Reminder that even 0.0001% Zigger DNA instantly disqualifies a “pony” from having any snowpity and ever since Twilight’s solution to the “Last Problem,” all must be sacrificed before one of the Together Trees in the three REAL Pony nations.

Do you think Izzy finally did the honors after leading these two fake pony bitches into Bridlewood?

Also, you may not like it, but G5 did confirm racism, and G4 directly promoted it. So if you’re a Haberverse cucked faggot, you have to accept all of this as true. Of course, Faust Chads don’t have any of this bullshit in their continuity. Which universe is better?
>>
>>43565687
Pinkie called Zecora a stupid watermelon eating zigger the second she laid eyes on her do you EVEN watch the show?
>>
>>43565694
LOL! That is true. But the genocide thing was only in G5 and the Haberverse. Except for total Buffalo death. That part is canon. But only in G5 did they specifically invade the land of the Zebras just to kill them all.
>>
>>43565687
>>43565701
This is gollyfag btw
>>
>>43565687
Do you even watch the show, gollypedo? G4 had racism from the start. It became LESS racist as time went on.
>>
>>43566137
Yeah, he constantly switches flags but the deranged posting style gives it away.
>>
>>43566178
How is it less racist to say that all creatures should be killed (which G4 and G5 collectively said). Faust only believed in segregation, not eternal genocide.
>>
>>43566318
G5 isn't canon to g4, silly gollyschizo
G4 is canon to g5 though

By the way, in case anyone didn’t know, here’s the proof of the canonness of the genocide. And also, I have to push back against >>43566368

G5 must be canon to G4, because my researched suggests that the ending of G4 (including the child murder and all the shitty creatures being everywhere within the epilogue episode) was influenced by the G4 people being warned that G5 was set in the same universe and that thusly, they couldn’t give their show the ending they’d been originally thinking of. So they basically lashed out and said, “Okay, then fine! No creatures planned for your movie? Then they all fucking died, just like this kid!” Just basic immaturity from people who seem to ideologically support child murder and genocide.
>>
>G5 must be canon to G4
Things which come after literally can't be canon to things which come before anon.
The arrow of time flies in one direction.

And it's besides the point because while you say 'they were both influenced by the same source', that source is not canon. Either something is in the show or it's not. If it's in the show then it's canon to any episodes that include that episode in this canon history, and that is the whole of what is canon with no exceptions.

Even EqG isn't canon to S9E26 and S9E26 isn't canon to S9E25 etc.
>>
>>43566897
>Things which come after literally can't be canon to things which come before anon.
Dude, they were working on both at the same time. They’d been working on the early stages of G5 as early as 2017.

>Even EqG isn't canon to S9E26 and S9E26 isn't canon to S9E25 etc.
What kind of retarded-ass definition of canon is this?
>>
>>43566908
>Dude, they were working on both at the same time.
And?
>What kind of retarded-ass definition of canon is this?
The same definition of canon that every single literate person on the planet uses, anon.
>>
>>43566909
>The same definition of canon that every single literate person on the planet uses, anon.
??? No… they don’t? Literally nobody does that. Season 9 episode 25 literally aired the same day as Season 9 episode 26, by the way. So are you saying that because the one started half-an-hour earlier, it’s in a different canon… What?!

Again, are you fucking retarded?! What about the fact that some of the episodes air out of order from when they were written? For example, they probably got all the storyline episodes figured out first and then threw in a few slice-of-life episodes in with them, since those were less high stakes to figure out. But then those episodes written later aired first, so… are MORE canon?! You said, “the source is not canon,” but the fucking airdate is, apparently.

This is a definition that literally nobody uses, dude. The creative process is certainly more important to an understanding of canon than the time at which a network decided to air it.

The fact that you think that this nonsensical definition of canon has anything AT ALL to do with how normal people use it is laughable.

There are two primary canons: The Faust canon, and the Hasbro canon.

The Faust canon includes only Seasons 1 and 2, with Cadence not being an Alicorn. It also includes things that we can unfortunately never actually know, because her imagination is the source of the canon, and we can’t get into her mind.

The Hasbro canon is just whatever Hasbro says is canon. Which includes Season 9 dogshit and G5 kitten shit.

For lesser canons, we can talk about the “imaginations” of some of the talentless losers that raped us with the later seasons, which is what I was doing by bringing up the fact that they seem to have been influenced by learning about G5. This was really just using a secondary understanding of canon to add weight to the second of the two main canons, and the fact that the pony genocide is hard to ignore as an agreed upon event in both G4 and G5. Or, sure, I guess it’s probably just a creature genocide in G4, but the point remains. The G4 “creatives” were fully aware that G5 was set up as a dystopian world and they pushed the creature shit on us even harder, knowing full well that their absence from G5 would imply that they all died.

This definition of “canon” is a modern fandom usage in the first place, something that I’m not even sure if you’re aware of based on the way you talk. Before, there were “works” within a canon. Like, the Biblical canon or the Shakespeare canon. Shakespeare’s earliest works were never said, by ANYONE, to be “the most canon.” The important thing is that he wrote all of them. And same with the Biblical canon. Nobody ever said that all the books that were decided on were all the oldest ones; the church just decided that they were the only authoritative ones.

What the fuck does when they were written have to do with canon continuity?
>But then those episodes written later aired first, so… are MORE canon?! You said, “the source is not canon,” but the fucking airdate is, apparently.
I never said anything like this. You're having a meltdown about a fantasy strawman in your head.

>muh personal headcanon is the primary canon
wew lad
Faust's original version is explicitly not Equestria. Tell me, does this pony have wings? Have you actually watched the show?

Sowwy, retard, I don’t speak Retard, reeeeeeeeeeetard.
>>
>>43566946
your ability to misunderstand simple concepts is astounding. genuinely how do you not understand that anon's point? he's saying that if event b happens after event a, IN UNIVERSE, then event b cannot be canon to even a, since it hasn't happened yet IN UNIVERSE. if event c happens after event b, then event a is canon to event b, but not event c. nobody but you could even interpret this as being about real world production or air dates, because it's so obviously referring to in-universe events.
>>
>>43566960
>then event a is canon to event b, but not event c.
i realized i phrased this in a way that's probably fine for most people, but will be incredibly confusing for retards like you, so let me try again.
if event a happens before event b, which happens before event c, then event a is canon to event b, but event c is not canon to event b, because it hasn't happened yet.
>>
>>43566960
That's not what I said. For all that his post was 90% delusional ranting, gollyfag did touch closer to what canon actually means when he brought up the church, though he still didn't get it, in part because he thinks 'the church' is a single unchanging monolithic entity that extends across all dimensions and times so he doesn't understand that biblical canon is everywhere varied.
>>43566964
>if event a happens before event b, which happens before event c, then event a is canon to event b, but event c is not canon to event b, because it hasn't happened yet.
This is a terrible way of putting it because, for example, a flashback episode in S8 doesn't change S1 canon.
>>
>>43566975
>when he brought up the church, though he still didn't get it, in part because he thinks 'the church' is a single unchanging monolithic entity that extends across all dimensions and times so he doesn't understand that biblical canon is everywhere varied.
I never said anything like that, actually. It was just hardly relevant to the discussion, because there’s no question as to who owns the copyright on MLP, so simplifying the religious authority for the sake of making the analogy was more useful to the discussion at hand. (I’ve heard there are some of Shakespeare’s plays that historians doubt that he wrote too? Haven’t looked too much into that claim. But that too is beyond the scope of the analogy.) We’re ultimately talking ponies.
>>
>>43566988
Copyright has nothing to do with the canon of the series, anon
>>
>>43567040
Of course it does. The “canon” is defined by the copyright holders. Now, I do agree that the TRUE canon is Faust’s Equestria, but because of copyright ownership, any information you’re going to find anywhere about MLP will always be based on Hasbro’s ownership. In a fair world, the Haberverse trash would never hold a higher status than based 2011 fanfics, but that’s not the world we live in.

What is the functionality of canon in your definition? Who decides it if not the people who legally own the work in question?
>>
>>43567154
>Now, I do agree that the TRUE canon is Faust’s Equestria
You didn't answer my question
Does this >>43566953 pony have wings?
>>
>>43567164
She did at one time but the Holy Goddess Faust, blessed be Her eternal Name above all names, decided in Her infinite wisdom that she didn’t need them in order to be Best Pony. So the answer is both yes and no eternally.
>>
>>43567232
Why do you love faust so much anyway? She didn't even invent golly
>>
>>43567589
Well, I was a Pony fan long before Cozy Glow. But as for Cozy herself, I’m going to ask Faust about her at Ciderfest, and I WILL get it on record (I’m not actually recording her or anything, just in the Akashic Records, so to speak) that Cozy Glow IS canon to Faustquestria. ;3

Nope. It was a hasbro decision dictated to Faust.
>>
>>43567602
And what will you do if/when Faust says "that's retarded, i hate Cozy"?
>>
>>43567610
Wrong again. Faust said she AGREED; Pinkie doesn’t need them because it’s even more fun to have her do cartoony physics without anything like wings or magic to give an in-universe explanation.
>>
>>43567623
She won’t.
>>
>>43567626
>dodging the question
>>
>>43567631
Okay, in the hypothetical, I’d have to figure out whether I’m more loyal to Cozy Glow or to Faust, which would require a lot of deep inner consideration, and I’d probably have to take ayahuasca or do transcendental meditation for about 20 years or so to figure out the nature of authority in the multiverse.
>>
>>43567651
I believe in you, gollyschizo. Cozy will have a happy ending, even if you have to craft it yourself!

I have. She could still do her cartoony logic after Cozy Glow removed all the magic.

>Have you ever even seen the golly episodes?
Duh. But Lauren Faust hasn’t, though. I do know this.
>>
>>43565694
Actually, she called Zecora a cannibal voodoo witchdoctor.
