Taking magic would be the better choice, but unsure of where or when I would land the tech option is the best choice. I would not regret this decision,It has been several weeks since I landed in the town of Ponyville. The local Arch Mage Twilight Sparkle proves to live up to her namesake. All intelligence and no wisdom. Her abrupt summoning of myself was painful and exceedingly dangerous. The short coma I drifted off into alarmed her enough that I woke to the personal attention and interrogation of the local sun goddess. My weakened state and confusion of being in a new realm coupled with me being non hostile lead her to welcome me to her kingdom. With full citizenship and her students place of residence it could have been worse.I immediately got to work to learn the state of the world and what ways i could improve on it. This world was strange, but fitting for a magical world. Pony drawn carts, steam driven trains, literal flying zeppelins, whatever state secret nonsense that was the rainbow factory, but hoof planted and picked plants, and no true factories that weren't bespoke. Still working with the system I had filed several patents of common things to help the lives of these ponies to get a steady cash flow and improve my standing. It had worked I was now well liked and regarded by these foolish ponies. And now that I had their trust my real plan was beginning to kick into gear. Certain custom parts and raw materials had already been delivered, many already set into place.

Turning to spike i say "here let me put in on". A bit nervous he acquiesces while shuffling his foot. "What's it do?" He asked as i adjusted to his face. "Oh, it REALLY helps relax ponies. See?" flipping the hidden switch as i pulled my hands away. The eyepiece lit up immediately with a swirling vortex of colors and whatever else Spike was going to say was cut off as he became entranced near instantly.Giving it a second to confirm that it was working I moved over to my crude computer. Its black and green screen lit up as I typed Dragon - Male- Adolescent. Program start. Confirm? Yes/No. .....Yes. A program window appeared showing hypno status in a percentage and various stats began filing themselves out. The standard hypnotizing works independently of the rest of it. Inducing calmness it lowers resistance before implanting standard orders to trust and not quite obey but give my words more weight with them. While it does this it also alters the body, body chemistry, and even slowly moves magic channels to alter the person on a fundamental level according to whatever i want their ideal body to be. The best part, I had Twilight cast several spells all over the machine. Using spells for permanence and reverse causality to make it unbreakable. Or at least that's ALL she thought it did, believing me to be overly paranoid about its safety. However with its affects the spells make the changes permanent and as if they were that way their entire life. Tho it does take longer and more magic while charging to get smaller changes. No-one will ever notice these alterations. All it will take is time, time and effort. Still its great to be the future king of the world.
