Surfer Rosa has a unique and very cool raw sound to it and I'm thankful to have at least one Pixies album that has that rawness to it. Its really no the production and sound engineering that makes Doolittle superior its also the songwritng. Surfer Rosa has gigantic,bone machine, where is your mind, and a couple others bu Doolittle is almost back to front songs as good or better than Bone Machine
