Is it possible to be bad at singing yet "have a good voice"? I get told I have no technique and miss some notes, but that I have a nice singing voice

just practice, anon. i brute-forced my way into singing. same as you. had a decent voice, just no idea how to really use it. buy a usb audio interface, buy a $100 mic off amazon. record. record. record. do some covers. do some originals. learn what makes a "bad take" and what makes a "good take". the biggest part of learning is HEARING the playback with your voice and discerning what's bad/good. it'll require a lot of practice and time, but i 1000% believe ANYONE can learn to sing. even people with "bad" voices can learn to mimic notes and melodies. it's just repetition.
