Same happened to me last year. Other two bandmates were manipulating toxic pieces of shit, mobbing me until i fell into a depression and quit. After a while i started my own droneband. Acquired a jazz saxophone player and a jazz drummer. Soon another drone guitarist joined. Now i have a dronejazz band. Best thing that could have happened. Keep on going OP

Anyway one was cool and actually came up with good stuff but the other guy was a narcissistic asshole who shut down all my ideas. Constantly condescends about music theory, hed get mad at even starting to tune by ear. The other guy was a bit of a pushover so he probably was used to being able to act like that without pushback. Anyway on the rejected ideas, we had literally no songs and I thought we were trying to figure out our sound but every idea I had to help shape it was rejected. Even when the other guy wanted us to play them. They’re so obsessed with fame and recording so that they can get there like we are in our 30s why not just play and have fun.
