I made a tier list for SRW Y Master Mode no NG+. (didnt find pics for some of the expansion units but tl:dr they are B tier at best)I wanted to know which units are better than others so i abstain from using the following thing so i can get a more pure unit result:No Purchase Bonus item/money/xpNo front missionsNo Bonus MissionsNo Battle RushNo Relic of Gold DLC (i completed the normal one since it comes with the base game)No Happy Aniversary nor Congratulations mission Everything else i find it ok since it comes from the base game and the relic dlc missions i consider it as part of the dlc challenge.The criteria for the ranking is the following:Performance ( How well they do on battle, what spirits they get, how early they geit it, how much it cost)Availability (prettly self explanatory, how early/late do you get the units, when do they get new weapons or new machines)Special Criteria (I decided to rank a bit higher units that can switch pilots for the versatility of strats you can use with them, mainly the gundams and heavy metals.)I'm quite sure i'm not ranking something right since there's alot of units in this game so i'm open for discussion and doing some changes if i indeed find that i made a mistake with some units.Overall the game starts quite hard in this mode but you snowball it as you get more things. What are the differences between original Compact and Compact Color. All I know is that they changed the conditions for some secrets (I think Bernie joins by default in Color), and I think the original was easier.

>>23993177Early game is the hardest part of the game and Big O both one shots grounded enemies and has support defense with hit&run.Negotiator skill is broken in this game, it even activates with support attacks and it stacks with evil eye or morale break.Of course he falls of at lategame but he carries so much at chapter 2 that i cant put him below S+ because of that.Granvang hits a lot harder than Vangnex but Vangnex has better avoid and a MAP attack.It was hard to determinate which is better but in the end i went with Granvang for the attack power.Jet Jaguar has the cheapiest analyze in the game and can reduce morale when hitting an enemy, the problem for me is that it requires to much protection and resources to make him viable. Jet jaguar PP and the expansion attacks comes at chapter 7 so its gonna take a while for him to hit hard.Purple 2 has the mass scan and she hits decent with the Combination attack, even when shes alone.The proplem is that she doesnt have Valor, Soul, Bravery nor Love which hurts her combat alot.Kallen has excellent availability, Wave Surger hits hard for the low morale requirement.Learns Wall and has a her Frame Coat which allows her to tank enemies and retaliates with long range attacks, even if she "dies" the only thing that fells of is her armor and her energy is fully recharged.Gets extra bonuses stat from Lelouch Orders and the frame coat helps him as battery to spam his combination attack.TL:DR comes early, hits hard with low morale requirement, get Frame Coat, learns Wall,amd gets extra bonus from Lelouch orders.

I knew I was right to stick with the Siegfried+Drakens in the base game. The Custom Siegfried's animations are lamer by comparison, but I have to use it in the anniversary expand dong because it has Combination Maneuver and the game keeps forcing Hayate on it anyway.
