sounds like a cool album to hear the demos, kinda nuts they didn't have a big followup album when they briefly were like the most popular "indie" "underground" artist in the world when it dropped. Singlehandedly turned tons of rock guys onto noise and spawned numerous noise bands, shit that album was the last artist/album that the friends and I tried to sorta emulate and adopt for our sound, really killed my spirit because I wanted to do the sound just like them but they essentially reformed the band without me even though I was an avid songwriter and heavily motivated practice wise, thats probably why I was excluded I wasn't chill enough, I didn't just let it flow naturally enough, fuck I hate those guys and them giving up on our chance, our origin story sounded like every other grass roots band before they got huge but they wanted to half ass it
