Twilight wouldn't be stronger than those two because she is a baby Alicorn pretty much, whereas Celestia and Luna would dogwalk those two, like when Luna beat Big Mac with ease in foreleg wrestling. Cadence, i'm not so sure on, though i imagine she is at least as physically strong as those two or just slightly behind. Pretty sure Twilight is almost as fast as Rainbow Dash even in her baby Alicorn state, Rainbow Dash was caught off guard by her speed when teaching her how to fly. Magic, in the way Unicorns and Alicorns utilize it, is different, because Alicons definitely have raw power on their side, just vastly more Mana in them than the average Unicorn does. But Unicorns can outperform Alicorns in Magic with techniques/training(Starswirl). Then you have Unicorns like Glimmy/Unicorn Twilight/Mistmane who are anomalous with the magical potential they have in them, letting them contend with Alicorns easily.For an example, think of Anakin from SW as an Alicorn. He has way more Mana/Midicholorians than even Grand Master Yoda, yet Anakin jobbed to people even weaker then Grand Master Yoda (Count Dooku) because they had training and years of expertise that he simply didn't.
