Why did critics in the late 00s/early 10s so dedicated to rebelling against the youth and trying to make people like bullshit?
>>130543725Two weeks is kino
>>130543755That's the one good song
This album is arguably a 10 and if you do not like it you very simply just have bad taste
>>130543764This but ready, able
>>130543725That album rules, you suck.
I didn't take much marijuana in my life but the small handful of times I did it was strong stuff and had a profound effect on my senses, I was very sensitive to it. I would struggle if I tried to describe what Ready, Able sounded like in that state. It was enormous, sublime; I seemed to survey the land from a great height on a calm evening in winterI can't really enjoy this album much anymore, but I'm not 20 years old anymore either, able to have such experiences with music that feel 'visionary' in that way. I miss some things about youth
Grizzly Bear actually made good music so leave them out of whatever your political ideology is
Its from the hype off of Yellow House and then them touring with Radiohead
I mean Yellow House is probably one of the best indie albums from the 2000s
>>130543725What are you talking about? Can you cite some sources please??
>>130543725Can you cite some critics, not just posting an album image like veckatimest, i mean because i might just be dumb and i prefer grizzly bear’s earlier horn of plenty album but it’s difficult for me to tell what you are even claiming with that paragraph with the historical statements that are getting claimed there or something like that
