I think the Gabthley and Hambrabi should be the best mass produced for your veteran guys. In space, at least.
If you want your overall best suit then it comes to no surprise that would be The-O.
All the other suits are either cheap, too specific with glaring weaknesses or worse newtype-use machines than fatty-O.
The titans focus on fast transformable assault so i don't think just some MS with a gun and shield flying around fits their philosophy like usual feddie tactics do.

I second the Gabthley and Hambrabi being the best of their mass produceable suits both using the Fedayeen Rifle the best mass-produced gun the Titans had.

Though if we're talking about remnants/tech that never reach the battlefield before collapse like how the Galbaldy Alpha is the real peak of Zeon engineering the Xeku is by far the best grunt the Titans think tank ever produced with its ability to use the Beam Smart Gun which made any jobber in it a terror due to its auto aim.

This is why I always get annoyed when people try to talk power levels in machines like it's fucking dragon ball. Machines are highly specialized. One might do something well another might do something else.

Gabthley is a great pick, they really should have made more of those. It doesn't look like it should be that expensive either.
It has good options at all ranges, it transforms, it can operate in space and in atmosphere, it's clearly superior to the Gundam Mk. II (even a guy like Jerid who is strong but not outstanding easily took out Emma and had the chance to finish off Kamille), and none of its systems are too complex for your average grunt to take advantage of.
Those Fedayeen rifles are no joke.

That's every Tomino (and Sunrise mecha) show post Gundam though. Bandai learned the wrong lesson from Gunpla popularity so they filled the shelves with worthless Dsserds and Leprechauns.

Very easily gaplant or hamueabi. Both would be excellent mass produced units.
