If they can use Zeta Plus in Narrative then why don't use another mobile suits from Sentinel in other Gundam series? Like have Nouvel GM III or Nero in Hathaway or something

>>23928767In universe only the Zeta Plus still serves a purpose as a transformable responder on Earth. The Neros were mainly deployed to Taskforce Alpha on a trial basis. Plus it got replaced by the Jegan. They were both next-gen mass production designs meant to replace the GM III and Nouvel GM III, and supersede the superior Nemo which wasn't viable because of high cost of manufacturing. But obviously the Nero lost in favor of the Jeddah/Jegan, which was introduced the same year if you go by the double digit production number, RGM-88X.The FAZZ was only a handful of testbeds. The Mk-V was already locked away on a resource satellite before the start of Sentinel, and New Dessides gets it because one of the main fleet's illegally requisitioned it for their mission to suppress New Dessides only to ally with them. The other(s) were stolen and given to Neo Zeon. The S Gundams probably got locked away too after the ALICE project blew up.And the Xeku series was developed and manufactured on Pezun, which New Dessides blew up.
>>23928767Because they don't feel like it. Zeta Plus made sense in that cameo, same with Gustav Karl in the same scene. You sometimes see things in non-animated stuff too, like Refined Barzam in Across the Sky, Xeku Eins in Moon or Ex-S in Anaheim Journal.There's just not many opportunities where it makes to feature them heavily. Especially in Hathaway which isn't as deeply focused on nostalgia, the Re-GZ Custom got only an extremely brief scene.
