Question for the thread, what is your favorite duo of shadow bolts and why? Mine definitely has to be Sour Sweet and Sunny Flare. On the surface, they both seem like kind of generic mean girls, but with how back and forth Sweet and Sour is, Sunny Flare almost seems friendly.

I've been knocking a fic idea around in my head all day, so you lot get to put up with my bullshit again. Going for something in the style of your typical YA-girlslop like Dear Dumb Diary or Dork Diaries (but probably not in diary format. probably.)>For the first time in literally ever, Sour Sweet is alone. Totally, utterly, humiliatingly alone. The Tenth grade has barely just started and she’s already about to lose her MIND. Her best friend, Sunny Flare has been acting like she's the smartest thing since sliced bread after her family spent the entire summer in Europe. Between Indigo Zap going sports-crazy over the tryouts for the soccer team (and track team (AND volleyball team)) and Lemon Zest serving out the rest of her ISS from last year’s End-Of-School prank, Sour Sweet isn't sure how much more of this she can take. Just to make matters worse, Sugarcoat has completely iced her out after she ditched their summer plans, which totally wasn't her fault and she just needs to get over herself!>In a last ditch effort to avoid the crushing weight of total social isolation, Sour Sweet turns to the last person she wants to ask- and the last person who could ever say no to hanging out with her -Twilight Sparkle. >Twilight is the definition of a dweeb.
