>>43466001>Xitter shipfag threadGrim.
Trixie is just so much better for her.
>>43466001I don't know... I hate Starlight Glimmer, but for some reason, I love shipping her with Twilight.
>>43466001Twilight is scientifically fascinated by Glimmy's toxic flatulence. She studies it often.
>>43466030>Grim.More like Glim am I right Glimmerchads
>>43466001No.
>>43467162Trixie!!!
>>43468507lol
>>43466001I love it!
I think they're pretty cute together.
>>43466001They're so cuuuute!
>>43466001I love this pairing, it's for those with refined taste. Trixie never made sense with either pony really, she's toxic and devolves both relationships to the basic "im the clown the staight-man has to tard wrangle". Starlight and Twilight just have more interesting chemistry, both in their interests and in where they differ, Twilight's autistic by the book nature contrasts perfectly with Starlight's out of the box ingenuity, her appeal to authority contrasting against a free-spirited independent thinker, hard line goodytwo shoes against a mare willing to cross moral lines for the greater good. Combined with their similarities in research, magic, and taking charge they complement each other in every way and present many opportunities to learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses. Although they're in a power dynamic, because they're of similar age there isn't that awkward grooming feel that Celestia imposes, and because there isn't as huge a gap between them in terms of magical ability they're able to help each other grow more effectively. Twistar is a very underrated ship.
based ship
>>43470772I have no problems with Startrix or Starburst (or Twixie) but I do wish there was more Twistarlight. As you say they fit quite well together and it might just be the best fitting of the "former villain falls for her saviour" ships that Twilight has.
>>43466001>yurifaggotryI remember being 13. For me it was that little witch academia bitch and the blonde bitch from her show. I even had dreams about them. Not even like sexual dreams but like, just straight up romantic as hell dreams. Enjoy your youth before you realise being gay is wrong.
>>43467903come on Twily wanna be equal?it's nothing naughty, it'll feel good I promise~
>>43471478>having your cutie mark removed gives you a full-body orgasmi'd try it at least once
>>43472728Nice butts.
I love them!
It must be nice to have a close friend just as passionate and talented to study magic together, pushing each other to greater heights than is possible alone.
Glimmy should've become an alicorn princess too.
What did Hasbro mean by this

>>43477645Looks like Twilight developed the same kink Celestia has...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrq2RUuLDFY
>>43478947Cute!>the endand that's why Glimmy should have gained wings too. Celestia had Luna. Twilight needs Starlight to rule alongside her, it's not just for the themes of harmony but for mental health too. Celestia and Luna likely had similar experiences growing up too when you think about it.
>"I don't understand, is this selfcest or something? Why are people shipping that purple pony with the sparkling cutie mark with a clone of herself? "
>>43479785>Come on, Starlight. You agreed to become my student.>This is a perfectly normal part of my reformation program>Trust me, I learned everything from my teacher>Now lift your tail for mommy

Why do you like/enjoy this ship?Honest question, I don't ship these two with anypony and don't really care about their love lives, but I am curious about what makes someone so passionate about this, like all the similarities, all the themes, all the ways you connect with it, or just "I just think they look neat together!".
>>43523299>"I just think they look neat together!"I'm not a hardcore shipper so honestly a lot of the ships I enjoy just boil down to this. For this one I also like their dynamic, it's another teacher-student-ish relationship plus there's the whole reformed villain Twilight saved her from herself part, the by-the-book/just wing it contrast, they're both horny magic mares and I definitely have a thing for those. I admittedly don't tend to put a lot of thought into whether or how these things would actually work out because I'm too socially incompetent to get it right anyways.
