I ran 31 minutes straight today at 4.0 MPH minimum and 4.5 MPH maximum. For someone who is 70 pounds overweight I'd say that is pretty good. Nothing even hurts. I only intended to run a few minutes but I just didn't stop after a time. I didn't stop because at the time I didn't care if my heart exploded. It didn't explode. It mostly stayed at 140-150 BPM. It only went to 160 in the last few minutes. I am not stopping anymore. I am tired of not being the man I always could have been. I am done with it. I will report my progress regularly. I think I started putting together the breadboard prototype around January. I've had time off work since the start of this month due to a medical thing.
