This feels way too soulful and memorable to be an album that came out this year. This would've been a /mu/essential if it came out in 2009. Most Black Midi and it's offshoot projects have been very well produced.

It just reminds me of Will Wood but slightly less cringey. Just theater-kid trite. This shit would never have been /mu/-core if anything because we were too far up our own ass before poptimists took over the board and it won't be /mu/-core now because it's too cringe for the poptimist fags that now run the show
