Either because the scrapers did not archive it in the first place (never tried) or because it was deleted before the scrapers were able to archive it. I did run a scraping round recently recovering whatever I was able to from pastebin (if it was missed previously by other archivers) and from the internet archive. So pastes from that list can only be reconstructed from desuarchive if we are lucky. Some were never linked from here either, only the content posted which makes it even harder. And obviously there will be ones which cannot be recovered at all.
