I didn't watch G5 for the story, because I knew that wouldn't be very good. I just watched it for the cute ponies. I reject most of G5's canon and substitute my own lore and world.

>>43324015I unuronically watch and enjoy all generations of pony. I grew up with g3 always on my sisters TV, and I always outwardly said I hated it. Even bullied her a bit for it. But the reality is that Ive enjoyed all of it. Minty Christmas is obviously one of the best. Generation 1 was made for a totally different audience and it was gold. Highly reccomended My Little Pony Tales. They're just ponies living in a regular modern American town. But in era with people who actually enjoyed their own small towns.
