If they wanted to do a fighting game that hard then why they're focusing in franchise that focus more in the story than the battle? like for real, the same shit will happen to avatar and they got so fucking unlucky with the movie leak than they already lost the momentum to use the movie to raise the interest on the game, the whole thing got leaked and now everyone already move on from the hype.
Like, every single fighting game that come from a franchise come with a story mode, not the main feature but at least come complete and for some fucking reason they decided to promise a storymode in a fucking new franchise when they didn't need it at all, they just needed to create the characters, do an arcade mode and make a little cutscene in the old style of marvel vs capcom
