It's been fun; I selected mostly only my high effort finished up pieces, but the sketches would tell a dramatically different story. I think experimentation and stylistic freedom is essential and a lot of my work is experimentation with speed, workflow, and shape. Those steps outside of the status quo were essential to develop the perspective I needed to make something ordinary look nice.

I think my earlier pony art had more soul, but a lot of it was a product of having a lot of spare time and wanting to express myself.
