Girly Sound proved she was a naturally great songwriter with a beautiful voice but when she got the full band it just didn't come together like it should have, she needed a more eccentric lead guitarist and overall more indie sounding direction, she should've been the female Pavement undeniably. Anyways Exile still has some good stuff but a lot of it ends up being serviceable. Never forget the first time I heard White Babies.
