ITT take a double LP you're very familiar with and slice it in half taking out filler or any of the weaker tracks, maybe some you felt didn't go well with the rest of the album until you have a regular length album roughly under 50 minutes ideally but thats at your discretion. Mellon Collie, Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me, White Album, Exile on Main St, whatever its up to you, the idea here is to take that big double LP and make it into an even better concise normal album and feel free to share the thought process with some of it.

I would just keep all the "new" tracks and remove the rest. They could've fit those eight songs on one disc easily enough, they just wanted an excuse to jack up the price to pay for their drug habits.

Rover
In my time of dying
Trampled underfoot
Sick again
Kashmir
Wanton song
Custard pie
Ten years gone

My logic? Those are the songs I remember being good and the others felt like filler

Physical Graffiti, id probably change the order but im not gonna bother
>The Rover
>In My Time of Dying
>Trampled Under Foot
>Kashmir
>In the Light
>Ten Years Gone
>Sick Again
Was harder than I expected, I like custard pie more than most but had to clear out space for the longer tracks, trimmed down like this it almost becomes Led Zeppelins prog album with a lot of the tracks being longer than their usual Led Zeppelin 2 song model. Ten Years Gone has always been an all time favorite with the ingenious guitar layering, and then In My Time of Dying is one of their best covers I feel they take it to an absolute blues rock epic climax finality, underrated by fans and critics alike.

wow, such a close list I almost thought I posted twice, i'd call this concrete proof that music can be objectively good or bad
>>
I'd bet modern mu doesnt even care about albums enough to have opinions on this sort of thing.

Not even a double album. Just a super bloated one he did late into his career.

1. Leon Takes Us....
2. Outside
3. The Heart's Filthy Lesson
4. A Small Plot of Land
5. Hallo Spaceboy
6. The Motel
7. I Have Not Been to Oxford Town
8. The Voyeur of Utter Destruction
9. Thru These Architects Eyes
10. Strangers When We Meet

Album listening is based. Its the difference between watching a whole movie or just the popular iconic scene
