How often do you ever stumble across other horsefuckers in public?I was just working on a random fellow autist’s car and he had pony stickers plastered all over it.
>>43651252I can only remember two instances in the last fifteen years. Both were women though, so I don't know if they count. One of them was wearing a "My Little Epona" t-shirt, and the other had Doctor Whooves and Derpy stickers on the back of her vehicle. I was tempted to say something, but I thought better of it.
>>43651252Never have I seen it once in five states.
>>43651252not in public, but a few months ago i had a job interviewer bring up the "vinyl scratch" silkscreen i put on one of my project's PCBs. took me by complete surprise. a dashfag, if i recall, and he had a stealth mane 6 painting in the background of his camera too
>>43651252Have I met women who say they like mlp? Yeah many times. Have I come across any genuine horsefuckers? Never. I've seen a car sticker before but it was more on the normie side and was just one on the back window, saw a guy buy some g1 pony socks from my work but he didn't really give off any impression one way or the other on why he was buying them. I'm pretty open about talking about pony or even the board side of things since I don't have to worry about spilling spaghetti when I talk, but even then I've only met one person who has even watched the entire show and it's some girl I went to elementary school with and she's insufferably on the side of ugly tumblr art where the ponies are gay and trans. She's chill though and knows I'm from the evil side of the pony fandom and we occasionally talk about pony merch we find in the wild and our collections.
>>43651252I think the only time for me was back in college like 10 years ago, when I first started I found out this dude liked mlp (fuck knows how I found out, cant remember that). We got talking and became friends, but as time went on he started getting really clingy and pissing me off, and I realised the dude had a crush on me. Im not gay, and eventually told the guy to fuck off in some capacity. I also found out at some point the guy stopped liking mlp and just didnt care for it. When we left college he also managed to get the job I applied for when I didnt after spending the time when we were friends effectively copying me to pass his assignments. Absolutely fuck that guy on so many levels, Im glad I've not thought about him in a long time
In 2013 during Russian class, when we were supposed to make a presentation on a topic of our choice one guy asked if he could do one on mlp. It was rejected and he switched school not long after. In 2014 I saw some guy with a Twilight Sparkle backpack in school and last year I walked past some woman with a Rainbow Dash plush on her backpack. That's it.>Bronies are common in GermanyNo they aren't!
>>43651252I remember seeing a guy with a RD plushie on public transport somewhat recentlyalso have a ""brony"" coworker that's its really
>>43655998>brony coworkerDid you reveal your power level to him yet and if not why?
>>43656018revealed some just to discover normie brony. Sad!
>>43652101I remembered another one. At one of my old jobs, I was stocking shelves with a male coworker and a female coworker. The guy opens up a box that contained some sort of MLP merchandise. He then mentions to no one in particular that he is a "total brony." The woman we were working with reacted negatively, so I kept my mouth shut.
>>43656032How normie are we talking?
>>43656226>who is this green filly?
>>43656229Oh Christ
>>43654344Met a German guy at a festival thing in 2018 while setting up who had a "20% cooler" shirt on, I said "nice stealth merch" or something similar but got no reaction.Saw a car with a small Twi sticker on here in my town a couple of years ago, but I suppose that could just have been someone's kid.Last summer (2025) I met a femautist with a pony shirt from one of the earlier gens, G3 maybe? Didn't say anything, but I remember thinking "that's not what that character looks like". Can't remember the details though. Could have been a bootleg I suppose. If there are any around here, they are hiding their power level.
I wear pony t shirts in public all the time. I have had three or four foids tell me they like my shirt and one ask me about pony cons. But I feel like all of them are just nerdy girls from the intended audience who grew up and are older now. Definitely not people who are of "our" culture. They were all nice at least. I visited the UK and was with a birt anon from the board. A guy working at a shop said it was cool we were bronies but he was a wagie so couldn't really talk. That's about all I've ever had to interact with. I live in the south it's absolutely devoid of bronies. The rust belt is where all the fruitloops you can meet in public are.
>>43656931>I wear pony t shirts in public all the time.how do i not be a pussy and start doing this? the anxiety is a bitch.
>>43656947Don't be fat/ugly, shampoo your hair and leave the container in for a few minutes, do not have unkempt facial hair if at all, put thought into how you dress. I moisturize my face every day too it helps. I'm still a nerd but that's fine. I want to look like a cute nerdy boy.
>>43656198You should have called out the roastie and made her feel like the weirdo
Never, thankfully. With all the horror stories I've heard I'm glad I've never interacted with one of you mumbling autists in real life.
>>43658068I wasn't entirely sure the guy was being serious about it. Plus I used to get teased there constantly, and I didn't want to give them any more ammo to use against me.
>>43657737>Don't be fat/uglyImpossibru for anyone on this board including (You)
>>43651252I've only stumbled across casual fans. I'm not sure if I even want to meet a horsefucker irl
