Dominion Conflict would be the outlier since it explicitly takes place in an alternate universe.The problem is that the timeline keeps shifting and getting retconned, so it never became a clean unified story despite Shirow's best efforts. There's another issue, which is that Shirow loves recycling character designs and shoehorning little cameos that make no sense, which makes it even harder to figure out what we're supposed to take as objective canon and what's just a joke.That being said, the girl in OP's pic is not a Puma at all.
