4chan reddit and tumblr have engaged in certain actions that have isolated them from the rest of the internet

this is not true btw, mlp fandom is big in any website
4chan, Reddit and Tumblr were just the big 3 in early 2010s, and it’s not like there wasn’t a huge brony movement on Facebook back in the day.
Now the internet has moved on to other platforms, and mlp still has a presence there, though not as big as before, since the passage of time and the end of the initial boom and the show have obviously had an impact on the fandom and on all platforms
But it’s normal to come across posts on >Twitter where people use memes, reaction images, or pfps featuring ponies, or to find some guy with a pony as his pfp on >Discord
