>>43352149I highly recommend to go with Tahoma2D. It's a fork of Opentoonz with some nice quality of life features.It depends on what you want to do with animation. Opentoonz (Tahoma2D) can do puppet rigs, but it's star feature is it's great frame by frame support. If you haven't even started animating, it's a great option to use. It's very capable and there's no point in spending money on an expensive application if you don't know you'll even stick with it.Unfortunately, for me, drawing inside it feels horrible. It's brushes are lacking and there is some latency with drawing. Also transforms will straight up ruin your line art. In my opinion, it's a good animation application, but a horrible drawing application.
