I'm the biggest DX fan on the planet but sadly Wing Zero wins easily in 1vs1.

Garrod is a normal kid while Heero is engineered to be perfect soldier and also had Zero system to see the future.
While TSC could surpass the TBR in raw power but the charging time also comes at a cost.
If DX has G-Falcon and Tiffa as co-pilot, DX get win change from 10% to 90%, since DX could fire TSC without charging thanks to G-Falcon energy packs, and Tiffa could help Garrod against Zero System as she can read the future as well to some degree.

Depends if Wing Zero can shoot Double X down, the latter has far more reach and unlike other mobile suits in the franchise DX can actually tank beam saber hits. Giving it to Double X, but it can go either way.
