They're good for me so I don't need to look further. Back when I was looking for more grip, I've been toying with the idea of either cutting some grooves into it myself or finding someone to 3d print me one with better grip but tortex ones ended up working for me. How good are the captures from Tone3000? Are they better than amp sim/drive pedals from multi effects? Are they close enough to real amps and drive pedals?
I know most of you guys are anti technology and hate amp sim plugins, but if by any chance you are looking for cleans/edge tones and don't want to use Neural DSP (e.g. Asato, Wong, Mayer); I recommend the Mixwave Milkman Creamer Collection, and the PolyChrome Lumos.
