And every single viewer other than Firestorm has normal settings, so while I agree that Firestorm is the most popular, it's still the only one changing the default.The difference with the LOD settings is that cranking up LODs is not normal, it's kind of a hack and makes you render extra shit you don't need; while fixing object LODs is the correct way to make good objects. But with glow, a setting of 2 is not normal; and objects having their glow calibrated for a value of 1 would be correct. What you're proposing is basically forcing everyone who currently has it on 1, including people who already fixed it on their own Firestorms, be forced to move it to 2, if people were to make objects targeting the 2 glow. That's the same issue again - everyone with normal setting would be forced to use a hacky setting value just to fix it for themselves.
