It sounds good no matter what and always has. I was born in 88 and I vividly remember being like 14 or 15 and finding overwhelming relief in discovering metalcore and nu metal. I was like, holy shit, bad ass music that's made for hot twinks with huge dicks. Finally!

clean vocals are buried in the mix, and screams are weak too. plus, the piano lines make the whole thing twice as corny. apart from that, i enjoy the lead guitar melodies in the intro and the composition is passable overall
