Is Psycho Gundam difficult to pilot or Cyber Newtype just suck at it and would natural born Newtype can handle it?

They make unstable broken newtypes who they purge for being failures these failures still turn into newtype ghosts which make the next Cyber Newtype suffer, the Psycho Gundams especially are the center of this torment nexus being giant Psycommu units.
