Go to weekly store matches every week. Some dudes are weirdos who consistently smell like cat piss, but actually most of them are really cool and I would consider my friends.

Started playing a while back. Is it just me or is this game more brutal to rogue decks than most TCGs? Like I have played several card games and I never felt it was this much of an uphill battle for rogue decks. Like, playing a rogue deck is always tough, but not this much. Although I'd say if they can fix supply issues and have proper reprints for older starter decks, it might even surpass OPCG.
I bought ST01 and ST03 when they first launched by the game was scalped to hell and back so I decided to wait on it, but I finally did my first tournament yesterday with a B/G OYW deck by combining those two starters. I was missing a lot of pieces, mostly play sets of the Zaku 2 and the Gundam but I was able to make something playable for locals. Lost all but one game but I thought it was fun. I ordered the pieces I'd need to flesh out the OYW deck as well as the pieces I need for Nu Gundam. I figured Nu Gundam would be my go to meta deck and I could swap between the two since both decks shared the Amuro/Gundam stuff.
