I have a friend who is a musician, he plays in small local trash metal band.His crew have a limited interests in different kinds of music. He have larger range so started to look for other ways to express his creativity.He used some software to create entire album, he was very exited, told me about storyline from one piece to the next, asked me what i think ect.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-odmskdSHII told him it is too dark for my tastes, but there are a lot of cool elements that i did praise.This was some time ago, and topic faded away.Yesterday he send me a VERY depressing text, about how he feels he is wasting his life, not achieving any of his goals and dreams.I am worried i missed first signs that was in his music and not sure what to do.Is focusing on his music as a medium to help his mindset right approach or should i be more direct.Is there a way to support someone's passion for music not being musician myself ?
