Robocop: Prime Directives is the most underrated Robocop sequel and easily better than 2 or 3. You don't have to love it but it had some great ideas that were very well executed.

So the second and third movie are full of interesting ideas but they're super disjointed. The third movie is especially awful. The only Robocop media worth shit is the original movie and Rogue City and everyone knows it. Literally everything else is trash.
Uh oh time to pack up the thread boys the original movie purists have arrived to tell us we aren't allowed the enjoy the sequels even a little bit.
The guy they got for Robocop in Prime Directives is probably the worst one. He didn't know how to move properly, the suit didn't fit him right, and he was a stocky manlet so he didn't have the imposing figure Robocop should have.

>>23979679The big problem with 3 is that they turned it into a family film and made Robo into some kind of superhero. It clashes really hard tonally with the previous movies especially with silly shit like the android ninjas and giving Robo all these gadgets clearly designed to be accessories for action figures.
