that was kind of my point, they're probably one of the only bands that lived up to the impossible punk standard
(i would say the clash too since they fought their label to keep records and tickets cheap but they get written off for the aforementioned label and joe strummer's dad having been a diplomat, and, you know, they sell shirts at target and hot topic)
