Thoughts on this album, particularly in comparison to the Pumpkins' other work?

>>130415802The departure of Jimmy Chamberlin is felt, but Billy was always gonna do a new wave goth project. Thats how they started and when they got Jimmy they evolved into a stadium rock band. It's a great album if you're into the non-rocky parts of Mellon Collie. I think the Pumpkins declined in quality as the 90s ended, but they never got fully bad until they reformed the first time.

>>130415802This is one of my favourite albums.Though when I first bought it for Ava Adore and Perfect, I thought the rest of the album was meh, to I parked the album on my shelf.But then after a couple of years of living my life, I took the album off the shelf for another listen, and I thought wow, what is this genius that has been hiding on my shelf for so long!Got me into the Pumpkins I suppose. This and the Machina period are my favourite period of theirs.
