I saw them once because my friends opened for them they were all style and no substance. The music is very basic stoner rock stuff.

They're fun and all and that's the only valid criticism of them: that if you want more than just fun there are better bands out there. But also it's a criticism of a lot of stoner rock bands: it's usually not very deep or anything.

Nothing speaks louder about the death of scenes, music, culture, history etc than people's inability to create new subcultures. Everyone just larps. They put on a costume.
