Just keep in mind 70s toku is episodic, so it can get a little dry watching multiple episodes in a row without any overarching plot. For sentai realy any 90s show minus maybe Ohranger would be a good place to start. I started with Zyuranger and loved it. To me the 90s are best because they aren't using shoddy cgi and have had 15+ years of nailing down the practical effects. Try the first episodes of a few shows and stick with what interests you the most.
