How do you wash your plushies? No I didn't cum on her, its just the years of cuddling and rubbing my skin grease on her. Tried the old warm water and hand washing with laundry detergent.
Every time I wash her I feel like I'm ruining her a little bit, the colours fade and fabric stiffens.

you let her age with dignity and do what you can as nothing good lasts forever I recommend tide free and clear rather than regular detergent or use folex. Make sure to use a soft boar bristle brush to brush her out after she is nice and dry as it will separate the fibers and make her a little softer and fluff her up. Prevention is also key. I do not cuddle my wife unless I have showered and I make sure my bedding is clean. She will never be as she was when she was new and you should retire her at some point to a comfy spot with other plushies and a blanket when you can get a new plush and be sure to give her a little love now and then like a kiss or pet although with proper care that should be a long ways out. Remember it is just a physical thing and whatever plush of her you cuddle it is still her and she knows it too.
