against herself. It is always just after she awakens, but each incident just worsened.
>Kamille: Why the hell didn't anyone tell me about this?!
>Alexandria XO:...I will take the blame for this. We just can't afford to have you losing track of your duties-
>Kamille: Just do your job and keep me informed! Four, Ple, I am coming in!

Unlocking the reinforced door to Four's cell in the brig, Kamille finds Four kneeling alongside her bed, rubbing her hand across Ple's head gently as the young girl shivers in her sleep. Upon seeing "Mashymres" approach, Four moves to guard her bed, her body moving into a hostile posture.

>Alexandria XO: Sir, should we call for her to be sedated-
>Kamille: Did she come to you hurt, Four? If so, I am just here to help her.
>Four:...What have you done with Kamille? I won't let you hurt any of those he was protecting!
>Kamille: Four, for the love of-
>Ple: Uweh...? Ka-Kamille~.

Sliding out from the brigs bed, Ple falls next to Four's body, her breathing shallow as she slumps back to the floor.

>Ple: Still...so sleepy...
>Kamille: What are you doing in here? If you cut yourself crawling around in the vent, we need to get it check out before it-

Kamille involuntarily recoils as he moves closer to Ple, his eyes quivering in a mixture of horror and disbelief as he finally notices an infected, purple-tinted lump on the back of Ple's nape.

>Ple: It is just sleeping where nobody can hurt it...

just fucking why, puru?
>>
>>23927118
I'm thinking maybe it is because she couldn't be a pilot, so the only way it could be safe is on her.
Granted I never considered that, but let's see what this thing even does I guess
>>
>>23927104

Turning to his Executive Officer, Kamille makes his intentions absolutely clear.

>Kamille: Go to Medical and tell them to prepare for surgery immediately.
>Alexandria XO Officer: What about-
>Kamille: Four!! I have no idea what caused this, but that girl needs immediate help! Can't you see what condition she is in?!

Lowering her defensive posture slightly, Four looks back down to the fleshy bulge on Ple's nape, her eyes quaking slightly from concern. Leaning down, Four lifts up Ple, holding her close as she looks back to the man she believes to be "Mashymre".

>Four: If you try to hurt her, I won't forgive you.
>Kamille: Four-
>Four: I will hold her.

Not wanting to risk sparking a needless fight, Kamille allows Four to continue holding onto the partially incapacitated Ple, with all of them making their way to the Medical Section.

>Alexandria Medical Officer: Why is Four-
>Kamille: Four, put her down on the table! Doctor, how did she manage to do this to herself-

Kamille is slugged across the face, with him collapsing to the wall from the impact. Looking up, her finds the aged Medical Officer rubbing his knuckle.

>Alexandria Medical Officer: Incarcerate or cast me from the ship if you must, but you let this happen.
>Kamille: I...I didn't expect her to-
>Alexandria Medical Officer: Sterilize your hands if you intend to help. My god, for it to be have become this quickly infected...

Shrugging off the sucker punch, Kamille quickly cleans off his hands as he moves to assist in checking precisely what Ple had placed into her own body. Placing a reinforced cover over Ple's back, the back of her neck is scanned by an enhanced MRI, with the foreign entity inside of her finally be shown. A near microscopic metallic device is found on Ple's upper spinal column, with it rapidly assimilating Cellular Protein's onto itself.

>Alexandria Medical Officer: What...even is "that"?!
>Kamille: We need to get it out of there! That sick bastard Scirocco...!
>>
>>23927128
based medical, about time.
Too much shit with stupid girls, throw them through the airlock already.
>>
>>23927122
It never occurred to me that she would infect herself with it. My theory was that Ple acted as “Char” handler through the parasite and her Newtypé powers, and she was the only one who could ease the pain it caused. At worst, I thought she was looking for a new love who would accept that “gift.”
>>
>>23927136
Perhaps she decided she should host it while Kamille acts as the handler, but ultimately I still think this foils what Scirocco was trying to do, it was probably meant to go on Sarah and that would've been really bad since her mental state is in the gutter
>>
>>23927128
Its interesting how we've ended up fostering a crew of people who do good but with brashness and a lack of tact both the security people refusing to inform Kamille for his own mental health and now the Medical Officer slugging Kamille for his fuck up. Kamille has a crew of people who are doing what they think is good damned be the consequences.
>>
>>23927136
Too little information on this thing anyway for any previous choice to be considered wise or not. This route might finally get us some answers, at least on a medical scale.

Further scanning the infected bulge on Ple's nape, the Medical Officer grows increasingly nervous as he tracks its rapid activity.

>Kamille: We need to get it removed before it can develop any further! Ple, you are going to feel a small sting. When you wake up, all of this will be-
>Ple: N-noooo~!!

As Kamille prepares to put Ple into a deep sleep to operate on her safely, Four lunges at him, nearly grasping onto his neck to sedate him. Fumbling back, Kamille blocks another jab from Four as she rams him against Haifan's medical bed, tossing the injured servant of Scirocco to the ground.

>Kamille: Goddamn it Four!
>Four: You are trying to kill her!
>Kamille: I am not letting that thing stay in there! Whatever Scirocco is trying to do, it ends right here, right now!

Stepping back from Ple's body, the Medical Officer clutches his forehead, before quickly recomposing himself.

>Alexandria Medical Officer: Stop it, both of you! Four is absolutely correct on this-
>Kamille: Don't encourage her!
>Alexandria Medical Officer: If we attempt to remove it now, her body could be permanently crippled...at best.
>Kamille: So you are saying we should just let it stay in there to grow?!
>Alexandria Medical Officer: I am saying I have a oath to save anyone that is brought before me! Wildly trying to remove it without a proper plan would be a death sentence for this child!
>Kamille: Letting it grow into something that could be used to control her is even worse! Scirocco had this smuggled on for a reason! We can't just let it-
>Ramsus: Wilsh you alsh jusht shusht yoursh moushsh?! I amsh tryinsh to shleep!

Upon hearing the lispish, tongue mangled voice of Ramsus through his mouth brace, Ple, even in her stressed position, begins to let out a genuine and raw cackle.

>Ramsus: Yoush...thinksh thish ish funney, huh?! Shishy Bratsh! I'llsh clush yoursh heash in-

Ple continues to howl with laughter, genuinely tickled by Ramsus's now clownish voice.
>>
>>23927172
Time for Kamille's head to get close to exoloding again from overstimulation. Poor sod.
>>
>>23927172

Looking back to the active scan still running on Ple's nape, Kamille notices the entity breaking away parts of itself, with biological material rapidly being collected to replicate the machinery organically.

>Kamille: Doc, please! We have to do-

Kamille quiets down upon finding the Chief Medical Officer uncharacteristically chuckling to himself as well, his expression strangely joyous despite the horrific circumstances.

>Alexandria Medical Officer: Hmhm...it is rather funny, isn't it?
>Kamille: Are you...serious?! Are you all seriously just going to-

Four grabs onto Kamille's neck, moving her fingers into a position to send him into a coma.

>Kamille: F-four, no! You can't-
>Four: I won't. I could...but I won't, because that would make them both sad.

Releasing Kamille, Four moves to shield Ple, her fingers gently massaging around the site of the forced insertion. Before Kamille can speak up, an alarm blares across the ship.

>Alexandria Intercom: All key staff, report to the bridge! A broadcast is being made from Luna II! Repeat, Axis forces are making a declaration from Luna II!
>Kamille: Of all the times...!
>Alexandria Medical Officer: You should go. I won't let her out of my sight...so you do not need to be concerned about her safety, Kamille Bidan.
>Four:...Kamille? No, that isn't...wha...aaah!!

Clutching at her face, Four suffers from a panic attack as she crumbles to the floor.

>Kamille: Four!
>Alexandria Medical Officer: You are only making this worse by being here, Kamille! Leave! I will make sure all of them are taken care of...
>Ramsus: Gah...augh...! My eyesh...theysh burn...!
>Alexandria Medical Officer: I will be with you shortly!

Looking back to Ple, Kamille finds her to be strangely calm, almost tranquil despite the intensity of the situation.

>What will Kamille do?
https://strawpoll.com/eJnvVXKeGnv
>>
>>23927191
I'm not sure, I think this thing might already be exerting influence on people but then from what Four says it seems to care about Kamille so we're dealing with another one of those.
>>Four: I won't. I could...but I won't, because that would make them both sad.

Not quite sure because we should probably handle our duties too but I think Kamille could probably remove it
>>
>>23927193
But also I don't really want to cripple the girl either
>>
>>23927191
I say we should take Four to the brig and then return to the bridge. Our relationship with her will never get better if we avoid her all the time. And the parasite is in Ple now, so there's simply nothing we can do about it now without make everything horrifically worse. As a commander of the Olympians we really should see what that declaration is too.
>>
>>23927196
this is true, he shouldn't miss the announcement either, dunno about carrying four but 1 or 2 ensures he at least tries to go to the bridge.
>>
>>23927191
If we decided to proceed with surgery on Ple ourselves, would we have to roll the dice to decide the outcome, or do you foresee only one possible outcome for this decision, Copy?
>>
I think I get it now
>>23925997
>>Ple:...I guess both of us can be happy then.

Isn't about Ple talking to Kamille, its Ple starting to like Kamille then telling the parasite they'll both be happy with him, the question is why would it even want that.

Unless Scirocco set it up so this specific parasite would be docile to Kamille so Sarah could continue the ''path" scirocco setup here

>>???: Everyone will finally fulfill the purposes I have readied for them...and then, everything will be as it should. With a woman to lead, and with the mind of a genius to offset her foolishness.

Glemy did get his killed eventually, so we might not need to rush surgery, but the question is what would this Ple-creature merger turn out to be personality wise?
>>
>>23927207
Then heres how I think it worked out
Haifan might've bonded Ple with that creature by complete accident, the expected reaction was probably for him to meet Sarah and get roughed up, the physical bonding process likely got ruined when Ple was looking for the creature.

From that point on in her mind it observed everyone around it while clearly being able to communicate with Ple even without being inside her body, and perhaps being influenced by the other NTs on the ship all liking "Kamille" it ended up liking him too and conveyed that to Ple.

I think it is no good to remove it right now, but my concern is which kind of Ple do we get? I just hope it isn't ple 2 levels of loyalty

Are we seeing Syrupman go full menhera in realtime?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0kpGEE-isU
Far away far away, distant and out of place there was a necklace shaped
I just want a home, I just want a home
It cried through the night feeling sad and alone
Please don’t get angry
Don’t leave and abandon me
Crumbling cry to be free
Hey...

So come tie it tight
‘Til the bile inside you
Overflows warding the ones you call close
And isn’t this so much more fun?
So kind, a lie
I’m your only one
Charming and bursting with love
I’m kind and meek
Why can’t you see?
It’s hurting me
My sweet

Give me your love, give me your love, give me your love
More, oh more, oh
Give me your love, give me your love
Going insane by love so much
Drowning in pain, drowning in pain
Curse in the brain
Take it, please take it away
Hey…
But it seems you’re far too late

Though you may grow from your head to your toes still this small little necklace shows
I still feel pain, but I can’t contain
These ignorant people are boring to taste
I won’t be bested
By all of the rest in this
Pitiful class I’m the head
Hey…

And more than the girl oh
Much more than the girl oh
I want the eyes of this whole rotting world and
Meet me in back of the gym
A letter penned with charm and wit
Somehow the feelings don’t fit
My love for you was just too big
You filthy detestable pig

Give me your love, give me your love, give me your love
Take it all of me
Let me be yours and you’ll be mine
Take my grief and bury the key
But I want more, you’re such a bore
Still I want more, more than you bargained for
Ah…
Sorry for what’s coming
Give me your love, give me your love, give me your love
More, oh more, oh
Give me your love, give me your love
Going insane by love so much
Drowning in pain, keep it the same
Drowning in pain, more, oh more, oh
Hey…
People call these happy days

So overall I think Ple being fused was a foregone conclusion once we denied him the ability to see Sarah and the rest of the Ple choices is about how the two of them feel about Kamille together or separately.
>>
>>23927191
Option 1: It’s the safest bet; we go to the bridge and let the doctor handle it.
Option 2: Too risky. We might be able to help Four, but she could knock us out cold—or worse.
Option 3: Roll the dice? I think that’s the worst option. I don’t want to leave Ple with a damaged spine, at best.
>>
>>23927191
>>23927203
Seconding. Is this like Jerid's surgery, copy? Of course, you have the right to remain tactically silent...
>>
>>23927352
I don't like this sudden crack in the doc's mental state but I am also inclined to let the doctor handle it.
>>
We need to fix Four.
>>
>>23927436
I don't think it would've fixed her but I did offer to return her, my other worry would be running into INSANE Sarah right now, what's even going on with her
>>
>>23927207
My best guess is that, with her life with "Char" derailed and no one willing to take his place, I think she's hoping to be to Kamille what "Char" was to her instead, and all that entails
>>
>>23927515
But what's interesting is that she turned herself into the "Char" instead, does this mean we have Puru acting the part of a loyal servant or something else? If so it may be because we denied her as a pilot so she felt she needed to find a role to help

Thats the part I don't get though, you'd think she would put it on Kamille because its supposed to be symbolic of being a couple
>>
>>23927191
Looks like we're leaving this situation alone despite no less than three people acting strangely in Puru's presence here
I'm pretty sure this was a vote with no right answer so I'm not that mad about it desu
>>
>>23927534
The doc might be acting strangely
But four seems relatively normal, she probably already communicated with whatever it is and probably thinks it’s fine if both wants this union(it probably will not be fine)
Ple becoming calm like that isn’t normal though, but that’s probably because the parasite surfaced instead there
>>
This was probably the best option besides just ripping the thing out. And even then, the latter would've only been good retroactively depending on how fucked up this parasite thing is. I don't imagine taking Four back ourselves would've resulted in anything favorable, even if we managed to actually do it without incident. Four seems fine as long as no one actually refers to Kamille by his name, but if we took her back I fear she may have pinched us. I truly fear when we next see Sarah and find out what's become of her, though.

Unable to risk leaving the Alexandria's crew unguided in such uncertain times, along with the lingering concern that his hastiness could further harm Ple and Four, Kamille gives a small, tired nod to the Chief Medical Officer as he departs for the bridge to catch the declaration being made by Axis's forces. Upon arriving on the bridge, Leila and the other staff of the Alexandria bridge crew step back to make way for Kamille.

>Leila: Kamille, are Four and Ple-
>Kamille: Not now, please. What is Axis saying-
>Mashymre broadcast: -What is a world that is not governed by absolute truth? What is a civilization that is built upon by convenient lies and perpetuated falsehoods? To those who can hear my voice now, I shall tell you exactly what it is...it is the world that has been forced upon you all now.
>Kamille: Who is this guy?
>Mashymre broadcast: Until mere days ago, I was also a willing, blissful participant in the insanity that has stifled the original dream of Zeon. Lies...everything that has driven us to fight one another without justice or reason, was born from a lie. A great tragedy that would have forever scarred the birthplace of humanity, and a tragedy that has already taken the lives of countless innocents at Side 6, were born from the greed and hatred of those who enshroud themselves in falsehoods...and even now, people like that have gained control over the highest peaks of power in this world. Hear me now!! I, Mashymre Cello, shall be the one to excise that impurity!
>Leila: He looks unwell...
>Kamille: That lunatic is going to use Luna II's nuclear arsenal to attack the planet! Alexandria, we need to mobilize to-
>Mashymre: A terrifying, cowardly weapon forged by those who hide in the shadows had been prepared to nefariously strike at the innocent. Hear me now, those who would scorch the very Earth that gave life to this rose I carry! Let me show you the resolve of a man who has been granted the very eyes to see your twisted nature!

Meanwhile at Axis, Mineva panics as she is forced to observe Mashymre's speech to the the Earth and Colonies, with Monique Cadillac attempting to hail other fleets to Luna II for his detainment. Observing from outside the throne chamber, Chara presses a confused and unsure Iino against her partially exposed chest as she observes Mashymre's passionate tirade.

>Chara: The world sure is more exciting with men like him around, isn't it?
>Iino: Uh...s-sure it is-
>Chara: You aren't a very good listener, are you? The very kinds of people ruining this world are those who survive through lies. Now...what do you really think?
>Iino: Honestly? I am really, really scared you people are going hurt me. I seriously didn't mean for any of what happened at Shangri-La to happen.
>Chara: Good boy~. See how much nicer it feels to be honest?
>Iino: Truth be told, it doesn't make me feel much better at all.
>Chara: So long as you speak honestly to me of what you truly want, I won't be mean to you. All you have to do...is obey.

As all attempts from Axis to call off Mashymre's speech fails, the "Knight of Axis" signals his intentions to exact his judgement immediately. Observing the speech from secluded privacy, Scirocco contemplates where Mashymre will first open fire on.

>Scirocco: (The fool will likely open fire on the ruins of Dakar first. So long as he hasn't determined where the Federations remaining leaders have relocated to, there may be enough time to remove him before this can accelerate any further...huh?)

From the bridge of the Alexandria, the navigation staff of the vessel detect hundreds of mass accelerated objects being fired out from Axis in unison.

>Kamille: No! Where are they targeting?!
>Alexandria Navigation Officer: W-we can't directly track where they will impact, but...wait, they aren't targeting the Earth!
>Kamille: Are they aiming for us then?!
>Alexandria Navigation Officer: No, it is going to impact the...Gryps sector!
>Kamille: Gryps?!
>>
>>23927722

[Gryps 2 has been ravaged by nuclear weapons. All money value lost, Colony Laser is now permanently inoperable, wreckage of the Jupitris has been destroyed, all forces at Gryps 2 have been destroyed. Scirocco's morale has deceased from 100 to 50]

Looking out toward the blinding light born from the nuclear assault from Luna II, Kamille and the others aboard the Alexandria's bridge look out in genuine confusion as to why such an attack would be made against a holding that had already been claimed by Axis's forces.

>Mashymre broadcast: This world must be returned to one governed by honesty and honor! Ghoulish weapons that can be fired by the cowardly and heartless have no right to exist any longer! By my command, we shall spread across all of Earth and space to strike down the wicked who hide behind those who live their lives in absolute truth! My crusade shall only end once the final lie dies in the throat of those who spawn them!
>Kamille: T-this lunatic is going to murder countless people...!

Meanwhile in Scirocco's quarters, the once composed Jovian sits next to his now tattered and ravaged living space, his composure lost as his original plans for Gryps and his hidden designs still stored there having been lost in this unforeseen incident.

>Scirocco: (This erratic behavior...Kamille, you wretched boy! Now it makes sense how he survived that battle at Side 5...he was allowed to escape! I have already won though, Kamille! No matter how much you have stolen from my genius, you will never match the lengths I am willing to go!)

>>
>>23927746
>>23927762
Scirocco thinks that Kamille is this genuine rival to his super genius, someone even better at manipulating events and those around him. Effectively able to counter whatever Scirocco can do. When in reality Kamille can just see through the Jovian's bullshit and react accordingly, it helps that Kamille has really close bonds with his allies.

Remember when this run started when Scirroco appeared as a kind of mentor figure to Kamille? Who knew it'd turn out like this.
>>
>>23927791

Scirocco just wanted a competent servant. When Kamille outgrew Sciroccos influence and even the eclipsed him Sciroccos ego couldn’t handle it. The man definitely needs to either be drug to the bottom of the societal totem pole or outright killed at this point given how demented he has become.
>>
>>23927746
>Do absolutely nothing
>Win
>DAMN YOU KAMIYUU REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
This is a pretty funny run, everyone keeps shooting themselves in the foot while Kamille is just trying his best to tardwrangle his own allies into not fucking dying
>>
>>23927746
Didn’t he just destroy the axis fleet there? Whats the endgame he’s going nuclear and not just literally
>>
>>23927791
It’s funny because Kamille can be, but he’s better than him because Kamille generally gets results without resorting to those strategies and I think that’s what drives him crazy because he can’t fathom it
>>
>>23927762
>>23927930
Don't know just how well informed he is, but it does makes sense to pin this unexpected turn of event on faintmille from his pov
>Four stars his inflammatory speech
>Axis responds accordingly, with Mashy butting in
>Olympian and Axis forces clash at side 5, with the latter losing completely.. the only axis survivor being mashy
>Mashy returns.. and long story short, commits open treason. Idealistic speech and all.
Syropo plays his hand in the form of haifan, and kamiyu answers with psycho brainwashed mashymre. A duel of geniuses

>>
>>23928125
Just as well. If we couldn't have them they're better off destroyed.
>>
>>23928125
We still have whatever Syrupman gave Kamille in his encrypted data, but since we now know that he was always acting in bad faith, it is highly likely that whatever is on those files is either not that much of a boon for us, or outright malicious.
>>
And now to hope that the doctor didn't just euthanise everyone or get murdered himself.
>>
>>23928140
If he’s being influenced would Ple really take out Kamille’s doc though?
I guess its time to find out what kind of Ple we will get when we come back
>>
>>23927191
Well, how do you /m/en propose to deal with Four's particular case of prosopagnosia now that the showdown on Luna II is coming up? Can't she really see that “Mashymre” has been acting just like the Kamille she knows all this time?
>>
>>23928317
We kind of can't. Nothing we say will make her convinced we aren't Mashymre, our best option is to either trust Mashymre's ability to see lies now would convince her if we said we were Kamille in his presence and he agreed or some of our crew tried to talk to her and explain the problem to her.

>Yazan: Listen to this dumbass!
>Jerid: He better not have wasted every nuke in there!
>Yazan: Less of a pain in the ass for us if they did. Nothing worse than a good fight getting ruined by some idiot flinging those things around.
>Jerid: This monstrosity...you actually think you can handle it?
>Yazan: I'd give you a demonstration, if you weren't the one juggling all this other horseshit. Hey, Messa.
>Jerid: Yeah?
>Yazan: If you are ever going to listen to me, take this nugget of knowledge and lodge it somewhere real deep in your noggin. That ass you keep eying? The woman it is attached to will drag you right down to the bottom of the mud with her.
>Jerid: I'll eye whatever ass I want.
>Yazan: It is audienceless funeral, "boss".
>Jerid: Only one woman ever was a threat to me, and she is long gone now. Besides, what would some queer like you even know?
>Yazan: Women have a real simple purpose. Once they start stepping out from that role, it create problems for everyone else.
>Jerid: Barefoot, pregnant, and compliant to a mans every whim. Is that how you view them?
>Yazan: They are a hell of a lot happier that way, at least once they can start pumping out kids. If you plan to rule as king, god, or whatever else you got in mind, keep it simple with whatever women you plan to keep around.
>Emary: Lecherous swine...
>Yazan: Oh? Having trouble controlling your voice?
>Emary: Supreme Commander Messa, repairs to the Gundam Mark III have finished.
>Jerid: Double time it on getting the other Mobile Suits to full combat capability. I want us ready to hit Luna II at a moments notice.
>Emary:...Times have changed, Captain Gable. A woman is capable of so much more than someone like you can fathom.
>Yazan: "Surprise me". Oh right...you won't. You'll have a woman moment, disgrace yourself, and run crying to an idiot that won't slap you straight. Don't be that idiot, Jerid.
>Jerid: Asshole...!

>>23928503

Unable to simply wait and observe Mashymre's intentions, the joint force of the Alexandria and Christina Mackenzie's squadron push out from Side 6 to engage the defense fleet that had been stationed to blockade them, only to find the majority that fleet to have already fallen back for Luna II.

>Kamille: Take them all out immediately!
>Leila: This feels hasty. Shouldn't we try to make sure they aren't trying to ambush us before we rush in?
>Kamille: You aren't wrong, but we can't afford to waste any time!

Detecting the approach of the Alexandria's forces, the small patrol fleet left by Axis immediately begins its retreat, putting up no resistance to try and guard the sector.

>Christina: They are already falling back...
>Kamille: Beginning pursuit now!
>Leila: Kamille!

[Battle for Space-2 has begun]
>>
>>23928524

Axis makes no attempt to guard the territory they had been assigned to, with the Endra-Class evacuating at full speed back for Luna II.

>Kamille: We can still pursue them!
>Alexandria XO: Sir, that would put us directly into Luna II's defensive screen! It would be suicide to attack now!
>Leila: Kamille, I know you are feeling pressured because of everything...which is why we need to wait until we can figure out a real plan.
>Kamille: I already have enough on my plate as is! The sooner we get this over, the sooner I can focus on helping the others! Four, Sarah, that...idiot Ple...!
>Leila: If you break down now, you won't be able to help any of them! Kamille, please...
>Christina: She's right. We know additional forces are on route, so rushing in now would just endanger all of us needlessly.
>Kamille: Damn...!

Meanwhile, an Axis garrison above the orbit of South America is eradicated by a squadron of Xeku's, along with a Bound Doc under the control of the more erratic than usual Gates Cappa.

>Gates: Have we found their signal yet?!
>Alexandria Kai Captain: They appear to have left Side 6. Commander Cappa, are you certain these pilots from Augusta are capable enough? The Black Devil earned that title for a reason...
>Gates: I have personally trained each of them meticulously! Each one of them is above any "natural" Newtype! Superior engineering and overwhelming firepower conquerors all! That, and my special discipline!
>Namicar: We only need to capture that young man, correct? Obviously the others on his crew are of a lesser quality than he is, so we can just move them to observation once they are taken back to Earth-
>Gates: If you want to secure that pension, I would advise you follow my lead very carefully! "Kamille Bidan"...I have your every move figured out! Lets see how you handle the Bound Doc in a true Cyber Newtypes hands!
>Namicar: (That arrogant boy needs to be put down. Oh Four...!)
>>
>>23928547

Choosing to temporary end his pursuit of Axis's forces to wait for all of the Olympian's forces to rally for a total assault on the Space Fortress Luna II, Kamille prepares to check on Four and Ple again, only for a communication to be sent from Gates Capa's Alexandria Kai.

>Gates: To those of you following "Kamille Bidan", rejoice! I offer onto all of you a chance to surrender, and to serve a far higher purpose! As for Kamille himself, I know you can hear me. My name is Gates Capa. You may not know my name yet, but you will. This rebellion that you have had a hand in has been quite...eye opening for certain people on Earth. Unlike the others on your crew, I don't want, or intend to offer you a chance to surrender. I intend to make an example out of you for how you have made a mockery of the Cyber Newtype initiative.
>Kamille: This bastard...!
>Leila: Kamille, calm down. He is obviously trying to agitated you-
>Kamille: You think I haven't realized that?!
>Gates: Run, hide, or even just come right at me. It won't matter. You'll be detained, humiliated, and put to a better use soon enough. As for your crew, do be sure not to take out your frustrations on them. It would be such a disappointment if they shipped you over to me in a barrel just to save themselves~. See you real soon.

While Kamille would normally be able to shrug off such juvenile taunts, his agitated mental state leaves him in a genuine state of anger from Gates's taunts.

>Christina: He is obviously trying to goad you into him first. Even so, it would be a problem if they tried to attack us while we were engaged at Luna II.
>Kamille: So I should just take that bait?

Using her Gundam "Eye-Spy"'s EWAC systems in conjunction with the Alexandria's systems, Leila is able to quickly verify the vessel Gates had made his arrogant challenge from.

>Leila: It looks just like our ship...
>Kamille: Any idea on how many Mobile Suits they have?
>Leila:...Around sixteen.
>>
>>23928570
Alright so if I remember the ship correctly it has room for 6 units, that means he has 5 grunt squads of Xekus and a single Baund Doc, as long as we have Christina's reinforcements we should be able to take him.

Kamille steps away from the hangar to check on how Ple's treatment is proceed. Upon entering, he finds Four sleeping against a nearby wall, while the Chief Medical Officer stands idly by as Ple sits on the chest of the blinded EWAC Hizack pilot.

>Ple: How about this way?

Pulling the sides of her hair into two messy pigtails, Ple holds it in place as the blinded Officer cocks his head slightly.

>EWAC Hizack Pilot: Wouldn't you rather ask someone who actually see you properly?
>Ple: No~. All of them will just suck up to me!
>EWAC Hizack Pilot: Any way you can use this party trick of yours to let me see everything else?
>Ple: If you tell me which looks cutest on me, I will ask my betrothed to make you some new eyes.
>EWAC Hizack Pilot: You might have a little competition there, little Princess.
>Ple: Dummy! Kamille can still have them as playmates if he wants, but he won't really care once both of us see paradise together-oh!

Spinning around to face Kamille, Ple leaps off from his body, lunging herself into Kamille's chest.

>Kamille: Ple, are you-
>Ple: Great~!

Looking behind Ple's neck, he finds the bulge to have receded slightly, with its coloration partially returning to a healthier hue.

>Medical Officer: She'll make a full recovery.
>Kamille: How? Did you find a way to remove it?
>Ple: Remove it~? I have never felt better~! Everything feels soooo much more amazing with it finally behaving~! Now I really get why Haman gave one to Char as our engagement gift~!
>Kamille: How could you do that to yourself?! Doctor, what actually is going on here?! Why would you just leave that in-

Planting her lips against Kamille's, Ple is forced off from his body as she tumbles to the ground. As the Medical Officer starts to reach for a scalpel ,he is stopped at Ple raising her hand.

>Ple: Sowwy~. I forgot you are really shy...or rather, you have someone else on your mind right now?
>Kamille: You brat! We need to get that thing out of you! Scirocco-
>>
>>23928928

Upon hearing Scirocco's name, Ple's expression immediately darkens. Pushing herself back up, Ple maintains a serious, uncharacteristically focused look on Kamille.

>Ple: The only way we can both go to the promised land Haman told me about is we both truly love one another...so lets find this Scirocco and-

The nape of Ple's neck wriggles as her anger over Scirocco simmers, with the Medical Officer rushing to support her body.

>Kamille: You call this "a full recovery"?!
>Medical Officer: It will take more time, but she will fully recover. Fully...recover. Fully...fully...fully-
>Ple: Scirocco...you hate him, don't you? You really, really, really hate him. Is that what he looks like? Is that what he sounds like...it is all so clear in my head-

Preparing himself to sedate Ple to further investigate the organism yet again, Leila rushes into the Medical Section with a emergency message.

>Leila: Kamille, we just received a message from where those nuclear blast occurred! I-its...Scirocco!
>Kamille: Now?!
>Ple:...Scirocco-
>Kamille: What did it say?!
>Leila: It would be better if you heard it yourself...Ple, are you-
>Kamille: Take me to it, now!
>Leila: R-right!

While Kamille follows behind Leila, Ple's hand shakes with anger as her mind is consumed with images of Scirocco.

>Ple: (He...is the one standing in the way of us being together.)

Arriving on the bridge, Kamille rushes to listen to the delivered message, with Scirocco's uncovered, damaged face being shown on screen.
>>
>>23928953

>Scirocco message: By the time you receive this, you will have likely made every attempt possible to remove the device currently within Sarah's body. Obviously you aren't a complete fool, so you stepped away before resorting to anything that would cause her any permanent harm...a wise decision. Despite the setbacks you have caused for me, it has all been pointless. Truly, it would have been a mercy had you simply been burned away by the Colony Laser...but still, now we have found ourselves in this difficult position.
>Kamille: Bastard...!!
>Scirocco: Dear, sweet little Sarah...you truly must have made quite an impression on her to make such a fool of herself on your behalf. Whatever Haifan may have divulged to you, it really does not matter in the slightest. All that matters now...is that I offer an end to Sarah's predicament. A "cure". By now you must have realized the antibody neutralizer will only temporarily contain its growth, but I offer a permanent solution. All you have to do...is to come before me with Sarah. Fail to bring her, and your chance to save her will be forever lost. Bring your little assortment of collect pets? It vanishes for good. Oh, and don't insult my intelligence with any tricks now. I'll know if it is her...

A set of coordinates appear on screen, with Kamille immediately recognizing it as the epicenter of where Gryps had just been struck by nuclear weapons.

>Scirocco: You have twenty-four hours from the moment this message arrives. Please don't delay. I truly wouldn't want my dear Sarah to suffer any more than you have already allowed her to. Haha...ahahaha!!

Hate. The sensation that boiled within Kamille was nothing short of the rawest, purest form of hatred possible. After everything they had been through, even after learning of their survival from his barbaric use of the Colony Laser..."this" had been his response. An attempt to infect Sarah with the entity now existing within Ple's body.
>>
>>23928960
Scirocco has been failing at every trick he used, we do need to fix ple but is the cure something we can just get from him? Whatever the entity is does seem to like Kamille, but we can’t let it influence people around it and I’m not sure if it can be taught
>>
>>23928960
assuming as do play along, how is this going to play out.
"Hey dude, you failed to infect Sara but you got a girl even younger than her hooked on it, can you just give me the cure so we both can correct your mistake?"
>>
>>23928976
>>23928984
Also i thought this device would make her subservient or something, if this thing made Ple super loyal to Kamille and want scirocco dead just from him thinking about it how would this have helped with Sarah? She would’ve fucking skinned him alive regardless
>>
>>23928960

>Leila:...Kamille, you know this is an obvious trap-
>Kamille: That obsessed bastard did all of this just to get at me and Sarah. After everything, he would this far just to soothe his bruised ego...son of a bitch! Damn him! Damn him to hell!!
>Leila: You need to calm down-
>Kamille: Calm down?! How can you expect me to be calm at a time like-

Recalling that Scirocco had made mention of Haifan's full understanding of what was planned, Kamille rushes back to the Medical Section, where he finds Ple waiting for him.

>Ple: You feel...so angry. Did Scirocco do this-

Pushing past Ple, Kamille grabs at Haifan's head, yanking his pillow away to start bashing his head against the bed frame to awaken him.

>Kamille: Get up! Wake up already!!
>Medical Officer: Colonel, please!
>Kamille: We don't have time to wait! How long has it been...?!
>Ple:...A "cure"?
>Kamille: What? How did you-
>Ple: If you tried listening, you could hear everything I am thinking as well, betrothed~. He tried to give this gift to this "Sarah" girl? Hmph...haha~! Sucks for her that I got it instead~!
>Kamille: This isn't a laughing matter!
>Ple: It kind of is though. I have the gift instead, and we have no reason to take the sleeping baby away now. This Scirocco really is stupid~! The stupidest of them all...and yet, you still really hate him. The kind of hate where you can't even take a bath without thinking about him.
>Kamille: If he has a cure-

Recalling a mention of an "Antibody neutralizer", Kamille scrambles out from the Medical Section back for his quarters, looking back into the initial container that Haifan had brought with the unknown liquid contained within.

>Kamille: (If this stunt its development, we can at least buy some more time.)

Returning to the Medical Section with the Antibody Neutralizing substance, Kamille is horrified to find Haifan being pinned to the ground, with the Chief Medical Officer cutting his throat with a scalpel as Ple just observes.
>>
>>23929000
Being fair, we were gonna absolutely execute the fucker anyways. Still, what a way to go.
>>
>>23929000

>Medical Officer: C-Colonel! He awoke, and in a wild frenzy he tried to attack the child! I-I had to protect her...!
>Kamille: By cutting his throat?! Have you lost it?!

Desperate to contain the bleeding flooding out from Haifan's neck, Kamille compresses the site with his hands, only to quickly realize it is far to late to save the man as his eyes fully dim...though Kamille notices the lingering despair on his face as his eyes remaining directed at Ple.

[Haifan has died]

>Ple: T-thank you for protecting me, Doctor.
>Kamille: He was the only one who knew anything about this! Why did you have to go so-
>Medical Officer: What...what have I done?! Why am I-ungh...!!

Clutching at his head, the Medical Officer collapses onto the floor in a state of writhing. In the commotion, Ple stomps onto the "Antibody Neutralizer" that Kamille had accidentally dropped upon entering during the chaotic confrontation, shattering it across the floor.

>Kamille: Ple?! No!
>Ple: It was nasty looking! A trick from that Scirocco guy...

Feeling his thoughts merging with Ple's momentarily, Kamille discerns that Haifan's fate had been desired...along with a disturbing flow of overly affectionate, loving thoughts of Kamille in her mind, with his hatred for Scirocco weaving itself into her own feelings. More concerning, Kamille hears an echo of Ple's voice, almost as if something else is mirroring her thoughts as she produces them.

>Kamille: Did you...have a hand in this?
>Ple: He just wants to hurt all of us...which is why you need to get rid of him once and for all, Kamille. With that "cure", he would kill us both.

I'm thinking about going to meet Scirocco with Sarah
>>
>>23929032
Ironically, taking Sarah might be the correct choice. She's been going cuckoo for a bit, so her behavior won't seem abnormal considering how Ple is acting with the parasite, and having her also disarms any keikaku Scirocco would have like a kill switch on the parasite killing the host. If it wasn't a guarantee to kill off a goof pilot and lose mobile suits, I would vote for Christina because nothing would piss off Scirocco more than Kamille sending a random girl in his stead and getting killed by her.

Bro I just checked Amuro's hard drive and it was full of Haman's feet pics
>>
>>23929045
>>23929046
It's also be really funny for him to try something only to realize that Kamille is telling the truth and Sarah isn't infected.

>More concerning, Kamille hears an echo of Ple's voice, almost as if something else is mirroring her thoughts as she produces them.
Something? Or, someone?
>>
>>23929032
I would actually kind of like to take advantage of Scirocco's weakened position and take several aces to Gryps to go take him out. But that isn't an option unfortunately.
Voting to take Sarah. At the very least, he'll be confused. Hopefully we can take advantage of the situation to kill him. It's time for one or two of the big pieces to be removed from the board.
>>
>>23929045
>>23929046
>>23929075

Thing is if he can track the parasite but isn’t aware of who it is actually on he might not show if we go with Sarah. Going with Ple would definitely have him under the idea that it is Sarah. Without The O or any of his other units Scirocco will also be a pushover to finally kill once and for all.
>>
>>23929032
To be honest I'm not sure, I think there actually isn't a cure, or at least not one that Scirocco has
but I think he has some way to control the being, which maybe what hes betting on to get Sarah back, but I'm not sure how it would go down and what Ple will do in thee meantime.

If we bring Sarah either things get really messy or Scirocco gets his head stomped in and I think not bringing someone with Kamille may not be a good idea either
>>
>>23929032
And what if we ignore it?
>>
>>23929356
Would be really funny if that was the correct answer. Realistically we have less to lose by 'losing' Ple to this thing rather than Sarah plus everyone's just telling Kamille to calm the fuck down. We could totally take Scirocco without playing his game with the forces we have
>>
>>23929032
God damn these are going too fast I get off work I cook dinner I check the thread and I miss it by 10 minutes. Guess it doesn't matter anyway, doubt I'd have swayed anyone.

The real problem is that deploying as the only noninfected, resistant one with any brains on the ship means you'll come back to a Ple controlled Alexandria, after having fucked up the Zeta fighting The O.

The Alexandria and our harem are basically lost now I think, Leila is fucked trying to handle this
>>
Well, going with Sarah won
This is a really bad decision, I feel. She's not gonna be mentally stable and it's a crapshoot on whether or not Scirocco will buy that we actually have her with us and think we're trying to trick him, especially if he can track the parasite. The only good I think can come from this is if we somehow fix Sarah or completely obliterate Scirocco mentally by letting him know his plan's gone off the rails.

>>23929422
I'm not sure if we should be too worried about that. It seems like it's only affected the medical officer so far.

Unable to take the risk of allowing Scirocco to continue acting freely, especially with the promise of a way to relieve Ple of the entity lurking within her body, Kamille chooses follow the invitation laid out by his old comrade and mentor. Aware that he had been expecting Sarah to have been the one to be infested, Kamille arranges for Leila to temporarily manage the vessel as he readies himself to meet with Sarah in her cell. Upon entering, he finds Sarah's upper body bound with a straight-jacket to prevent any potential self-harm.

>Kamille: Sarah...can you hear me? I am so sorry I couldn't have come sooner, but-
>Sarah: I can't stop it. You are going to die, I will be reclaimed by Scirocco, and then I will die as his pawn. It has played in my head over and over again...!
>Kamille: Sit still so I can take that awful thing off of you. Whatever you have been seeing, it won't happen. It...can't happen any longer.
>Sarah: What do you mean?
>Kamille:...There is so much to explain, and not enough time to do so.

Just as Kamille prepares to remove the straps keeping Sarah's arms bound, he ceases upon considering Sarah's reaction to the current situation.

>Kamille: I need you to trust in me. I am not some messiah, nor someone as arrogant as Scirocco...so I want you to remain calm as I tell you what is going on, ok? You promise me that you will at least try?
>Sarah:...I promise.

Removing the straps binding the straight-jacket to Sarah, Kamille holds her shoulders as she slowly shuffles to face him.

>Kamille:...Do you recall a member of Scirocco's forces by the name of Haifan?
>Sarah: H-he wasn't much for talking, but he was always kind to me.
>Kamille: He was sent to infiltrate our crew. All with the objective from Scirocco to force..."something" onto you. A parasite, some kind of bio-organic machine...do you know anything about that?
>Sarah:...Scirocco sent him? For me? Did Haifan tell you that?
>Kamille: Haifan is dead.
>>
>>23929570

Sarah's eyes lower at the news of Haifan's death. Despite their lack of interaction, she feels as if Scirocco's ambitions had claimed another life pointlessly. Her eyes quiver rapidly as the implications of her still being on his mind damages her resolve to loathe him with the emotions she has fostered.

>Kamille:...I can't allow him to act freely any longer. Even if that means detaining or killing him, he needs to be stopped. He sounded confident that if you were not brought, he would refuse to make himself known.
>Sarah:...He has to die, Kamille.
>Kamille: You can say that, but can you truly accept that when it is a real possibility? I know death is what he deserves for what he did to Von Braun, but if you are coming along-

Planting her head against Kamille's stomach, Sarah huffs out slowly as she holds herself against him.

>Sarah: It is strange...the jacket almost felt like a hug I couldn't escape from. Once you took it off, it felt so much more empty without that feeling. I will follow you...and when Scirocco dies, that nightmare will finally be over.

Wrapping his arms around Sarah, Kamille tightly hugs onto her. Feeling as if he is being watched, Kamille notices Ple staring out at him from just outside of the cell.

>Kamille:...Ple, this is-

Giving Kamille a shady smirk, Ple moves her fingers into a heart symbol, holding it over his face as he continues to comfort Sarah.

>Ple:...I knew you and Char were not all that different.
>Sarah: Who is-
>Kamille: Ple! I am not like that man! The way he acted was completely-
>Ple: Haman will find her cute enough to be a flower girl.
>Sarah:...Haman?! Who are you?!
>Kamille: Sarah, calm! Ple, stop trying to stir up trouble! How did you get away from Leila-
>Ple: You sure put a lot of faith in that hag, Kamille~. I understand how you are...so don't be so afraid to show it. The cutest girl in the entire cosmos outside of miss Haman is ready to be with you forever...don't forget you belong to me.

Confining Ple back to the Medical Section, Kamille requests for the Alexandria's security forces to ensure neither she, or the others currently being held within that section of the ship are to be allowed to freely travel around the vessel until his return. Using Leila's customized Gundam Mark II, a long-range scan is made on the Gryps sector for any potential traps that Scirocco may have prepared.

>Leila:...There are abnormal signals there. Heavily concealed, but they are some kind of craft. About...ten in total? There could be more though...
>Kamille: An ambush then...
>Leila: Shouldn't any other go with you? If you know this is a trap, then why-
>Sarah: Because Paptimus is the type of man who would not miss a chance to flaunt himself.
>Kamille:...Yeah, that. Once me and Sarah have verified if has anything to really help Ple, we will secure it and fall back. If Axis or that other force attempt to attack, just fall back for Side 6's airspace.
>Leila: And leave you to fight by yourself?
>Kamille: I'll find my way back. Promise.

Leila reaches for her own eyes, patting them nervously.

>Kamille: We are going to find a solution to that.
>Leila: I don't...want to be the reason any others have to die.
>Sarah: What does she mean by that?
>Kamille: I'll explain later. I am counting on you, Leila.

Launching out with Sarah alongside him in the Zeta, Kamille deploys to the source of Scirocco's transmission. Meanwhile, Scirocco silently observes a blip on his Mobile Suits secondary information screen, with it showing no sign of moving from the Alexandria.

>Scirocco: (Think you are clever, Kamille? Let us see just what kind of a trick you have in mind. It won't matter...)

Looking to his gloved hand, Scirocco yanks away the covering, revealing a barcode branded onto the back of his hand.

>Scirocco: (The power Jupiter and those heathens from Axis have granted me has taken enough of a toll. Now...it is time for you to give yourself back to me Sarah...)
>>
>>23929694

Entering the ravaged Shoal Zone that had once been the fearsome Gryps 2 Colony Laser and fortress to the Titans, Kamille verifies that he had managed to arrive before the deadline set by Scirocco had been passed. Unlocking his comm systems, Kamille openly calls out for Scirocco to show himself.

>Kamille: Scirocco! I came with Sarah, just as you requested! Show yourself! I know you didn't come alone, so come forward before you drag anyone else into this!

Emerging from behind camouflaged decoy asteroids, over twelves Dreissen's take aim for the approaching Zeta Gundam.

>Sarah: They showed themselves...!
>Kamille: Scirocco! Come out!!
>Scirocco Loyalist: You don't get to make any demands, traitor.
>Sarah: You...you were one of the crewmen that was serving with Paptimus.
>Scirocco Loyalist 1:...What the hell? Sarah? Then why did he-
>Scirocco Loyalist 2: Don't fall for it! That boy is a slippery one! It must a decoy he brought to confuse Lord Paptimus!
>Sarah: I was just as blind as the rest of you, until Kamille had shown me that the dream that Paptimus promised us can only be achieved by someone like Kamille! I want to live in the reality we were promised, not die for something we would be forever chasing!
>Kamille: Sarah, stop! Where is Scirocco?!
>Scirocco Loyalist 3: Collecting an ungrateful child who forgot her place. That fake you brought might have convinced the ignorant, but not us!
>Kamille: He isn't here at all! Damn that Scirocco-

As the Zeta Gundam repositions itself to fall back, numerous decoy asteroids detonates behind the path he had taken, flooding much of the space behind him in thick field of flak.

>Scirocco Loyalist 2: You aren't going anywhere! Not until Scirocco has completely won!
>Sarah: You absolute fools are throwing away your lives!
>Kamille: We can't fall back like this!

[Retreat disabled. Victory can only be achieved by destroying all units at Gryps 2]
>>
>>23929708

Believing Kamille to have violated the conditions of his agreement, Scirocco uses a far more specialized decoy asteroid to approach the Alexandria secretly. Upon confirming the Zeta to have left the active area, Scirocco bursts free from the decoy asteroid with his customized Dreissen. Despite his attempt to ambush the Alexandria without being detected however, his Mobile Suit is almost immediately pinged by Leila's "Eye-Spy".

>Leila: A Mobile Suit?! How did it manage to get this close?! This is Leila in the Gundam "Eye-Spy", readying for launch...what?! Even more?!
>Alexandria Officer: Lieutenant Raymond, what is it?
>Leila: More hostiles are approaching from Luna II! Over thirty signals...and another fleet from the Earth's orbit!

[Fleet from Luna II has arrived (North)/Gates Capa's force has arrived (West)/Scirocco has arrived (East)]

>Leila:...Kamille told us to run if they came at us like this! Alexandria, prepare to-

Hacking into the Alexandria's communications systems remotely, Scirocco makes his own proclamation to the crew of the vessel, with Sarah being the primary heart of his attention.

>Scirocco transmission: Pampered and protected, like a sheltered, obedient pet. In the end, that is all you ever were, Sarah Zabirov. Was it Kamille who convinced you to cower, or was it your own fear of having to look me the eyes after so speaking about me so...venomously? Everyone you know and love will soon be dead, all because of what you have allowed, Sarah. Though, will you truly care when you are back my side, meek and obedient, as you always were before? Relax...all of this is simply an inevitability. There is no escaping it.

Ending the transmission, Scirocco slams his hand against his control panel.

>Scirocco: (Such trite garbage to resort to saying. Let your hatred be known, Sarah! Loathe me with everything you have, and open yourself to me completely! Hm...?! Axis forces?! Damn fodder, don't interfere!)
>>
>>23929711

Even within the sealed off Medical Section, Scirocco's words are heard by Ple and Four. Having already held an unyielding hatred for Scirocco, Four is unable to control herself her lust to finally crush him in battle overwhelms her senses. Ple, having adopted the anger held by Kamille, along with Scirocco's words against Sarah, further sharpens her own loathing of Scirocco into a state of obsessiveness.

>Alexandria Security Officer 1: What a scumbag...!
>Alexandria Security Officer 2: What do you expect from the guy who tried to scorch us with that-hey!

Stepping out from the Medical Section, Four is held at gunpoint by the guards stationed to keep her and the others from departing.

>Four: I need to go.
>Alexandria Security Officer 2: Four, we don't want to hurt you...but dammit, we know you could hurt us. Please go back inside before-
>Four: I have made so many mistakes. Let me correct this one...
>Alexandria Security Officer 1:...Let her go.
>Alexandria Security Officer 2: We can't! Our orders were-
>Alexandria Security Officer 1: Kamille ran off again by himself! What is an extra body out there to fight, especially with that Byarlant just sitting in the hangar?!
>Four: Thank you both.
>Alexandria Security Officer 2: We almost lost you once, Four. Don't make us regret letting you go.
>Four: I won't. I will protect all of-

Feeling a heat welling in her chest, Four coughs slightly before refocusing.

>Four: I will kill him, for the sake of protecting "them".

[Four has returned to active duty. Technicians are modifying the Byarlant for her to use it once again]

Meanwhile, Scirocco unknowingly focuses his psychic energy onto the source of the organism within Ple, believing it to be Sarah.

>Scirocco: (Kamille truly has spoiled her rotten. Even so, these naked emotions are just what I wanted. My gateway to eternity!)
>>
>>23929718
Honestly, I'm fine with Scirocco taking away Baby Ple as long as we get to keep our aces alive.
>>
So Scirocco was absolutely planning to transfer his consciousness over to Sarah but will end up in Ple instead if he gets his way. I have to wonder how that'll pan out. Probably poorly considering the sway Ple has been shown to have over others. Genuinely not sure which I'd prefer to exist.
>>
>>23929726
It may not go well if THATS his plan because Ple is a much much stronger newtype than Sarah ever was. If she finds out the paradise thing was a sham she’d probably go nuclear like Mashy just did though
>>
>>23929719
Scriocco will be rattled that Ple isn't there, we can employ a strategy similar to when they did a three way battle last time, this time we have much better mobile suits.

Gates fleet will clash with the Axis one, Scirocco will likely have to deal with the blunt of our forces, he will probably be shot down here
>>
>>23929718
If Scirocco gets killed bc Ple can overwhelm him in a newtype mind duel while both Kamille and Sarah aren't even there, it's going down as one of the all time most pathetic Copy villain fumbles
>>
>>23929768
It's even more sad because Sirocco absolutely did not need to go down this path since Kamille respected and somewhat looked up to him until he pulled all this shit, his massive ego was his downfall.
>>
>>23929718
I know there's always a bigger picture or edges to snip off that need to be handled but the crew has made the comment of 'Irresponsible Captain Kamille' twice now if I recall correctly. It's worrying and feels like a warning, like Strikes in baseball.
>>
>>23929726

That is some Reverse Flash-tier spite and hatred if he was plotting to steal Sarah’s body just to fuck Kamille. There is having a fragile ego and then there is whatever the fuck is up with this version of Scirocco.
>>
>>23929900
I don't think he wants to BE Sarah anyways, unless he plans on being Kamille's woman, what he said was this
>>23925997
>>???: Everyone will finally fulfill the purposes I have readied for them...and then, everything will be as it should. With a woman to lead, and with the mind of a genius to offset her foolishness.

He just can't accept feeling cucked, this is all because we cucked him, that's what his speech is for, he thinks Kamille corrupted her
>>
>>23929908
>With a woman to lead, and with the mind of a genius to offset her foolishness.
This definitely sounds like a "my mind, her body" kind of situation. I don't think he wants Sarah's body to fuck Kamille, but rather he still thinks she belongs to him, and his current body just gets more fucked up by the second, so she was the only real option.
>>
>>23930045

If we are getting into the Walpurgis soul inheritance stuff then he has Mashiros body in storage elsewhere. The only reason he’d try to hijack Sarah is obviously to punish and torment Kamille. (Not putting it past this version of Scirocco to be into the idea of getting fucked by Kamille while puppeting his old cheerleaders body. Obviously a necessary part of his brilliant Keikaku.)
>>
>>23930073
It all makes sense. He will take Sarah's body, get her pregnant witth Kamille's child, then raise the kid as his true inheritor while teasing Kamille for fucking his greatest enemy.

Fighting against her every urge to deploy for the Gryps sector to join Kamille, Leila complies with the orders that had been given to her before. Ordering for the Alexandria to begin falling back for Side 6, Leila and the currently deployed Mobile Suit teams of the Alexandria start their retreat.

>Gates: Trying to scurry away? I don't think so! Draw Kamille out into battle! His defeat will grant us anything we could ever desire! Xeku team's, on me!

Oddly, Scirocco maintains his position in his customized Dreissen, his I.F.F freely being left open to draw Axis's forces to him.

>Scirocco: (Good. Like moths to a flame. That Federation Force can soften them for my advance. Let us see just how well they can manage without Kamille to hold their hands)
>>
>>23930565

Drawn to the numerous weak, yet still noticeable Newtypes following Gates, Leila advances ahead of the other Mobile Suits of the Alexandria to deploy Minovsky Particle canisters onto the inevitable battleground.

>Christina:...That long armed Mobile Suit is also launching? Who is piloting it?
>Leila: Miss Mackenzie, what is wrong? Please take a position to start firing-eh?! The Byarlant? But who would be-
>Four: Where are all of you going?! That awful feeling is coming from the other way!
>Leila: Four?! How did you even-
>Rick Dias II Pilot: How about cutting the chit chat short and staying focused?! We got incoming!

Four's Byarlant joins alongside Leila and Christina's formation, pressing against Gates's forces attacking from the Alexandria Kai.

>Gates: Kamille's Mobile Suit still hasn't showed itself...so, they need a demonstration of just how scary we can be. Show all of these traitors exactly why underestimating us will cost them dearly!
>>
>>23930573

It hadn't been a question of if he could win against the ambush squadron left by Scirocco. It was simply a question of how long they would delay Kamille from falling back, with the Dreissen teams putting everything into their attempts to defeat Kamille, only to bare direct witness to the monstrous pilot that had driven Scirocco to his current scheme.

>Scirocco Loyalist 1: G-glory onto Master Paptimus!! Raaah!!

Avoiding his attackers suicidal charge, Kamille quickly jabs his Zeta's saber through the Dreissen's cockpit, before rapidly shooting down five other Dreissens in a matter of seconds.

>Scirocco Loyalist 2: W-we can't stop him like this!
>Scirocco Loyalist 3: Disperse! Force him to keep pace with us, not the other way around!
>Kamille: Stupid bastards! Are your lives so hollow that you would throw them away for someone like Scirocco?!
>Sarah: There is no use trying to convince them any longer. If they haven't realized fighting you is pointless by now, it would be a mercy to end their lives-
>Kamille: I don't want to hear that kind of talk from you either! This is nuts...it is all insane! What could he possibly have promised you people to drive you to this?!

[10 out of 12 Dreissen's destroyed. Kamille will be unable to escape Gryps 2 airspace until all Dreissen's are destroyed]
>>
>>23930582
they couldn't even stop the zeta for two turns
>>
>>23930582

>Gates: Formation E! Are you all suffering from oxygen deprivation?! Move into Formation E already!
>Augusta Pilot 1: The formations are pointless! They are countering our every move!
>Augusta Pilot 2: We can't even get a proper lock on them! Minovsky Particles have us completely blind out here-
>Gates: Are you not Newtypes?! Turn off the targeting system and trust in your instincts! It is what sets us apart from the rest of the chaff!

Recluctantly adhering to Gates's advice, the Xeku pilots armed with Smartguns disable their targeting system as they take shots using only their senses and mix of luck. Surprisingly, these shots make impact with the two supporting pilots in Christina's squadron, blasting their Methuss Kai's apart instantly.

>Christina: No!
>Four: Fighting from so far away...I hate that kind of cowardice!
>Leila: Stay with us, Four! They will pick you off if you-
>Four: I can't stand them!!

Rushing ahead, Four's Byarlant unleashes a brutal rampage on the sniper nest of Xeku's, eradicating them and forcing the remaining squadrons to begin centering back around the Alexandria Kai.

>Gates: We've already lost that many?! Kamille still hasn't shown himself-
>Four: Uraaaaaa!!!

Speeding towards Gates, Four fires her Byarlants beams wildly towards the Bound Doc, forcing Gates to make an emergency maneuver to avoid the flurry of attacks.

>Gates: Come on, transform! Why is the Psychommu not responding fast enough?!
>Four: Fight me!!
>Gates: A-a woman?! That voice...the same one from that propaganda?!
>>
>>23930594
Oh, that's bad they've figured out how to produce the smart guns.
>>
>>23930594

Caught off guard by the intense pressure being exuded by Four, Gates is barely able to defend himself as his Bound Doc is torn apart, with him being forced to make an emergency ejection into open space to survive.

>Gates: (That wasn't Kamille, and yet...we were beaten? But...we are the apex of human evolution! Genuine, perfect Cyber Newtypes! How could we have been beaten by-)

Staring out at the Byarlant as it charges to attack the Alexandria Kai, a demented, delirium born idea forms in Gates's mind.

>Gates: (Have they also been creating Cyber Newtypes?! For them to be this powerful...Doctor Nakamoto, you were surpassed! I...I can still thrive, even without you!)

[Gates has survived without injury]

Finishing off the surviving Xeku's, the squadron following Leila prepares to begin their assault on the Alexandria Kai, only for Four to press ahead to begin the assault.

>Namicar: Call for them to hold their fire! We can still surrender!
>Alexandria Kai Captain: Far to late for that now!
>Namicar: We submit! Cease your attack already!
>Alexandria Kai Captain: Idiot woman! You expect them to just stop because of-

Just as Four is able to jab for the Alexandria Kai's bridge, Namicar's voice causes her to anger to subside, with the pressure exuding onto her being relieved temporarily at the sound of the woman she had considered a friend reaching her ears.

>Four: Namicar, is that you?!
>Namicar: Four?! You...you were alive?! The reports said that you were-t-that doesn't matter! Please, don't attack us any more! We surrender!
>Four: Namicar...I am so happy to-
>Rick Dias II Pilot: You can take your surrender and shove it!!

A large beam impacts the center of the Alexandria Kai, causing the vessel to begin bursting from within its pierced reactor.

>Four: Auuuaaa...!! Na...Miss Namicar!!
>Rick Dias II Pilot: Hey, long arms! That kill was mine, so don't go trying to claim it as your own-
>Four: Aaaaaah!!!

[Four has reached S Rank]

>>23930638
It's a natural consequence of playing as a character, not a faction. Especially a teenager like Kamille who naturally struggles to enforce his authority, and with very few trusty lieutenants to act on his behalf (like the best candidates for that among the vanilla Titans are probably Emma, Lila, Mouar, and Gady, and we have none of them).
>>
Finally got curious enough to get the game and emu set up myself. It's a shame the Jamitov and Haman campaigns aren't fully translated, but many thanks to Gihrentranslator for what already exists.
>>
>>23930638
Well mechanics aside because this is just because she failed the death roll(if she even had stats to pass it to begin with) you can't just demand a surrender right as you're being counter attacked after trying a ambush
>>
>>23930817
Okay, the translation isn't working. I've got the special emulator, patched the iso with UMDGen following all steps given (the image is correctly changed, unlike the text), Replace Textures is ticked, cheats are on and selected appropriately, but the UI is completely vanilla Japanese. Made it as far as the "turn 1" proper where you can select shit and everything is in Japanese.
I even tried a pre-patched ISO afterwards and that was the same, making me think it's probably an emulator issue rather than with the ISO (and again, the image changed correctly so I know the patching process is affecting the file). Is there some extra step?

Maintaining his position, Scirocco continues to analyze the Forces belonging to Kamille, his finger tapping rapidly in amusement at their resistance.

>Scirocco: (The Mark II's upgrades are rather impressive. To convert it for data collection and information control...what a clever boy you are. A shame whoever is piloting it is falling short. As for the Byarlant, that must be Four. Wonderful...I can enjoy the pleasure of killing her myself for how she treated me!)

[Dreissen (Paptimus Scirocco type) is now on route to attack the Alexandria's forces]

>Scirocco Loyalist 3: W-we...have already won, Kamille Bidan! Soon, the world shall be remade in the image of-

Ripping away the Dreissen's head, Kamille rams the torn section back into the Dreissen's chest, killing its pilot. Manic to finally end this engagement, Kamille unloads every weapon he has onboard the Zeta to destroy what remains of Scirocco's forces, while Sarah's silent prayers encourage him to show no mercy or hesitation. Having destroyed everything in his path, Kamille gasps for air as he finally escapes his battle trance.

>Sarah:...You did amazingly, Kamille.
>Kamille: They were just distracting us! That damn field of flak...!

Tossing the wreckage of one of the Dreissen's towards the sea of lingering, damaging flak, Kamille fires a beam through its reactor, creating an opening for the Zeta to escape through to fall back for the Alexandria.

>Kamille:...Enemy signals?! Damn it all, they did attack the Alexandria!
>Sarah: This is it, Kamille. When we defeat him, the nightmares will finally end. Then...I will know only a great future awaits us!

[Gryps 2 has fallen. Kamille is now on route to rejoin the Alexandria team]

Holding Four back from entering into a crazed frenzy over the destruction of the ship that had contained Namicar, Leila continues to shepard the remaining forces of the Alexandria out from the combat sector. Just as the vessel prepares to begin its final retreat, a new squadron of Methus Kai's from Side 6 mobilize to the Alexandria.

>Olympian Reinforcement Pilot 1: Just in the nick of time! Longbow squad, lets give these Zeons a real demonstration of what these Methuss's can do!
>Leila: Cease your attack! We have been told to leave if an attack came!
>Olympian Reinforcement Pilot 2: Relax, babyface! No need to run when you've got us as the cavalry!

Boosting ahead of the Alexandria's forces, the Methuss Kai squadron takes firing positions, unloading a brutal barrage against Axis's approaching forces. Within a single salvo, over fifteen Gaza C's, D's and even the experimental E series are annihilated from the power of the Mega Cannon's raw power.

>Olympian Reinforcement Pilot 1: See that?! "That" is how you get your names etched onto stones that build greatness! Long live Olympus-
>Scirocco: What a magnificently adorable performance.

Three beams eclipsing even the ones produced from the Methuss Kai's rip through space, its power easily vaporizing eight of the nine Methuss Kai's before they can even realize what is happening.

>Scirocco: Good, the "Bunker Crusher" is still holding a charge! Now, to see just how well the Byarlant can take a direct hit from it...

Entering the battleground, Kamille detects the explosions near the Alexandria.

>Kamille: They are already attacking! Hold on Sarah, I am pushing the Zeta's booster to their-

Sensing Scirocco's immense, twisted presence, Kamille locks onto the Dreissen readying itself to attack Four and Leila.

>Sarah: Only you can defeat him, Kamille! We can't hesitate now...!
>Kamille: Sarah-
>Sarah: Please, open your comms! If you call him out, we will confirm that he is truly in that Mobile Suit!

>How will Kamille move to engage Scirocco and Axis's forces?
https://strawpoll.com/w4nWWxjOlnA
>>
>>23931240
Going with the middle option so our allies don't get too cocky and try to get involved in a fight they don't need to.
also maybe we can mind fuck him lol.
>>
>>23931240
Okay, I know this might go terrible, but I'm voting to destroy Axis' forces with Kamille and not let Scirocco be aware of our presence. Both because it would leave him stranded without support, and because I am morbidly curious to see his chimp out once he realizes the infected one is Ple.
>>
>>23931230

>8 Brand new Methuss Kai annihilated instantly

There goes 16k resources we'll never see again...

Anyway, call him out openly. I want my big throwdown. Also though they're backed into a corner, we might be able to turn the tide and push Axis entirely.
>>
>>23931230
I'm going for Send an open communication calling Scirocco out, I think showing that Scirocco's so fucking wrong that he can't even locate the person he called out for us to bring would be a great way to fuck up his moral further and make him look like a buffoon.
>>
>>23931240
Is Puru considered Captain of Alexandria or not? What is the HP level?

Please give us current stats for Kamille, Four, Sarah and Leila, HP and EN levels of our ACE MS if possible. Is Sarah is a suit or also inside the Zeta?
>>
>>23931260
You can already tell Sarah isn't in a suit
>>
>>23931240
I vote the second option, because I'm worried he might blow up the Alexandria with that Bunker Crusher if he finds out Sarah isn't in it.
It feels like the choices are whetever he shoots it at it, at Kamille, or at Four.
>>
>>23931248
I would be tempted to go for this if it didn't involve sending our troops, Leila, Four and Christina to the slaughter while we finish destroying the Axis forces.
I want to choose open comunication to rouse the morale of our troops, but I'm thinking that would have the opposite effect of what I want since I'm almost certain it would mean our knuckleheaded boys would just take it as a sign to rush to their deaths. Maybe calling him a faggot in newtype communication ought to be enough.
>>
>>23931248
Using our own forces as decoys will basically make Kamille act like Scriocco, that will probably have long term issues
>>
>>23931230
went with send open communication, it messes with his ego by calling him out in public and our methuss kais can easily deal with his forces.
>>
>>23931504
We have like 2 of those left, anon.
>>
See, I'm not sure comms would draw Scirocco over, only assure that Kamille is returning. Maybe it'll throw Scirocco off hearing Sarah, but he could just as easily think it's a trick and continue. I feel we might have a better shot with calling out mentally. Plus the wording of the choice makes it out to be more of a guarantee. Then again, we may want Scirocco to succeed if he's meaning to meld with Ple.
>>
>>23931276
>Oh no, Scirocco might blow up the alexandria
So what if the blows up the ship? What would we lose really?
psycho-hazard puru?
The blind ewacs guy?
Fucking ramsus?
Also, wasn't syrup man fighting axis forces himself? Looks like they were pursuing him, i.e they aint our friends but they're not after our forces either. I think that's Kamille misreading the situation entirely and a trap option.
>>
>>23931625
Blowing up the Alexandria is not ideal, even if you don't care about the people on it, we quite literally do not have ships to spare and would be a huge morale hit on everyone in Kamille's team
>>
>>23931636
That plus you just know that Copy isn't going to leave some transhumanist monstrosity on the floor just because a ship they were on blew up.
>>

>[Send an open communication calling Scirocco out] has won.

Unlocking the Zeta's comms and visual monitor to be sent over an open frequency, Kamille pours pent up emotions in his address to Scirocco.

>Kamille: Paptimus Scirocco!! Don't you dare run away from us again!!

Even through the thick pockets of Minovsky Particles, Scirocco receives Kamille's hail, with the Jovian's mouth contorting into a smirk as he repositions his Dreissen towards the source of the address.

>Scirocco: You already slaughtered them all? My, what sheer brutality. It all could have been avoided had you simply-

Upon connecting to Kamille's visual monitor, Scirocco's facade crumbles immediately at the sight of Sarah Zabirov at Kamille's side. The psychological mask Scirocco had worn with such ease shatters immediately, with his restraint crumbling as a sea of paranoia overtakes him.

>Scirocco: That...isn't possible...!
>Sarah:...Paptimus, I hate you. I despise you with my entire heart. If you truly cared for me at any point...then die. Leave us alone! Get out of this world and let us live our lives in it!
>Scirocco: Be silent!! Y-you...this is a trick! You think I would fall for it, Kamille?!
>Kamille: Where is the cure?! You promised us that you had one!
>Scirocco: Ha! So this is just a trick then! Sarah was-
>Kamille: Haifan failed! That machine you had him smuggle aboard didn't make it to Sarah!
>Scirocco: What kind of a play is this, boy?! I know she is still onboard that ship! I can feel the hatred I fostered within her burning without cease! I have the proof right-
>Sarah: If she hates you as much as I do, then all the better!
>Scirocco: What are you...wait...!

The Dreissen makes an emergency halt in its boost, with Scirocco's state of mind clearing enough to detect the unmistakable sensation he had felt with Sarah at his side.

>Scirocco:N-no...! What have you done...!?
>>
>>23931806

Frantically looking back to the monitor tracking the entities signal, Kamille and Sarah both witness something they had never dreamed they would ever witness from the Jovian Mastermind.

Terror. Pure, unfiltered, terror.

[Scirocco's morale has collapsed to 0]

>Sarah: Why? Why would he of all people...?
>Kamille: Scirocco, the cure! If you intended to use it on Sarah, then you must have-

Scirocco raises his Dreissen's Bunker Crusher, firing out its bursting beam shells wildly and blindly.

>Scirocco: You...you are a disease! You aren't a Newtype...you are an abomination! Something that must be culled!!
>Kamille: Was there ever anything to help her?! Scirocco!!
>Scirocco: Get away from me! Axis fleet, I am a representative of Lady Chara Soon!! On her orders, destroy them all!!

One of the stray blasts from the Bunker Crusher impacts the Zeta, burning away its right arm and leg. Rather than continuing his attack however, Scirocco's Dreissen begins to retreat for the Luna II sector, only to be intercepted by Leila and Four.

>Leila: Kamille, hurry to us! Dispersing Minvosky Particles now-
>Four: Raaaah!! For everyone you have ever deceived, you'll die here!!
>Scirocco: M-my energy levels are critical...n-no! Get back! Get away from me!! I won't be shackled! I won't be-

Recklessly pressing her assault on Scirocco's Dreissen, Four's Byarlant suffers heinous damage...only to ram her Mobile Suits claw into Scirocco's cockpit. Coughing out a glut of blood, Scirocco's body slumps onto the claw, with his eyes shivering with the same fear Kamille and Sarah detected before.

>Scirocco: L-let...me die...with my...!

As Kamille tries to stabilize the damage to the Zeta, he watches in sheer confusion as the intense, blackened energy around Scirocco is violently torn from his body, with it being cast into the darkness of space as Scirocco's body goes limp.

[Scirocco has died]

>Sarah:...*Sniff*. He...got what he deserved...!

>>
>>23931863
What the actual fuck is happening. Kamille and Sarah just completely mentally broke Scirocco. His mask or facade wasn't just broken, the Jovian experienced complete and utter ego death to a complete surrender to primal terror. So much so Scirocco immediately gave into flight response and ran despite having the overwhelming advantage. Whatever the parasite is that Ple infected herself with is something beyond comprehension. Even to newtypes.

It's good that Scirocco is dead though. No longer will we have to deal with his bullshit. Four's also certainly gonna get a promotion for slaying the Jovian, she also protected Kamille and Sarah by doing this. Once news breaks that The Black Devil Squadron slayed the man that glassed Von Brain and avenged those massacred their legend will grow even more. The Zeta and the other Devils will be seen as avengers slaying the sinful monsters that threaten humanity.

It feels like there is a bajillion things going on behind the scenes with everything related to Axis and Kamille and co. barely know one or two things.
It's like Jerid and Yazan are in an action movie directed by Michael Bay while Kamille and his allies are playing a mystery thriller with a TON of hints of an eventual shift towards terror

Disorganized and already battered from the barrage commenced by the Methuss Kai squadron, Axis's remaining forces plunge themselves into a hopeless battle against the Alexandria's weakened, yet mortifyingly fearsome forces. Even the Zeta and Byarlant are unable to continue battle, Christina and the other Mobile Suits following alongside her conclude the battle without any further losses, forcing the last surviving squadron of Gaza E's to retreat for Luna II.

>Christina:...All hostiles have been eliminated. Ceasing combat operations...
>Rick Dias II Pilot: Mackenzie! You alright in there?!
>Christina: I...I need to lay down. If I had just fought a little harder-
>Rick Dias II Pilot: Don't deal in "Woulda-Coulda-Shoulda's". You lived, they didn't...bet they would have preferred it that way.
>Christina: You can't go and say things like that!
>Rick Dias II Pilot: Just show me your favorite spot for dinner and i'll pay for it, alright?! Seriously, you'll turn into a bitter old hag if you keep frowning like that.

As Leila prepares to dock with the Zeta Gundam to offer it supplies, Kamille holds onto Sarah as she fully outlets her unbound emotions.

>Sarah: Don't you realize what this means now, Kamille? I don't have to live in fear of the visions any more...!
>Kamille: Shhh...this has been a lot for all of us. Damn him for not having that cure-
>Sarah: You will find a solution, Kamille. You always do.

Lowering the frontal seal on her helmet, Sarah lowers Kamille's as well she moves in forward to try and plant a kiss onto his laps, only for their helmets to bump against one another.

>Kamille: Now...isn't the best time for that.
>Sarah:...Hmph. I can wait then...we have endless tomorrows waiting for us now, after all.

Despite Sarah's attempts to sound joyous, Kamille still feels a genuine pit of sorrow within her. Resealing their helmets, Kamille prepares to be escorted back to the Alexandria by Leila. Meanwhile in the Medical Section...

I still think this could've been avoided if we just let Ple pilot, then she wouldn't have put it in her body to protect it

Well, lets see if this thing is still into Kamille, dunno if Ple is still around but if its a good pilot might as well make use of it
>>
>>23931992
What the fuck does this mean? Did the chip just steal all of the "good" parts of scirocco's being and upload it into Ple? The chip was compared to a baby before the needs to be kept to term so it would make sense as a way of fusing multiple newtype souls together and it would explain why a handful of Axis newtypes have just been mysteriously missing, they had the valuable parts of their souls absorbed into other newtypes while the bad parts were left in a discarded body.

>Axis Captain: W-we can't stop it!
>Gaza E Pilot 1: Sir Cello, the Federation have deployed an absolute beast! I-it is like a dragon!
>Gaza E Pilot 2: Fall back! Fighting here is pointless now!

Roaring with laughter, Yazan loses himself in the excitement of the upgraded Argama's new control system. Multiple wired arms jab and swing at Axis's defending forces, all while Jerid stands atop the new terrifying hybrid Warship and Mobile Armor awaiting a challenge Yazan would not be able to handle.

>Jerid: Yazan, we are going to collide with that battleship!
>Yazan: "Collide"? More like "penetrate"!! Unsheathe the Beam Stinger! Ram up right through them, until it is split right down the middle!! Yeeeehaaaw!!

Erupting from the front of the modified Argama, a massive spike is uncovered, with it rapidly being coated by focused Minvosky Particles into a blindly powerful beam ram.

>Axis Captain: Abandon ship! Repeat, abandon ship!!
>Yazan: I am going to violate you!!

>>23932106
That's Scirocco purple this makes me feel further validated in my guess being correct. The Chip stole parts of Scirocco's soul added them to Ple and sweated out parts of Ple's soul it didn't need.
>>
>>23932108
Alright gentle/m/en, our course is clear: Seduce and break Plerocco until she's a swirling miasma of personality traits who's only sure of her love of Kamille. A difficult mission to be sure, but we may just pull out some of Scirocco's works yet.

And god damn, Murder-Hermit is so fucking cool.
>>
>>23932123
>>23932108
Well if the theory is that the chip makes the servant more useful to its owner(which in this case would be Kamille for some reason) the question would be what did it take? His intelligence or his piloting ability, Ple did plot to be Kamille's top pilot at one point.
>>
>>23932108
Are we sure that's our Ple and not another?
>>
>>23932129
Right, but I do wonder what Scirocco's plan was. He wanted it in Sarah, he was planning to transfer himself into Sarah's body, so there's gotta be something else to how this parasite thing works.
>>
>>23932123

>Trying to Scirocco loli Scirocco

You are just asking for us to get a bad end. Whatever this thing inherited from the big J it needs to be taught to be good. Also yeah the Murder Hermit gives me some late Crossbone vibes.
>>
>>23932146
Honestly, if we end up dragging all our aces in custom machines to destroy Axis for good in a Steel 7 situation inside the Murder Hermit, ir would be unbelievably kino.
>>
>>23932106
Look at the shoulders of the silhouette. That's an armored pilot suit, meaning that's most likely Ple 2 or another Elpeo clone. Whatever happened with Elpeo and Scirocco may have activated a contingency of some sort. In this case Ple clones coming to murder us. Hence the term "Sword of Damocles" being used. Or maybe the Olympians are the sword that'll cut the head off of Axis we'll have to wait and see.

As for Elpeo Ple herself my guess is that the Jovians death might've caused some sort of shock to her. The parasite was meant to give Scirocco influence over whoever it bonded to right? So that connection would've been suddenly cut with Scirocco's death and Elpeo may have just experienced what it's like to die.
>>
>>23932154
There might be something to that considering it was said that Scirocco's energy went off into space rather than to the Alexandria. And considering how scared he was of that, there's probably some manner of control he'll be subjected to.
>>
>>23932099
The wording makes it sound like Jerid is just standing in open outer space without a suit.
>>
>>23932154
don't worry, Kamille's newtype influence will make the Ples defect
>>
>>23931917
It might be that Scirocco is terrified of the Axis Parasite, but it could just as easily be that what freaked himself out so badly is just that he was undeniably, publically WRONG yet again, his plan had gone to shit and everyone could see it. Just like when we dared him to take a look at the biosensor wreckage, and see for himself that there was nothing hidden in it. Without particularly trying, we've humiliated Scirocco's sense of pride and genius a few times now, this could have just been the last straw that snapped his self-image.
>>
>>23932269
Didn’t he also call Kamille an abomination before? I think it’s possibly fear of both, but especially also the fact that Kamille from his pov is in his head so much he predicted his every single move(he hasn’t) that it makes him seem like a unbeatable force
>>
>>23930638
The old law Axis run comes sort of close but this one generally seems worse. Part of it is because the rank and file soldiers are still Titans at the end of the day and for the most part they believe in nothing, part of it is that as we are now we are steamrolling the game, so for better or for worse, copy needs to contrive reasons we don’t just conquer all of space easily.
>>
>>23932603
Actually our forces are divided between soldiers of different origins, some are Titans soldiers(Alexandria Crew and the guys that came with Yazan), some are Anaheim test pilots and remnants, some are colonists rising up in support of the cause(the people following the Zeta and loyalists to Jerid)

They haven't been purely titans for some time, this is why initially Jerid's boys and actual titans soldiers argued and fought
>>
>>23932603
If the battles work how I think they do (Copy sets all our units to AI automation apart from Kamille and the ones we have explicitly ordered to go somewhere) I have no idea why we keep crushing these battles. The high tier mass production suits like Bardams and Dreissens should at least give us a bloody nose every time we engage them, instead nobody can touch us except top tier aces like Haman and Scirocco (who won't be troubling us any longer, not in a conventional sense anyway)
Morale can only explain so much.
>>
>>23932722
Pretty sure the AI isn't automatic anymore for both Jerid and Kamille's direct forces outside of specific events
>>
>>23932727
Yeah, we gained full control of our forces once we founded the Olympians pretty sure.
>>
>>23932049
Kamille is gonna pass out a few posts after getting back to ship and when he wakes up the crew is gonna be psychically or truly fucked by The Thing. No one ever has defenses for The Thing especially when it’s a psychic loli
>>
>>23932903
Kamille has shockingly good luck with all the newtype bullshit, he’ll luck out and become the thing’s favorite because he didn’t bully it or something in the future
>>
>>23932106

What is with Scirocco being a body snatcher in these fanfics? First Gumdom and then Copy X has that as his schtick every time he dies now.

In case anyone forgot, Gates just jumped ship and wants to join us, honestly the only thing I want outta him is the kids, which didn't even go with him, but maybe he can help us take over those labs for their tech

>>Gates: (Have they also been creating Cyber Newtypes?! For them to be this powerful...Doctor Nakamoto, you were surpassed! I...I can still thrive, even without you!)
>>[Gates has survived without injury]
he's gonna behave similar to when he was on Titans/Axis Amuro's team. Not quite treacherous, but very very Newtype superiority minded with 'snake of an advisor' vibes.
>>
>>23934135
Of course, he's going to be yet another Kamille zealot but one who thinks he perfects newtypes.

Now Kamiille will have two-three of them depending on how nu ple turns out.

But at least we could potentially use Gates to strike at the labs with his knowledge
>>
>>23934126
Honestly if given the option I'm sending the idiot to Jerid, Jerid's got jack shit for aces and whatever happens there will be entertaining especially since Jerid and Yazan are 100% our best bet to get Gates to stop being a scheming idiot planning on throwing the old type part of our army under the bus. That or he manages to convince Jerid want to become a cyber newtype to match Kamile.
>>
>>23934229
I say let jerid have gates once we deal with the labs, you specifically don’t want Jerid messing around with that kind of stuff
>>
>>23934229
>>23934455
Plus Jerid already kinda has his hands full with Yazan. Don't want Gates running some cyborg shit by him, otherwise he might just end up fused to the Argama or some shit. And nevermind Jerid himself who historically has been tempted, especially if he feels insignificant.

Arriving on the bridge of the Argama "Murder-Hermit", Jerid strokes his beard as he finds Yazan and the crewmen carefully selected to operate the new wired claw assault system erupting into gales of laughter over their recent victory, mocking Axis's pathetic attempt to repel them.

>Yazan: Oi, Messa! How much longer we just going to sit around waiting?! Those sissies at Luna II must be prepping themselves for our arrival, and none of us want to disappoint on the date we've promised them! Ain't that right boys?!

>Yazan: You really plan to just end this war by dangling those coward bombs at the Federation and those wretches from that space rock?
>Jerid: Those who kneel will be spared. You are free to slaughter anything that refuses to bend their knee.

Meanwhile at the junction between Side 6 and Luna II, the EWAC team of the Alexandria finishes running a scan over the space stronghold, determining that the Olympian's total amassed forces are roughly equal to whatever is left at the base.

>EWAC Hizack Pilot: (Hope those kids can actually stay focused long to finally settle this...)

While Kamille and the other Newtypes of the Alexandria turn their focus onto trying to determine the full situation with the now comatose and permanently altered Ple, Search and Rescue teams investigate the wreckage of the Alexandria Kai, checking its detached sections for any survivors, while the maintenance teams bicker amongst one another for a solution to the Zeta Gundam's lost limbs.

>Alexandria Technician 1: What are we supposed to do with this? The whole arm and leg are gone!
>Alexandria Technician 2: Can't we just swap it out with some of the wreckage from one of those new models?
>Alexandria Technician 1: I-I suppose that is an option...
>Alexandria Technician 3: Ain't you two forgetting to check on the basics? This things reactor won't play nice with those overly specialized one's parts. Honestly, I would just gut the whole transformation mechanism if I could-
>Alexandria Technician 2: Might as well just give the kid a new Suit at that point. What about that weird-looking beetle Mobile Armor? It has some parts we haven't tested yet...
>Alexandria Maintenance Chief: Enough out of all you! Just a conformation from the Moon that they can get some replacement parts shipped out here within a week.
>Alexandria Technician 1: A week?! Sir, he ain't going to wait that long for-
>Alexandria Maintenance Chief: That is with them rushing. Not like we have many other options at this point...
>Alexandria Crewmen: Look alive! We got some survivors from that other Alexandria!
>Alexandria Maintenance Chief: Just what we need right now...

Probably a mid season patchwork job. We still have to face Baby Haman and cyborg Bask.
>>
>>23934871
Would be good if she isn’t dead, we could use a newtype expert
>>
>>23934871
We didn't get a [Namicar has died] notification so it is very possible.
>>
>>23934876
I wonder what the upgrade for the Zeta would even be in this run. We probably need to drag Kamille back to the lab again (oh no) to design a better suit
>>
>>23934876
>>23934877
I'm guessing we're going to get a poll tonight with the options being something like.

Steal parts from the destroyed Baund Doc
Mobility and Move down, Claw Foot Weapon added, extra HP.

Use Methus Kai parts for a quick repair
Lose Shield, gain a half power version of its Mega Particle Cannon and consume a concerning amount of energy when fighting

Wait for proper repairs
Be unable to deploy the Zeta at Luna 2 but don't end up with a slight downgrade side grade for the foreseeable future.
>>
>>23934949

The Methuss Kai isn't a bad option considering it leads to the ZII. It would just keep Leila grafted to his hip to keep it supplied.
>>
>>23934949
Might finally get a chance for serious zeta upgrades at this rate once Luna 2 is taken out
>>
>>23934949
Seems like a difference between melee vs range focus, or rather a solo vs team focus seeing how Leila may need to support him. I may actually go with Baund Doc in that case because the HML is one thing, Kamille can sortie without that and go in for close range, but having a power drain glued to Kamille would only slow him down. Only problems I can see is actually having to spend time mapping out the Baund Doc's parts as opposed to the Methuss Kai's which we already know about.
I am interested in what one of the techs mentioned about there being some parts for the Methuss they haven't tested yet. That sounds like a more unique outcome
>>
>>23934949
We might also get a 4th option to deploy damaged which deploys a weakened Zeta but gives us the opportunity at a real upgrade from the miracle tech team under Jerid who we'ave seen the work of already.
>>
>>23935018
Honestly, if that's an option, I would say it's worth it. We have 3 other aces worth something in the Alexandria, Jerid and Yazan coming through the flank with the Murder-Hermit and Mk III, and Axis only has Mashymre as a threat in Luna 2. Kamille deploying might be overkill.
>>
>>23935022
The only concern is a Four and Mash salty run-back we would be able to stop.
>>
>>23935027
I'm inclined to stick Four in the brig for the duration of Luna II. Five imaginary dollars says she switches sides if she engages Mashmyre, whom she thinks is Kamille.

>Leila:...If there is anything we can do-
>Kamille: Everyone but Leila, stay by the doorway. Leila, I need more swabs.
>Leila: Y-yes!

Without the Chief Medical Officer in a conscious state to diagnose Ple's current condition, Kamille attempts to treat the young girl in his stead. Unconcerned with his own health in his partially delirious state from having just taken the life of Scirocco, Kamille runs another scan over Ple's body, determined to find the developmental state of the organism growing within her...only to find nothing where it had once been settled outside of subtle etchings on Ple's spinal column. The moment Kamille is handed a fresh, wet alcohol swab, he wastes no time in wiping down where Ple's nape had once been inflamed, with him running yet another scan. Yet again, he finds the exact same result.

>Sarah: That little girl has the same marking that woman from Axis had-
>Kamille: Be quiet...
>Sarah: Did...Scirocco intend to do this to me? Why? What would he have-
>Kamille: I said be quiet! I-I...I don't understand this. It doesn't make any sense...it doesn't make any sense. I-it doesn't make any...sense. It...it doesn't-
>Sarah: Kamille, you-

Leila places her hands onto Kamille's shoulders pressing her fingers into his muscles to try and clam him.

>Leila: You are going to figure this out. Calm...be calm-
>Kamille: How can I be calm when every time I fix something, two more disasters happen?! It just keeps happening! Over, and over, and over, and over, and-

As Sarah begins to step forward, she stops upon seeing Leila wrapping her arms around Kamille's back, pressing all of her weight onto him to try and calm him down.

>Leila: I hope this is enough...because I can't go any tighter.
>Kamille:...Dammit. I need to-

Sarah steps towards Kamille, hugging him from his front.

>Sarah:...I wish we could do this under better circumstances.

Letting his muscles relax, Kamille allows himself to be held as he begins to break down.

>Rick Dias II Pilot: Crazy bitch! Don't you ever try to lay a hand on me again!
>Christina: Enough of this, both of you!

Four is held by two other soldiers from the Olympia garrison, with her struggling to contain herself from lashing out at those containing her from taking revenge for Namicar's death.

>Rick Dias II Pilot: Would you have rather I put on some kitten mittens and wait for them to kill all of us? Hell, i'd do everything I did all over again if I could-

The Pilot yelps in pain as Christina smacks him across the face, genuinely taking him off guard.

>Rick Dias II Pilot: W-what the hell was that for?!
>Christina: Why do you insist on pouring salt on the wound for her?! Stop it already!
>Four: It isn't...fair...! Why did she even leave in the first place...?!
>Alexandria Officer: Miss Four? Can you confirm if you know this woman or not?

Four's body immediately goes limp as Namicar is escorted into the room, her eyes completely focused onto the researcher she considered, and still does, a friend.

>Namicar: You really are still alive, Four! What did that awful boy do to convince you go out with that ridiculous speech?! For goodness sake, I...nearly died coming out here to-

No longer restraining her strength and training, Four breaks free from the grim of men holding her. Before Namicar can respond, she is completely enveloped by Four's limbs as she is tackled to the ground, with Four rubbing her face against hers.

>Rick Dias II Pilot: Uh...they a thing, or-
>Christina: Just let them have the moment.
>Four: Where did you go?! Why did you go?! Nami, why?! Why?! Why-
>Namicar: F-four...you are crushing me...!

Four slightly releases her hold on Namicar, her body still laying atop Namicar's tired frame.

>Namicar:...I couldn't stand the idea of dying out in space. I didn't mean to leave you, but I had no other choice. Augusta accepted my talents, and I was promised that my career would have been secured.
>>
>>23935433

>Four: What does that mean? "Career"?
>Namicar: Four, I...do you even understand what I am telling you? It doesn't matter now...when I saw what they were making you do, I volunteered to join this operation to avenge you. I...had no idea you were still alive. Kamille! Why would that awful boy have made you do such a thing?!
>Four: He didn't.
>Namicar: Oh, yes he did! That boy is a terror! A dangerous warmonger that only fed into your combat lust! He-
>Four: That isn't fair! You would accuse the dead of such a thing when he can't even be here to defend himself?!
>Namicar:...What?

Meanwhile, Kamille steps out from the Medical Section to calm his mind, unsure of how to handle Ple's current state, along with the inevitability of the upcoming battle to capture Luna II. Agitated, tired, horny, and unable to fully let go of the sorrow of having killed a man he once considered a mentor and friend, Kamille stumbles towards for the bridge to check on the crews status before retreating to his quarters to rest.

>Alexandria XO: Colonel Bidan, we were just about to contact you!
>Kamille: What now...?
>Alexandria XO: Sir? Is now a good time, or-
>Kamille: I don't need to be coddled, O'Donnell. What is it now?
>Alexandria XO: We received a garbled communication from the individual who organized that initial assault against us from that Alexandria-Class. D-did you want to hear it now, or would you rather rest? Either way, we can-
>Kamille: Play it.

Accepting Kamille's orders, the communication sent by Gates Capa is projected onto the bridges view screen.

>Gates message: This message is mean for Kamille Bidan. I must apologize for my previous comments about you...they were misguided. You no doubt have recovered what was left of my Bound Doc from the previous battle. It is the crown jewel of Augusta's research. The perfect Mobile Suit for we who have transcended our weakness as Oldtypes. Even so, your own Cyber Newtypes are...magnificent.
>>
>>23935443

>Kamille: "Cyber Newtypes"? Damn him...!
>Gates message: -know that I attacked you under false pretenses before. Pretenses that I now know were keeping us from working towards our common goal. Seeing humanity pushed past the accursed limitations nature had placed upon them. As I understand it, your Mobile Suit lacks a proper Psychommu interface. I can still sense my Bound Doc's Psychommu...it functions even after the damage done to it. Kamille Bidan, I ask of you to show me what you truly are. Use that Psychommu, and anything left from my Bound Doc, and show the world what you are capable of without the limitations of such barbaric technology! Show me the light that exists at the end of the tunnel I have long waited for!

As the message ends, the Alexandria's Communications Officer attempts to break the awkward silence.

>Alexandria Communication Officer: Guy could have at least offered to buy you some dinner first before courting you like that. Y-you know, cause he was-
>Alexandria XO: Stop talking. Colonel, we haven't been able to determine where he is, but we did verify that Mobile Suit he had mentioned is salvageable. On that note, your Zeta Gundam is in need of repairs. As it stands, it could be a week at the very least until replacement parts arrive to replace the lost arm and leg. As temporary stopgap, we could also use parts from those damaged models that came from Side 6. The...choice is yours, sir.

>What kind of repairs will be done to the Zeta Gundam for the upcoming battle?

>>
>>23935448
I'd personally pick the Baund Doc just to run the gambit, but it's pretty high stakes as it stands. Kamille's exhausted and I don't think I trust the labs' psycommu any more than the AEUG's, so I'd accept the Methuss as the safe option. I am worried about him running the parts ragged, though. Commanding isn't a horrible option either, if just to avoid a Ple-based calamity at a critical juncture aboard the Alexandria.
>>
>>23935448
[Wait a week (3 turns) for parts to arrive]: Wait 3 long turns, and repair the Zeta

[Use spare parts from the Methuss Kai]: Partially repairing the Zeta to be ready for the invasion. I don't think this will be a problem because Jerid and Yazan will be there.

[Use the Bound Doc's wreckage and Psychommu to repair the Zeta]:And this is the riskiest one. We haven't discovered a way to get rid of the spirits, and they probably won't want to negotiate. But if we somehow manage to solve this problem, we'll have a Zeta powered up with a Psycomuu system. I'd like Kamille to have one because I don't know if we can beat Haman in a one-on-one fight.

[Refuse repairs]: Bad idea

[Command from the Alexandria]: Kamille commands the ship and sends Leila and Sarah to help. With Jerid and Yazan, I don't think anything bad should happen.
>>
>>23935464
>>23935448
The biggest reason to not repair the zeta with jury-rigged parts is that the crew we've seen make shit like the Murder Hermit is with Jerid potentially by rushing into this battle and finishing it while the Zeta is still damaged would let us have them repair it and get a better version of whatever jury-rigger repairs we are currently considering.
>>
Given that a previous anon mentioned the theme of Jerid's original MS progression becoming more monstrous, I think it's thematically prescient that the Baund Doc is here to tempt us by turning the Zeta (and Kamille, likely) into monsters
>>
>>23935448
Anything but three turns or the Baund Doc. The less of that Babylon Spawn, the better, and I'm inclined to dodge Gates.
>>
>>23935448
I'm tempted to repair the Zeta with the Methuss spare parts, but I feel like it might irreversibly fuck up our Zeta for the future. I really want to keep Kamille in the forntlines since he's a goddamn monster in the battlefield, but perhaps sitting back in the bridge for once is not such a bad idea; Kamille needs a break from all the bullshit, and sticking around might help to dispel the image of "irresponsible captain" that our boys are starting to have about us.
>>
>>23935476
That leaves Sara, Four, and Leila to deploy, and I don't trust Four with this next fight since Mashmyre is there.
Unless we get a clue that clonking their heads together again will fix this perception switch between Kamille and Mashmyre, I'd prefer Four locked up.
>>
>>23935478
I don't think Kamille will let Four deploy.
>>
>>23935484
I hope so. Time for therapy and consultation with Namicar.

>>23935494

>>
>>23935464
A standard psycommu, as long as it isn't the Psyco's, shouldn't open a backdoor to the Warp, and it would indeed provide a much-needed boost for the upcoming battles; the biosensor's unique ability to summon the souls of those fallen in battle, combined with the psychic virus Leila gave us from when we bonded, seem to be the key factors for our curse.
>>
Question: If we take say the Baund Doc and Methuss repairs, can we undo them once this battle is over? Like are we stuck with a franken-machine, then we restore it to the Zeta afterwards? Like the Zeta with the Bound Doc's Claw and leg shouldn't be able to transform, so we'd lose a huge part of the Zeta's design and bastardize Kamille's design work with some other MS. Can we JUST take the Psycommu? Can we communicate to Jerid that we've taken damage?
>>
>>23935494
I think Kamille should first have a long meeting with Namicar to bring her into his movement, or at least convince her to stay close to Four and lend the invaluable knowledge she has about the Augusta and Murasame labs to help her recover. Also to gather any information about the horrors that Robins is creating for the Titans.
>>
>>23935523
This had better be reversible /m/en
The Waverider has been a fundamental part of our movement and our way of fighting, it has gotten us out of more than one tight spot.
>>
>>23935448
Gonna go with commanding the Alexandria. Kamille has needed an actual break for a while, and this seems like the perfect excuse. Not to mention the crew has complained about him running off from them like twice already, so we need to show we're still propee leaders.
>>
>>23935476
>I'm tempted to repair the Zeta with the Methuss spare parts, but I feel like it might irreversibly fuck up our Zeta for the future
It would probably lead to the development of the ZII which we would really want actually.

The Psycommu could be used as a alternative to the biosensor, which could unlock suits like the ZZ again, so I think that's' really what its asking, which tech are we messing with
>>
>>23935530
I doubt Namicar has any idea what the rival lab is actually doing, but she can give dirt on Loren and his newtype kids
>>
>>23935448
I voted to use the Bound Doc parts. The Zeta is trashed, Mashy is out there needing dealt with, and we've had multiple hints that the Kamille is pushing the Zeta past its limits. Like others have said, adapting the psychomu could lead to better tech down the line like the ZII or possibly the ZZ

Recognizing that his style of leadership has begun to harbor confusion and doubt, Kamille makes the decision to halt repair efforts on the Zeta Gundam to instead focus on directly leading his forces from the bridge of the Alexandria. While unspoken, many of the bridge staff appear relieved to have proper guidance going into such a major engagement at Luna II.

[Zeta Gundam repairs have temporarily halted. Zeta Gundam has been shipped to Side 6 until the battle of Luna II has concluded.]

Meanwhile at Luna II, Mashymre Cello calls for a moment of silence for the wayward fleet that had chosen to mobilize against the Olympian's at the Side 6 junction.

>Mashymre: May the eternal souls of Captain VeGroots forces one day be reborn into the world that our beloved Queen and Lady Haman had promised they would thrive in. Even they chose a different path than we did, they still lived and died as brothers in arms...and for that, I pray that we shall all meet again one day, with us to serve as their guiding lights into the future.
>Beanne: Captain Cello, those guys from the Moon are already staging to attack us. What are we supposed to do here?
>Mashymre: We shall do our duty. With the barbaric weapons of this base removed, our victory or loss shall not spell the end of humanity.
>Judau: Enough is enough! Mashymre!!

Forcing his way past two armed guards into Luna II's Command Center, Judau prepares to charge for Mashymre, only to be tackled against a wall by Beanne.

>Beanne: Stay down, ankle bitter!
>Judau: You are one to talk, shorty!
>Beanne: "Shorty"!? Why I outta-
>Mashymre: My word has not been broken to you, Judau Ashta. It just requires more time-

Seeing Judau slamming his knee against Beanne's crotch, Mashymre winces in disgust at the underhanded attack. Charging forward, Mashymre pins Judau against the wall by his throat.

>Mashymre: You are lowering yourself to such primitive behavior?!
>Judau: I just...want to find my sister...you bastard...!!
>>
>>23935931

>Kamille: Namicar? Why was she...it doesn't matter. Have her sent to bridge immediately. Have arranged for hospital shuttles to take Ple and the others to safety at Side 6 yet?
>Alexandria XO: They should be here within the hour. We also sent word for Namicar to be brought to the bridge for-
>Alexandria Communications Officer: Sir, we are reviving a direct hail from Luna II! Patching it through now!

Emerging on the Alexandria's view screen, Mashymre silently looks upon Kamille, his expression rapidly shifting from anger to composure as he places his arms behind his back.

>Mashymre:...I must keep this brief. Soon, we will be forced to do battle with one another. An engagement that will likely claim the lives of many brave men and women fighting for what they believe it correct course for mankind. Nothing I say or do will change that fact...but there are some here who are not meant for such a thing. Judau, come forward.

Bringing Judau into view, Mashymre resumes his speech.

>Mashymre: I am aware that the Colonies have fallen under your control. For that reason...I ask that you accept this young man, along with others who are not in agreement with this upcoming battle, into your care to be returned to their loved ones. I have betrayed by oath to our Queen by making this decision...but I must know that you intend to truly help them.
>Kamille: Is this a trap? I find it hard to believe that you would-
>Mashymre: For someone wearing my face, such a lack of trust is disturbing.
>Kamille:...What?
>Mashymre: Tell me you intend to help them. Do so...and I shall release them into your-
>Namicar: Four, what are you doing?! Calm down-
>Four: Kamille!!

Practically feral upon hearing Mashymre's voice, Four bounds into the bridge, her body clinging to the view screen as she tries to reach who she believes to be "Kamille" through it.

>Four: You were alive! I knew they couldn't have beaten you, Kamille!
>Mashymre:...S-stop it. Don't call me-
>>
>>23935947

>Namicar: How could you have let her become this way?!
>Kamille: Four, stop!
>Four: Why can't the rest of you see him?! It is Kamille! Mashymre is...is-

Clutching her head, Four whimpers in pain as her own mind reacts to her delusions, tormenting her psychologically. Leaping up from his seat, Kamille prepares to incapacitate Four from potentially injuring herself, only for Mashymre's now enraged voice to boom through the view screen.

>Mashymre: Do not lay a finger onto her!
>Four: Kamille...!
>Mashymre: "Kamille"...so that is your name, is it?! Whatever you have done to me...whatever you had that woman afflict me with...!
>Judau: Leina! Do you know if a little girl named Leina Ashta has been looking for me?!
>Mashymre: Show me that you are a man worthy of the face you have stolen from me!
>Kamille: W-what are you talking about?!
>Mashymre: In exchange for the innocents to be taken into your protection...I demand that the woman known as "Four" is sent to answer for the humiliation and indignity she forced upon me!
>Kamille:...You! It was you who did that to her!!
>Mashymre: She made me question my divine faith in Haman! I have been forever barred from the gates of paradise that Haman would have welcomed me into, all because my dignity as her knight was stolen away! She-

Seeing the genuine confusion spread across Four's face, Mashymre's composure cracks as he places his hands onto his screen, as if trying to grab hold of her.

>Mashymre:...I swear on my eternally damned soul that I shall do no harm to her. So give me that woman...give her to me, so that I may understand why I have been cursed as I have!
>Namicar: Over my dead body, you clown!

People will hate it but I’ll take not having to deal with Judau for having Four go over there

But I’m fine with refusing, debasing just feels wrong since he was the one that got raped
>>
>>23935966
Hoo boy. This situation just seems like it's full of landmines that will explode immediately no matter what we choose.
I want to take the non-combatants and Judau off Mashy's hands, but I don't want to send Four over in this state. Debasing him isn't really going to make this situation any better either.
I'll think on this one for a while, I don't like any of the options.
>>
>>23935966
I would really prefer to just ask Four what she wants and go with that. Even in her obviously compromised mental state. As well as just being a good thing to do, it would imply to Namicar and Mashymre that we haven't been misusing Four thus far.
Shaming him would just be crass.
Out of these options I'll probably end up voting to agree to the exchange. I admit it's a massive gamble. I just think Four is too smart to completely switch sides like this.
>>23935987
Fuck do you mean "not having to deal with Judau"? He's, like, the least disruptive member of the Shangri La kids. And the best pilot. And he usually keeps calm under pressure.
>>
>>23936006
Not having to deal with judau on the battlefield alongside axis, use context clues.
>>
>>23935966
Fuck I'm really torn about this. On one hand, Mashy's really an honorable guy, and accepting the non-combatants continues our reputation as a liberator for the colonies. On the other hand, sending Four to her presumed (by our side) rapist is a PR nightmare for our crew that is just beginning to trust us again.
>>
>>23935966
No, fuck mashmyre, shame him as a rapist, handing over our little kung fu retard is insane, Judau can do what he’s done many times in canon and steal a mobile suit and join us if he doesn’t want to hang out with captain cotard delusion anymore
>>
>>23935966
If we refuse, Mashmyre is still going to evacuate Judau + civilians, but to where is the question. Judau's flown under the radar so far, but if Haman gets him under her thumb that's going to be a big issue given the shit going down at Axis. Agreeing avoids that, and we get through this operation, we regroup and likely go back to the moon to drop everyone off where Judau can finally see Leina.
Problem with agreeing is losing Four, who everyone can see is delusional and needs help and will question what Kamille is doing. In a fantasyland scenario doing this relieves her of her face blindness, but more realistically she's going to convince Mashmyre to let her deploy and be a pain in the ass in this battle, killing someone or getting herself killed, and the latter would probably power up Mash and make him a pain too. Those two are very similar at this point and will feedback loop their retardation after all.
>>
I think the greatest irony of this vote is that I'm the previous Mashymre tripfag from over a decade ago and I'm still picking shaming him as a rapist lmao.
I don't think any of these choices are good but I can't give away Four like this, it just doesn't feel right.
>>
>>23935966
I don't see why Kamille accepted Mashymre's demands. We should have refused or accused him of being a rapist.
>>
>>23935987
>>23935991
my logic for debasing him is
1. he'll never join us anyways
2. it'll make our side like us more and have more confidence in us to not deal with a delusional zeek
3. Four needs help, and trying to sugarcoat this entire thing isn't going to help.
>>
I suppose we can debase him yeah, I’ll vote for it when I get home
>>
I'd rather we not vote for debasing if only because Four is present. No sense confusing her even more as to whether Mamille or Kashmyre said which, what, and when.
>>
>>23935966
I'm going for shame, both Mashy and Four know that isn't what happened and getting Four to better understand what happened after the fight might enable her to fall out of her fucked up mental state the battle forced her into, noteable we learned Mashy see's Kamille with Mashymre's face too so both of them were fucked up hard by this.

The biggest problem is that not having Mashy and Four interact means Four's never going to actually get fixed so unless shame snaps her out of it we're basically losing any chance to fix our connection with Four unless a miracle happens.
>>
My god. The solution (that'll never appear) is for Kamille, Four, and Mashmyre to hold hands and share brains, isn't it?
>>
>>23935966

Do not vote to shame him because that is 100% a trap. We (the readers) know for a fact that Four forced herself on Mashymre, thinking it was Kamille, and if Four realizes that truth herself in the moment, it'll be a disaster. Also even airing something like that so openly is just really poor form (though it would track with how stressed and overburdened Kamille is these days).

Either let her go in exchange for Judau, free of charge and pushing more with the liberator angle, or refuse outright and deal with Four's crash out (my personal choice)
>>
>>23936065
>>23936068
>>23936088
>>23936107
I think you are all missing one MAJOR detail. Four is still on the bridge right next to us and is still convinced Kamille is Mashmyre and Mashmyre is Kamille. If we debase Mashmyre, Four might attack US here and now. At best, acting out of character will only reinforce her twiatwd worldview. At worst, she knocks Kamille into a coma and we get locked out of future decisions.

Plus, I want to keep Kamille as far away from Axis and the cyber newtype parasites. Besides, if we get the chance to send him to Mt. Olympus we have a pretty good chance of recruiting him. Judau hates Zeon for pressganging him while we have a good reputation with spacenoids. On top of that, his little sister is being treated well and friends with Fa. If Jerid succeeds in whipping Mondo and Beecha into shape and Roux ditches the AEUG remnant, we can nap the entire Gundam team

Shame Mashmyre is going to win just like how Taunt Ramsus did. Because it's 'interesting.' That's my guess anyway.
>>
>>23936159
If shame wins, it's not gonna be "RIP run" levels of terrible, but it definitely is the trap choice.
>>
>>23936170
Agreed.
>>
>>23936159
not like that vote was all that negative, Ramsus was acting up and got punished for it
>>
>>23936240
You know, now that I think about it, this is the second time that a vote has been made regarding a man wanting Four. Two nickels being strange and all that.
>>
>>23936246
To be honest it isn't really a vote that has a right answer anyways, Four is gonna be mad everyone turned on Kamille etc etc.

It is pretty dangerous that Kamille didn't fix or sidegrade his zeta at all if this were gonna happen but not much we can do about it now

Whatever the ''correct' might be, i think it's best to stay in character. Our boy is confused, frustrated and hell, might even be horny, and a presumed mind rapist is talking nonsense on the big screen.
Either he pulls the plug or asks Leila to expose mashy world-sphere wide for his heinous crimes. It's not going to be pretty.
>>
>>23935966
I wasn't expecting this; well, let's hope Judau joins us and Mashymre somehow fixes Four.
>>
Damn you, Anons, if Four dies in the next updates along with Mashymre, none of this will have been worth it.
>>
>>23936303
>>23936381
I guess we'll have to put our faith in Flower Man.
>>
>>23936381
Four dying is something I can accept if means getting Judau into our hands and away from Axis science. My worry is Four both doesn't die and gets shipped to Axis to be turned into a monster usef against us.
>>
>>23936391
I'm actually more worried she'll deploy against the Olympians in the upcoming battle.
>>
>>23936391
Hamanfag, How come you want to sacrifice our pilot, who was just promoted to S-rank, for a kid who hasn't piloted a single suit so far this campaign, regardless of his potential?
>>
>>23936407
It depends if Mashymere starts raving about Haman being pure to her face. If he does, it's instant aura loss because his and her bullshit detector is going to resonate.
>>
>>23936408
I'm not a Hamanfag, I'm a "we don't get to fix broken people in Copy X run's" realist. I assume that Four is going to stay in her current barely functional walking liability state for the rest of the run so losing her to take Haman's wincon of Judau and make him into a loyal member of our faction is more valuable than Four's life.
>>
>>23936430
The death of one of our allies remains the worst possible outcome in any scenario. It’s true that we haven’t managed to come up with a miracle cure in all these Copy X runs for these Newtype issues, like in the ZZ finale; but even Four isn’t catatonic, she just has brain damage, and she’s more than capable of fighting in most cases. Either we retire her from service, or she’ll learn to live hallucinating Mashymre’s face instead of Kamille’s, rather than being put to sleep like a dog.

You guys need to calm down, this is one of those events where any of these choices could go extremely south and we can't' really predict why, because the people involved are incredibly mentally unwell. Four is just as likely to use her Byarlant to attack us if you say no or if you let her go over there and she hops in a random gaza e, we don't know what will happen
>>
>>23936450
I'm not saying fucking shoot her. I'm saying that her death in the coming fight isn't the end of the world or even anywhere near the worst possible outcome, Four as far as I'm concerned is already on bonus time, she lost her duel at the Texas Coloney and probably should have been captured or killed from it but her last-minute gambit on with Mashmyre scrambled both of their brains enough for him to leave without her. I want her to live and get her brain unscrambled but I don't think it will be possible and its better for her to go to the one place where such a thing could happen and die there helping us removing Haman's Wincon from the board than it is to just leave her to fester in the madness in the brig forever.

I also consider her being around Namicar a massive liability Namicar's already tried to turn Four against us and she's also already admitted to not really caring about Four and is fully willing to abandon her for better opportunities like the ones offered to her at Augusta and there's no way in hell we'll be able to separate the two while keeping Four with us during the time we deal with Namicar since if we leave those two alone Namicar is 100% going to sell Four down the river to the Titans or Axis for a golden parachute.
>>
>>23935966

Even as Kamille recognizes the madness and instability resonating from Mashymre, he considers the possibility that Four was not the one to have been assaulted and violated as he had been informed, with Mashymre suffering a similar delusion to her.

>Kamille:...I accept your conditions-
>Namicar: How could you?! You just intend to hand her over to them?!
>Kamille: There are more lives on the line here than just Fours! Mashymre, was it? I promise you that those who are sent to us will be taken to safety. Can you truly assure me that Four will be safe, considering that Luna II is in the verge of becoming a battlefield?
>Mashymre:...All I can give you is my word.
>Namicar: Someone put an end to this already! You are not going to send Four to him as if she was some kind of bargaining chip! This is-
>Kamille: Send a shuttle with those you intend to send to us. Namicar, with me. Now.

Grabbing onto Namicar's wrist, Kamille drags the woman out into the hallway. Still entranced by wanting to be returned to "Kamille", Four remains glued to the view screen as she tries to climb into it to be rejoined with her "lover".

>Namicar: Y-you wretch! I knew you were just going to abuse Four for-
>Kamille: The Mashymre guy seems to have been driven to a similar madness as Four. Do you have idea why she, or even he are suffering from these delusions?
>Namicar: I don't the equipment to test Four! As for that clown you just sold Four away to, there are things about the human mind we still are unable to understand! How could you do such a-
>Kamille: Far to much happened since you last here to explain! I have a terrible feeling whatever happened between those two wasn't exactly how I was told...
>Namicar: What are you getting at?
>Kamille: That if he tries anything, Four would have the advantage.
>Namicar: You are willing to bet her life on a...baseless assumption?!
>Kamille: If she were fully sane, she would want those innocents pulled away from this insanity.
>>
>>23936511
Kamille is... actually surprisingly reasonable about all this. I hope this doesn't ends up biting us in the ass later on, but I won't get my hopes up.
Hopefully the rest of our crew won't chimp out at us for doing this.
>>
>>23936511
I thought Namicar would volunteer to go with Four.
>>
>>23936511

>Namicar: Wretched pig of a boy-

Kamille swings his fist next to Namicar's head, leaving a dent in the metal as he pulls his bloodied knuckle back. Forced into silence out of sheer fear of being struck, Namicar silently looks back to Kamille as he huffs an irritated breath of air into her face.

>Kamille: The only reason that didn't hit your face is because I know you care about Four's well being. You may think I am scum, a manipulator, a bastard like how you adults are...and from the outside, it does look that way. Four and I conversation about her wanting to...test certain things with her body. I guess somehow it happened with that guy, and she wanted it to be me.
>Namicar:...I-I-
>Kamille: Namicar...can you do something for her? Even if you hate me, I need you to go with Four when she is taken.
>Namicar: I was never part of the agreement!
>Kamille: If they see how erratic she is acting, they'll understand her needing someone to keep her in check. I know she'll at the very least stay at your side.
>Namicar:...Damn you, using me as well...!
>Kamille: I won't force you-
>Namicar: She has better chance of not being abused if I am there with her. So...I will accept.

While the crew of the Alexandria are baffled to learn of Kamille's judgement on the situation, they silently accept his plan, believing it to be part of a larger plan. While the transfer is arranged for between Axis's forces and the Olympian's, the former city of Granada finishes pushing the remainder of the insurrectionist out from the sewers, finally purging the last of the direct sedition from the city. As Lockdown measures begin to weaken, Fa spends her time tending to Leina's needs in preparation for her own anticipated future as a mother and caregiver.

>Olympian Officer: Miss Yuiry, multiple districts are now safe to travel in again. If there is anything we can do for you-
>Fa: Is there anything you wanted for dinner tonight, Leina?
>Leina: Ooh, I want to try "Hibachi"!
>>
>>23936540

>Fa: The one off of Lucky Street, right~?
>Leina: Mhm~! My parents used to go to one back home, but they wouldn't take me and Judau with them. It was always really expensive, and I didn't want to make my brother work harder than he already was to pay our rent.
>Fa: Sergent Tollin, would you care to accompany Leina? You are free to indulge to your own hearts content alongside her-
>Leina: You aren't coming?
>Fa: I would love to, but I have a very important appointment to attend to tonight. Tomorrow though, we can go wherever you would like~! Together! I promise!

Sticking her pinkie finger out to shake it with Leina, Fa forms a large, genuine grin as the young girl reciprocates the gesture.

>Olympian Officer: Uh...my apologies ma'am, but our priority was to ensure your safety above all else by Colonel-
>Fa: Ensuring this child is fed and happy would keep me happier than you could ever begin to imagine. Just knowing you would be enjoying it as well would be the extra cherry on top for me. So...enjoy yourselves.

Sending Leina and one of her personal Security off to enjoy the now truly safe and secure "Olympus", Fa makes her way to a Fertility Clinic, her hand constantly rubbing her stomach in anticipation for the signs of life growing within her.

>Fa: (Everything is going to work out. This war, the bloodshed, the hatred...all of it will be gone by the time you come into this world. You will be loved, happy, and never want for anything. That...is my purpose now. "This"...is what I live for.)

As Fa enters into Clinic, she is watched from afar by one of the representatives from the Jupiter Energy Fleet.

>Jupiter Energy Fleet Representative: (So, that is her relationship to the Moons dictator...)
>>
>>23936548

>Clinic Doctor:...Miss Yuiry, there are other options available for you. There are many donors that-
>Fa: You made a mistake. I understand...everyone is under so much stress lately, despite this city finally...and truly...being at peace. I am not upset at all. Just...wash your hands, a-and t-try again.
>Clinic Doctor: Ma'am...I am truly sorry. The organ damage is-
>Fa: Try again, please.
>Clinic Doctor: Ma'am, another test would come back with the same-
>Fa: You are wrong! Just give me another test until it comes back with the real results! Show me my baby!
>Clinic Doctor: There is no child, Miss Yuiry! All additional testing may find is how deep the vibration scarring may be within your body, but your womb is simply-
>Fa: Aaa...!

Collapsing to her knees, Fa clutches onto her stomach desperately to feel any signs of life within her.

>Fa: You are lying. You are...lying to me...!
>Clinic Nurse: Should I contact somebody-
>Clinic Doctor: No! If reports of this got out, we would be drawn into a media scandal! It is the last thing we need now-
>Fa: Why is this happening to me?! Why me?! Why?!

Listening in on the conversation through a miniaturized spy drone in the vents, the Jovian Representative lowers the volume to his headset as Fa's screams intensify.

>Jupiter Energy Fleet Representative:(Barren...the universe can be truly cruel.)

While Fa suffers the horrible reality of her body being unable to bring about new life, Jerid stares out towards the Earth, holding the planet in his hand as he envisions the future waiting for him.

>Jerid: (Soon, everything will be ours, Kamille. Then...we can truly decide who is worthy of being the one to control it.)
>Yazan: Give the word! Lets crack that rock! I want the Stinger ready to give Luna II a real good time! Gwahahaha!!
>Jerid: We are just waiting on the Alexandria to enter into its position.
>>
>>23936569

>Yazan: Why not tell the boy wonder to cover our asses, huh? Those Spacemen could swarm out from that rock to try and catch us from behind.
>Jerid: I want exactly that.
>Yazan: Hah?
>Jerid: You want a real fight? That woman will eventually have to come out and give us one. She'll pull out every dirty trick to try and beat us...and we'll crush all of them.
>Yazan: Hell yeah we will.
>Jerid: I'll crush anything she sends at us-
>Yazan: Yeah!
>Jerid: I'll make her kneel at my feet!
>Yazan: Yeah!!
>Jerid: Then, i'll force her to restore the dead of my family name, year after year until my dynasty is without equal!
>Yazan:...You had me there for a minute, boy. Then you had to start talking like a fag.
>Jerid: The hell you call me?!
>Yazan: "Dynasties", "Bloodlines"...Bull-shit. All that talk gets are a couple generations of predators, followed by an ocean of soft-bellied prey. Hell, i'll smash that bitches skull in if you can't keep yourself in line.

Obviously she's been in combat plenty of times, but it just seems like rotten bad luck to me rather than a consequence of anything in particular.
>>
Feel bad for Fa, even jovian spies are feeling kinda down about the news. We should probably help her out when we can.
>>
Maybe one day we’ll get a run that isn’t filled with Fa suffering. This is one of the less depressing ones so far too.
>>
>>23936868
And that choice will probably be pitted against the bigger picture again if it does, resulting in 'needing' to neglect her again.
I'm beyond curious what this run would look like if the votes were all Fa-centric, like the one with the option to help her escape Jerid by bringing her on the mission to steal the Zeta.
Kamille and Fa running off into the sunset while holding hands when?
>>
>>23937054

Unironically could still happen. All of Kamilles other love interests are fucking insane. Given Jerid is on his Dynasty maker phase he will most likely ditch Fa once he finds out she is infertile. Kamille would be cool without spawning another Turbo autist like himself into the world.
>>
>>23937056
Fa doesn’t stand a chance against Leila right now
>>
>>23937060

It's really funny how much of 180 Leila has gone through. Pre-reset, she was bar none one of the worst characters in the run and now is Kamille's strongest confidant, especially after Four and Sarah shit the bed at Side 5.
>>
>>23937152
It's like pre-exorcism Leila and Sarah swapped brains behind the scenes with how much the switched places this run.
>>
>>23937152
It’s horrible that Jerid raped Fa, but keeping Leila with Kamille was actually a really good decision.
>>
>>23937152
I don't think she was the worst, people just have a averse reaction to characters that are mean
>>
>>23937054
If Fa was there on the Zeta mission things would've gone to shit very fast

She can deal with her scarred eggs by herself.

>Brian: Why did you choose to do this, son?
>Federation Defector:...Federation credit is ruined, Admiral. My brother needed an emergency transplant, and I needed to pay for it. Kill me. I have already made peace with-
>Brian: I won't pursue your family. Having said that, men like Bask will not hesitate once they learn of your treason to attack your loved ones.
>Federation Defector: Admiral Aeno, you have to understand that-
>Brian: They'll be placed into protective custody once the location of the betrayer General is given to us. You have my word.
>Federation Defector:...You swear my brother won't be incriminated for this?
>Brian: The sin is yours to bear, not his. Even if you two had arranged for this together, I doubt he knows of the details given his occupation as a painter.
>Federation Defector:...I'll comply. Let me write down the coordinates.

Compliantly listing where the "betrayer General" had been extracted to, the Defector releases a relieved sigh. Admiral Aeno relays the location to his scouting forces, readying them to recapture the disgraced General who had years prior nearly doomed the Federation to a catastrophic loss. Just as the deployed Fly Manta's prepare to approach the listed coordinates, Brain calls for them to break away.

>Brian:...All you had to do was comply, young man.
>Federation Defector: Admiral? What do you-

Brian brandishes his side arm, firing a bullet into the heart of the young Defector.

>Brian: Has Elran begun to move again? I want him tracked until we can capture those who arranged for his release. (I am going to do what Revil should have done years ago, Elran.)

Meanwhile, a detatchment of rioting insurrectionist from Africa unleash a hellish onslaught on Northern India, their assaults reduced to feral and erratic atrocities. Being mobilized from the India Newtype Labs, a Mobile Suit with the marking "ORX-013" steps out from a transport container.

[Widespread Titan counterattacks have commenced on Earth.]

>Mashymre Loyalist: No sudden movements, got it? If we so much as get a whiff of some kind of trick here-
>Alexandria Officer: Just try it. C'mon tough guy, puff out that chest some more for everyone to see!
>Mashymre Loyalist: Earthborn vermin...!

Judau and the other non-combatants are escorted onto the Alexandria, with Namicar holding onto Four's arm tightly to ensure she is not harmed during the transfer.

>Mashymre Loyalist: Hey! Only the woman was approved to be taken, nobody else!
>Namicar: If I am not with her, Four will lash out.The last thing you need right now is to let that happen.
>Mashymre Loyalist:...Get the old lady strip searched once we depart.
>Namicar: Y-you wouldn't dare!

Keeping his distance to ensure Four's compliance, Kamille also holds Leila and Sarah at his side during the transfer.

>Leila: How can you do this? Four isn't sane! You would send her back to the man that did that to her?!
>Kamille: This was the only way to ensure those innocents were able to be safely evacuated. Not to mention...I don't believe Four was forced like you had thought.
>Leila: How could you even-
>Sarah: If I hadn't of convinced to follow me, none of this would have happened...
>Kamille: Whatever happens next, we have to put our trust in Four.

Meanwhile on hull of the Axis shuttle, Gates Capa slips inside of the transport undetected. Sensing that his Psychommu had not been utilized, the Cyber Newtype takes the act as a direct insult against him and his own objectives.

>Gates: (If you won't advance our kind, then I will!)

[Four and Namicar have left the Alexandria. Gates Capa is now MIA.]

>Alexandria Officer: Do not resist!
>Axis Non-Combatant 1: We never agreed to be locked in cages like animals!
>Axis Non-Combatant 2: Why are we not being taken back to the Colonies?!
>Kamille: Remain calm! Until transport can be arranged, you will be contained in this ships brig. Food will be provided, as will-
>Judau: No way in hell am I going back into another cell! Whatever games you bastards are playing with our lives, we want no part in it! You drove that Mashymre guy even more insane than he already was, and now you are shipping that woman off to him as some kind of offering?! I've had enough of how you adults operate!
>Sarah: Enough of that! What good will come from trying to incite a fight here and now?!
>Judau: Hah? Oh, so you people just use us kids as tools all the same as Axis does, huh? You there, cute girl! What did they do to force you into this mess?
>Sarah: "Cute girl"? I am a soldier of this movement, just the same as the others here!
>Leila: Sarah, calm down.
>Kamille: We mean none of you any harm. As I said before, transportation to the Colonies is being prepared as we speak! Until they arrive, I must ask for your continued patience-
>Judau: And what about you? Are you actually going to get me back to my sister, or are we going to stuck on this ride we never asked to be put on?!

Just as Kamille begins to open his mouth to retort, he feels a buzzing in his mind the longer he stares upon the young man before him.

>Judau: W-what the heck is this feeling? The rest of you feeling that? Hey, "Kamille", or whatever you name is! Whatever you are trying to pull here, I ain't going for it! So give us some assurances you actually plan to help us!

Just as Kamille feels his mind involuntarily attempting to communicate with Judau's, Leila moves to block their line of sight from one another.

>Will Kamille communicate with Judau psychically or allow Leila and his crew to handle the matter?

>>
>>23937573
I mean... how can we not?
>>
>>23937573
Alright what's the danger in each of these options?
>>
>>23937593
Going in reverse order is easier desu
3 PR disaster that is just a troll choice
2 possibly missing out on recruiting early
1 the downside I can think for this is somehow the awakening getting haman's attention, but also is mentioned as a potential. So really it's just the option to go with so we can attempt to have him on our side sooner with bonus ahead as well
>>
>>23937573
No reason to hurt Judau if we're bothering with the trade at all, either let Leila do it or try a connection out
>>
>>23937615
I wonder if the kind of effort involved in awakening will knock out Kamille for the Luna II fight.
>>
>>23937573
I'm gonna go with retiring for now. We know Haman wants Kamille to be some sort of great awakener of newtypes and it's almost certain she's looking for Judau also. Pinching Judau I feel would only incite a riot. Let's just let Leila handle this. Maybe Gates will even get found out because Kamille chose to step back.
>>
>>23937573
We just got rid of Four because, from what I understand, the goal is for Jewdau to join us. Therefore, I don't see why we wouldn't awaken his powers. Since the second option is probably just to send him to his sister.
>>
>>23937720
I sent Four over hoping exposure to Mashy would shake her out of whatever is going on, or at least give Namicar an idea. I want to send Judau on a fast track to Granada to see his sister. Him joining is secondary to that. He's got no reason to fight for us outside his own survival. I want to give him a reason before putting him on the map for weirdos to sense him
>>
>>23937734
Plus this could just be me looking too much into the obviously correct option, but I think this reads like someone is using Kamille as a conduit for communicating/bonding with Judau
>>
>>23937473
That's quite the warchest we have stored up, no? How come we aren't spending more of that to build up our standing army?
>>
>>23937573
Went with retire, since bonding and communicated physically seems to be the healthier option rather than probing peoples minds though newtype connections.Leila seems to be doing a great job so i rather she handle the situation than an exhausted Kamille who seems to spend every second awake putting out an endless supply of wildfires
>>
>>23938227
Yeah, same. I considered connecting with Judau but Kamille really needs a damn break, and while our boys are rather undisciplined and somewhat bloodthirsty, they also trust Leila enough to follow her orders, and Leila has a good head on her shoulders right now.
I'll just let them deal with it while Kamille takes a well-deserved power nap, unless the Axis staff does something monumentally retarded like assaulting one of us, it should work out fine I think
>>
>>23938227
Even if Leila keeps Sarah from saying something dumb or lashing out if Judau insults Kamille, it's pretty unlikely that talking will accomplish anything. He spent the last few weeks getting dragged around and listening to empty promises from Mash, he's won't accept anything but action. Plus when Jerid gets here with Mondo and Beecha having been put through the wringer it won't inspire confidence in us.
It is still the option with the least potential for bad shit to happen though, because who really gives a fuck if he doesn't believe us right now. Even if Kamille really does want the war to be over and means well, trying to communicate that by mind linking with Judau is liable to show him Kamille's fucked up nightmares or operating on Puru or something since he's running high on stress and has no filter. And trying to knock him out will just end up with Kamille getting his ass kicked like everyone who got physical with Judau in ZZ. Maybe Judau would end up in the medbay where parasite Puru is waiting for him... Let Leila deal with him, send the civvies to the brig and be done with it.
>>
>Not single vote to rough that mouthy brat up
We got nt aura and hype moment on the menu boys
>>
Honestly didn't see that coming. Most posts seemed to agree on leaving Judau alone. Guess the lurkers are into Newtype shenanigans or really want to keep Judau away from Haman's maneater hands
>>
>>23938467
Newtype got a first mover advantage, the first few posters said it was the better option, no one contested them early so lurkers followed their advice.
>>
>>23938467
I'm fine with either choice honestly, but I'm rather concerned for Kamille's mental well-being. Linking up with Judau right now might not leave the best impression on Judau, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens
>>
>>23938485
Judau's tired of being pushed around and lied to. He was led around by Mashymre who ended up going completely insane and broke his promise to help him find his sister. So Kamille being genuinely honest with Judau despite his own exhaustion, might actually do a lot to calm Judau down and have him be more compliant.
>>
>>23938485
>>23938503
I forget when the last time Kamille passed out before combat was and how many times. Are we due for another one?
>>
>>23938558
The three instances I recall happening before a battle are:
1. During the fight against Jerid.
2. When Scirocco fired the colony laser at us.
3. When Kamille knocked out both Four and Leila at the same time.

He is only just awakening his powers; I don't think it requires enough effort to knock him unconscious.
>>
>>23938598
That implies it'll go smoothly and Judau won't accidentally/instinctively do something when he is awakened.
I can imagine a psychic wave of WHATDIDYOUDOWHEREISMYSISTERFUCKYOUFUCKYOUFUCKYOUGETMEOUT as Judau panics or is pissed off and getting to communicate in a whole new way, overwhelming Kamille.
>>
>>23938676
Look, in ZZ the process was pretty smooth and Kamille handled it effortlessly; I don't know if it'll be the same this time. What is certain is that Judau is going to have a lot of questions.
>>
>>23938710
Kamille was a passive near vegetable in ZZ Kamille right now is going to hit Judau with a mental truck of being tired angry and horny and probably dump his dead parents on it too. That said I think he's still simpatico of having beef with how the current order of the world is and not actually enjoy the killing

I just hope the spirits stay calm and don't try to transfer themselves into Judau or something like that.
>>
>>23938733
The spirits were banished when Kamille destroyed the Zeta's original biosensor. We also haven't messed with the Baund Doc's psycommu (yet, there will probably be an option to add it to the Zeta again later) so we should be safe from any malicious newtype ghosts.
>>
>>23938733
I think if they still were in Kamille they would’ve long ago gone into a new body, Kamille turned away their love, I don’t think they’d be sticking around for so long
>>
>>23939141
>The spirits were banished when Kamille destroyed the Zeta's original biosensor
They show back up again in ZZ for the finale.

What? WHAT?!?! DON'T JUST FUCKING GIVE ME A ONE WORD CONDESCENDING RESPONSE!!!!
>>
>>23939538
The spirits are not the spirits of the anime. It's the Psycho Gundam's satanic spirits that want to mommy dom Kamille.
>>
>>23938467
Don't worry anon, i don't think she has a NT radar.
Or that she's among the crowd but with a wig on.

Sensing an untapped, latent potential within Judau, Kamille focuses his thoughts towards the instigating young man, intent on reaching a proper understanding through a pure, unfiltered connection rather than resorting to words.

>Kamille: (We are not your enemies here! Whatever happened to you in the custody of Axis, we only intend to help you!)
>Judau: W-what the hell...?! Why can I hear you in my-

Feeling a proper connection being forced, Kamille is able to feel the immense anger being presented by Judau is a reaction to his concern over his missing friends and sister. Just as Kamille prepares to assure Judau of his honest intentions, Sarah collapses to her knees.

>Leila: S-Sarah?! What is wrong?!
>Sarah: Body...feels so...hot...!

Rather than feeling his mental connection with Judau fading from yet another crisis emerging, Kamille's thoughts flood onto Judau, causing the young man to clutch his head in confusion.

>Judau: W-what are you to me...?! I don't want to hear all of that...!
>Kamille: (I wasn't trying to have you see or hear any of that! Just...let me calm my thoughts down, and then-)
>???: (Finally...there he is.)
>Kamille: (T-that voice...!?)

Just as Leila leans down to check on Sarah's temperature, Scirocco's protege hugs onto herself, her body shivering violently as she feels an overwhelming chill overtaking her every sense.
Before Kamille can fully process the situation, he feels Sarah's life force being overtaken by something familiar, yet terrifyingly alien. While invisible to the majority of the crew, those who had tapped into their Newtype potential are faced with a projection of the "Vizier" of Axis emerging from within Sarah's spirit.

"Haman Karn".

Flew too close to the sun with that one. Though to be fair I didn't think that this would reveal Judau to Haman so quickly
>>

yup, trap option to get Haman active, someone called it.
>>
>>23940488
>>23940489
It was bound to happen eventually, at least it happened on our terms though rather than randomly in a spot where it would really suck without anyone being around to help Judau

[Judau's Newtype abilities have been awakened...however...]

>Judau: (W-why is there a woman coming out of that kid...?!)
>Kamille: (Haman...! Haman Karn!!)
>Leila: Sarah! Sarah, snap out of it!!
>Haman?: (There is no need for such...histrionics. This is a time for celebration.)
>Axis Non-Combatant: Is something wrong with this ships air?! What is happening to that girl?! Why are you people acting so strangely?!

The Spiritual projection emerging from Sarah slowly approaches Judau, its arms opening to take hold of the young adult.

>Kamille: Get away from it!
>Judau: D-don't have to tell me twice! The hell did Mashymre send me into?! Wait...Haman? The one that Mashymre was always babbling about-

Haman's projected shadow instantly materializes directly in front of Judau, her eyes boring directly into his spirit.

>Haman?: (...My darling boy. My "Judau"...I am coming for you.)
>Judau: (How do you know who I am?! Did that Mashymre bastard tell you, or-)
>Kamille: Sorry Sarah...!
>Haman?: (I am your inevitability. Soon, our hands will be joined, just as you offered me that day.)
>Judau: (I...eh...?!)

Hamans shadow simply touches Judau's cheek, her gaze one of raw possessiveness. Quickly taking hold of Sarah, Kamille silently apologizes against as he presses his fingers against her neck, knocking her into a temporary coma. As the projection of Haman begins to fade, her psychic influence warps directly against Kamille, her small smile focused, yet unnerving.

>Haman?: (You have done me a great service, Kamille Bidan. I would offer you a truly wonderful gift...but it appears I would be interrupting another party being planned for you.)
>Kamille: (What is that supposed to mean?!)
>Haman?: (Welcome my arrival, or resist it. Either way, you have ensured humanity will prosper eternally.)

As Haman's essence fades, Kamille feels as if something titanic and predatory has just caught his scent.

[Haman is now active]

Fell for it again award...

If tthere's one constant this run, it's that leaning into Newtype connections has lead to bad times. It's just that, this time, it's the one person we definitely didn't want to get on her bullshit.
>>
>>23940504

What the fuck kind of stats are those man, this is cruelty incarnate...
>>
>>23940504
Alright, I guess baby mode Axis is over now. Fuck me.
>>
>>23940504

Cons: We are fucked.
Pros(?): Judau is about to have the night of his life.
>>
>Haman has logged in AND the Zeta is fucked
It was nice while it lasted lads..
>>
As I thought. Activating Judau immediately put him on the map for Haman Karn to zero in on. The fact the connection was being forced was a dead giveaway this wasn't something to pursue, but it's done now. We've likely been robbed of a quick and easy Judau get by simply delivering him to his sister and now on top of Haman seeking him out (and us by extension), he'll be pissed at us constantly for not doing what we said we would. I can at least take solace in the idea that maybe, just maybe things could have possibly been even worse if we just let Leila handle everything. I sincerely doubt it, but it makes me less bitter thinking about everyone who pressed the obviously sketchy newtype button.
>>
>>23940504
Yeah, things look terrible. The real question is how deep the cock is going up our ass.
>>
>>23940412
>>23940488
>She actually was among the crew.
Oh, fuck me.
>>
>>23940521
Personally as the one who pushed for it despite this chance, it's that Leila trust which made me iffy. There was also the possibility that we didn't cause a ping from this as well. Overall it was a gamble and now we truly get to see how ridiculous the stats are. But with Gates mia he could also be boosting himself up for a confrontation of his cyber utopia vs the forced evolution. 2 sides of the same coin but still in opposition, along with Mr jinzo on earth to say F both in his hatred of space. We were already stepping up to show others our command capabilities & this had been an attempt to continue.
>>
>>23940530
Shes doing astral shit thru Sarah. The trip to axis managed to have her be affected by the influence to make that be possible
>>
>>23940521
Not sure, we could still take the risk of sending him to Granada undercover and then sheltering him with Leina until Haman is dead.
As long as Sarah isn't around, and Kamille doesn't even know where he is, or how Judau evacuated the ship in the first place.

>>23940517
AI has a powerful character, whilst we have Copy playing the game.
>>
>>23940504
AIEEEEEEEEEEE!!! MASHYMRE HELP US!!
>>
>>23940534
Yeah, i got that. She planted a little seed on her fellow pink-haired girl.
What i didn't expect was she being this ready to pounce ar jewdau's dick at a moment's notice.
>>23940535
I'm expecting losses either way.
Or the ai could fuck up in a spectacular yet anticlimactic fashion, we'll see.
>>
>>23940521
You’re probably overreacting
Unless Granada gets razed in two turns(which shouldn’t happen because Granada is protected on both sides)
We can easily stop by the moon which we will probably need to do anyways for a true upgrade of our MS, Kamille always works things out in the end
so far it’ll just be like ZZ where as long as Judau confirms she’s safe he can do other things if he wants to
>>
>>23940504
>Haman?: (I am your inevitability. Soon, our hands will be joined, just as you offered me that day.)
So Haman can see the future of her death just like Sarah? Is that why she was able to project from her?
>>
>>23940651
They probably all did, which is why Amuro and Char was acting strange.

>Bask: Hehe...ahahaha...bwahahaha!!

Bask Om maniacally roars with laughter upon receiving a report of not only a Federation insurgent cell in Australia being subdued and captured, but the vast nuclear weapons stockpile buried beneath Torrington Base being fully secured.

>Bask: Even without Luna II, this is everything we need to finally end this nonsense! Enough to burn the Colonies! Even to scorch the Moon! Enough to sweep away every last vestige where those space cretins have been allowed to nest!

Meanwhile in Europe, the long planned Counteroffensive masterminded by Brian Aeno's newly formed commission of loyal Admiral and Generals initiate Operation "Exciser", a focused assault on every loosely held holding of Axis's allies.

>Brave: Accept no surrender! Even if they wave a white flag or hide behind civilians, this war will never end until every last one of these radicals are put down!
>Josh: Sir! Xeku team, indiscriminate fire!
>Tosh: My forces will advance ahead, Major Cod.
>Brave: I trust in your judgement. Tosh...all of this was an unfortunate inevitability. Don't hesitate now that the end is in sight.
>Tosh: I don't disagree with destroying whatever infrastructure these locals supporting Zeon may have, but the last thing we need is for all of this to devolve into a senseless witch hunt. Remind Josh not to let his emotions get in the way of our duty here.

Ending the communication to Brave, Tosh looks back to a secondary monitor, watching a video of African locals committing untold atrocities against one another.

>Tosh: (In the end, mankind continues to make all of the same mistakes. Perhaps we are just doing same, allowing ourselves to be controlled by desire for war.)

On the border of the Middle East, additional attrocities are recorded by Ameria, with her joyously uploading the footage to be circulated.

>Ameria: (The mistake is about to be corrected at last. Rule, Britannia.)

I don't like where this run is going, bros
>>
>>23940840
those are at least way less dangerous than the zakus, but you know where we're going next
>>
>>23940840
Don’t worry, we fought through the hard part with a handful of MS and a dream. Olympus should be actually producing more troops now, and we’ll have the ZZ crew to shore up our lack of aces. Really what we need to do is go to Earth with the Alexandria crew so Haman follows, then bait her into Bask’s cool new missiles to kill two birds with one stone. Meanwhile, team blonde pompadour can finish cleaning up in space.
>>
>>23940836

>Bask acquires a nuclear stockpile
>Olympians possibly about to acquire nukes via Luna II
>Haman ready to begin culling non-newtypes for her utopia
>Earth vs Space vs a powerful but far less numerous third faction

I think we stumbled into the final arcs of Gundam Seed...
>>
>>23940900
We need to invest in a completely busted protag ms, our zeta was getting outdated even before we trashed it, and we gave up one of our three other ace newtype pilots too. Here’s hoping for a hi-nu zeta upgrade
>>
>>23940924
In hindsight, we should have focused on Jerid's perfect MK III so we could keep him defending space, and then try to give Kamille his own super Zeta variant.
>>
>>23940946

Being real, I think our choices were fine. The only real failing is that people fell for the Newtype okeydoke and it's going to come with a lot of pain. Yes we'll probably get Judau but he's not at all a trained pilot so his stats are currently awful and even assuming she's in the standard Qubeley, Haman is still one of the most deadly pilots in the game (and thats before her cranked up stats). Saying that...

>>23940863

Going to Earth isn't a bad idea at all. Judau will be pissed as all hell because we'd just be dragging him along but if we can neutralize her best asset (funnels) via gravity and get others like the New Desides or India's Cyber Newtypes to gun for her, we might have a chance. Plus I highly doubt we'd be able to nuke her to death, stats or otherwise.
>>
>>23940952
Going to Earth after Luna II would be a bad idea. We're down the Zeta and we don't know what's going to happen to our aces with us shipping Four off and we still have Puru who's all messed up. It's definitely our next theater but I think going anywhere but back to the moon will hurt.
>>
>>23940504
Yup, this board's newtype fetish fucks us over again, just like it almost did at the start of this run!
you guys really never learn your lesson huh?
>>
>>23940971
>just like it almost did at the start of this run!
>implying
The Newtype quest unironically turned out extremely well for Kamille, what lesson did you want people to learn?
>>
>>23940973
that's revisionism and you know it, it only managed to work out because we finally put our foot down and got out of the lab loop.
Eh it's already done and over with at this point, let's hope our army of haman simps don't throw the run to satisfy her, but considering how I larped as one over a decade ago on this board I doubt it.
>>
>>23940974
>Revisionism
No, you are mistaking two entirely different things.
Kamille being Jamtiov's lapdog to increase in ranks and Kamiile using his gifts to connect with Four and Leila and bettering their lives does not equal
>Kamille should NEVER try to connect with anyone else.
If Kamille never did any of that things would be far worse.

So I repeat, what lesson from connecting to others in the past are we supposed to learn?
>>
>>23940977
did we really need Judau now this much is what I guess is what i'm kinda frustated by more than whatever point i was trying to make earlier, more so an level 1 Judau that is now going to have a million questions and who's willingness to cooperative is up in the air?
I just feel like the concept of delayed gratification is lost on this board if we have a big enough Canon character or newtype event placed in front of us.
>>
>>23940504
Well... maybe it doesn't come with its Qubeley, and if that's the case, we can beat her.
>>
>>23940971
This run had its ups and downs. Crazy newtype pussy has been the most tiring aspect of it and its eaten the largest portion of it.
>>
>>23940483
>>23940504
Does this imply that a big reason Sarah had been going cuckoo was because she was partially influenced/bugged by Haman? Does this mean she's going back to being less crazy?
>>
>>23941173
She started acting up like this ever since we picked her to accompany kamille all the way back when haman appeared before the alexandria. Yes, she def. was influenced by her in more ways than one.
Which leads us to the grim realization that all our nt orbiters have been compromised in some way or form.
>>
>>23941058
Yeah, she's going to come with something better, probably some nightmarish custom suit, and it'll be awful.
Does the 'surround with and throw bodies at it until energy runs down' strategy sound like the only way to handle this Haman?
>>
>>23941365
Be her ally (lol) or kill her with an event also sound viable in fact I don't think shooting down her mobile suit is even a valid option with her 20 END meaning she's always going to live and she's such a powerful Newtype her being on our Brig could very well result in her mind controlling our crew.
