You got lied to by a fucking retard. Jimmy Eat World are great and legends in the genre. Furthest thing from a Baskin Roberts Trust Fund band. Literally just a bunch of dudes from Arizona who inspired countless others. Did it all through touring and building their fanbase organically and in the face of a label seeming to actively fuck them over the entire way.
