I’m scared, I had another violent dream.I know people say that whenever they try to punch someone while dreaming it’s difficult to do and weak, but in my case I’ve had multiple dreams where I get incredibly pissed off due to arguing with people, then end up killing and beating up/harming people. My last dream I just woke up from involved gouging a civilian bartender’s bare side with a sharp piece of glass and cutting downward until he had a long lengthy cut (and thus scar). The entire time he was wincing in pain while everyone else stare in horror or shock.Prior to that I was already fighting him with breaking bottles and glasses and trying to hit him. Are these a bad sign or something? I’m not even this violent or aggressive in real life.

I wouldn't worry too much about this, it is highly unlikely that you will just start hurting people out of nowhere because of a bad dream. Within a recent dream that was close to violence, it was a bunch of guys trying to pick on me/steal something from me/some other reason I can't remember. And I was heavily outnumbered. No power fantasy there, just sheer positioning and retreat when the feel of fear started dictating it. No actually violence managed to commence before being forced awake by my cat, but the feeling is overall was always annoyance.I do not know when normal nightmare scenarios swapped fear for annoyance with me, but it's a little interesting to think about to me. For example I finger the still like teeth aching and falling out - get them in alignment by hand, pop them back in, tripophobic stuff on body - squeeze out like pimples and apply desinfection, get a huge cyst on the inside of a cheek - strategic biting then taking out with fingers and getting a mouthful of chlorhexidine.It just became annoying stuff I have to fix.And every damn time when I wake up I lament I didn't get a lucid dream to control.

I've been trying out the meditation guide more seriously for the last week or so, with the help of some guided Vipassana vids because i'm really scatterbrained. Only pretty short sessions (~15 minutes), but daily. Today i feel like i made progress. It started with a sensation as if the world and my body was turning around me, orbiting me. Then that passed, and my breathing became almost unnoticable. Might have even seen a light, but that could have also been caused by my eyelid opening slightly. Maybe i'm just imagining things, but i'm really happy that I'm already seeing some progress!

I've been able to meditate every day this week so far, and it feels good. Today after around 10 minutes i got into a state of very high awareness basically out of nowhere. Breathing was still noticeable, but felt different, kinda removed from myself. I was staring too hatd into the blackness though, which caused my eyes to constantly open a bit. Nothing else happened, but it's nice to experience new sensations. Makes me believe more and more that it's actually possible to got to equestria. Even without that, i feel calmer and can handle stressful situations better already.

Any of you anons ever hear of the hypothesis, weak as it is, that human imagination is more of a cosmic sieve than a true act of creation? That ever dream, act of imagination, or work of fiction represents a glimpse into another reality? I see the Equestria Project guide in the OP, but I’ve been trying something different.The cosmic sieve hypothesis is my working hypothesis. As such, I am working under the assumption that the fictional Equestria we have seen is real in the greater universe or multiverse. From that point, I have been working under the assumption that Luna is real as well. Fictional Luna is a character with godlike magical ability, but most importantly, the ability to travel between dreamers’ dreams and communicate with said dreamers. I’m not the first to do it, but I have been trying very hard to lucid dream my way into chatting with the Luna that is represented by our fictional Lunas. I have been dream journaling daily for half a month now. I started with WILD and moved to SSILD with natural WBTB cycles. I perform reality checks on a scheduled alarm and whenever I see a potential target in the waking world to promote a habitual checking of reality. I’ve yet to have any successfully lucid dreams, but like Deckard, I’ve dreamt of unicorns. And earth ponies and pegasi, I suppose. Last night was the most substantial dream, but I’ve previously seen less expected ponies. For example, the first dream of a pony since I began wasn’t the alicorn princess of dreams, but Pinkie Pie. She was comforting and offered a brief chat about how I was getting along in my crazy experiment. This Pinkie Pie was exactly like the 2D animated show in appearance and yet she offered a hug to my clearly 3D body before leaving. This led me to believe that Pinkie Pie, if the cosmic sieve hypothesis were true, would also be able to communicate across dimensions like how the fictional glimpse often broke the fourth wall. Should I detail the second pony dream and last night’s more substantial one? This has ended up a long post. Anyway, I’d like to hear if other anons have lucid dreamed and called out to the moon princess.

I was in the middle of dreaming and got suddenly spurred into lucidity when I spotted one of the horsefuckers I knew and met in person during MF4 wearing his OC shirt, when I walked up to him he didn’t respond and ignored me which suddenly made me realize he wasn’t supposed to be in my dream; and made me go into lucidity. My dream was very brief after I went into lucidity though as I got excited and tried analyzing everything too hard, along with looking around everywhere.
