Wesker is unironically the best Char Clone, due to how Capcom basically just ripped him off. Can't fault them for ripping off something that works.

>>23941596Janmil is meant to be an Amuro that became Quatro (sunglasses, mentor, leader of a group against the Federation), while Lancerow is a Char that ended up as Zeta Amuro (MS instructor who is more like a prisoner under observation). Still, Lancerow ends up introduced when the show is rushing to the end so he barely gets any elaboration. We don't really know anything about his past aside from being an Ace pilot that was Jamil's rival and piloted a not-Zeong and that he originally did think the mass collony drop was going to bring about a newtype future. He lacks the whole "hidden agenda" thing you'd usually have from Char clones.
