How do you define black metal? Because desu I find most “kvlt” shit to be overrated and frankly repetitive. Boring songs, basically no riffs to speak of. Would you consider Impiety black metal? If so “skullfucking Armageddon” would probably be my favourite black metal record. Other than that? Pretty much all of Bestial Mockery discography (but there black thrash!) don’t care it counts. I’d probably also put Sarcafago INRI, Vulcano’s bloody vengeance, Morbid visions by Sepultura.

STRENGTH & HONOUR. Satanic Warmaster has been one of my favourite artists to listen to recently.
Anyway you splice and dice it, Paracletus will forever be the album that DSo will be known for eternity, it's incredibly forward thinking and respectful of its enemy, done so in an honorable way, unrelenting in its approach to its end. There are seldom any records so respectful of its opponent. Therein lay the charm of Paracletus
