This is Fairy Fluff. She specializes in working with very low-density, fragile clouds. Most other pegasi aren't gentle enough with their hooves and will tend to break such clouds. I've heard she crafts excellent cloud curtains! Her favorite foods are souffles and meringue.

Sugar Apple made a game out of seeing how many bottles of rainbow she can sneak out of the weather factory so she can boast to her friends about it.Turns out it's quite a lot, and now she has a couple dozen gallons of pure rainbow sitting in her house that she's too afraid to mess with.
