The artwork is worth a look even if you can't read a word of it.
>>24030591They're making an NFT anime now?
>>24030614There's been a few before but they obviously flopped hard, still there's some companies hanging in there with desperately trying to make NFTs be profitable through any way they can think of, so stuff like this is still getting made.I don't mind if somebody gets paid to do stuff like this, but being tied to NFT shit is going to give anything an early death.
For a second, I thought this was a Chinese donghua.>NFTsOh, that's worse.
>>24031164I hope it does it's 'own' thing and doesn't go heavyhanded on the NFT shilling.
>>24032564That would be hilarious though
The game actually has a Steam page now, and>7v7 PvP or PvE>Unreal Engine 5And still looks kinda jank from this particular clip, so even not taking the web3 shit into consideration this is already a tough sell.
>>24036795That does not provide good visual feedback, despite the relative minimal HUD.
>>24030901Just shows how out of touch old crusty japanese suits are, compared to the rest of the world.
One week left
>>24040685A bunch of Non Japs asians are still doing NFTs bullshit
https://x.com/dark__machine/status/2109569776834019585Clip looks decent for a 3d anime? All the expected problems with framerate and such though.
First episode was a bit rushed but I get why, gotta get to THE GAME asap, production values are very good, at least on par or second only to the Rayearth remake. Interesting mechanic where I guess it's implied that the titular 'Machines' are power armor-sized and can summon a actual giant robot-sized quasi-version of themselves and literally ride them, then summon a even bigger one that seems to be a shared model. Surprisingly fine start.
Got around to watching it. The art looks surprisingly good for an anime shilling something like NFT.But, yeah, plot-wise it seems to be a pure "hobby" anime where the game happens to use robots, down to the whole "you want this, then beat me in a match!".
>>24030591How many episodes total are there going to be?
People are still trying to do nfts?
>>24041941Can’t Wait!!
>>24055715To mention a case that's relevant to another board here, /vt/: so, this year on Cover corp, half of their japanese male branch talents Holostars graduated (retired/quit the company), and the girls division, Hololive, was consolidated into one entity, so no more English or Indonesia divisions. Why such changes? Because their boss, Motoaki Tanigo aka YAGOO, who otherwise was perceived as a CEO that knew what he was doing and proved so with success, sincerely believed that HoloEarth, an METAVERSE, would be popular. Predictably, all it did was drain money for years and it was terminated right before the above cost-reduction changes were made.tldr: holy shit anon, I cannot emphasize on how out of touch and out of date japanese businessmen can be.
>>24055796Wow, I had no idea even Hololive got swept up in that nonsense.
>>24055632Going by the budget, which seems to be well-rounded for a video game ad, probably just one cour/13 episodes. Said length also might provide some balance to matches, given that episode 2 has the MC losing.
>>24055810There probably would be way more lives or shows had it been not for this tech fad.
>Can't play because I'm too weak>Says that but on the previous episode she judo thrown a grown woman over another personBefore you say "she is too short", it's a esport game played with various input commands, including controllers.
