Hala Morley's Messer was actually an F01.

Golf's Messer has new interceptor gun and anti ship missiles. It was visible when he docked onto the same SFS as Emeralda's machine.

Fencer still has the minelayers from the first film, now partnered with Gawman.

Not sure which Messer configuration Hala's partner Rod had.

Wtf, no it wasn't. We know of at least 3 unique RGZ-91s from official animated sources and you can probably add a few more from manga (F90FF has one show up, IIRC.)

The Re-GZ was built to be a mass production machine, it was just deemed too expensive to implement that plan and they stopped after making a limited number.

They're rare, but not one-of-a-kind.

The ReGZ is mostly based on the Jegan. Not the Zeta. The databooks say they were both built with a large amount of parts sharing between the two suits, along with Nu Gundam as well. All for ease of maintenance and repairs in the battlefield. The ReGZ only has some cosmetic similarity to the Zeta, but none of the complex and expensive transformation mechanisms that Zeta Gundam used. The Methuss is more complicated than the ReGZ

Personally I see nothing wrong with the original ReGZ and they should have mass produced it. Its pretty much a Jegan with a backpack. That's it. Nothing more basic than that.

To clarify, the backpack WAS the deciding factor, in terms of both cost and performance. Without it, the Re-GZ couldn't do anything that other non-transforming MS couldn't find ways to accomplish, and once it was purged, it couldn't re-dock with it, meaning if the battlefield recovery staff can't recover it, it's a write-off and now you have a overpriced Zets Plus-lite in your hanger that can't transform.

This is the one thing about the Re GZ that I don’t like. What a stupid fucking concept to just throw away the heavily armed backpack instead of doing literally anything else with it. Love the Re GZ otherwise though.
